Not sure what to call this au yet, but I love Halloween specials and monsters so I’m combining that into my current fixation!

A seasonal Halloween update on the dateviators is supposed to give your dateables cute new appearances to match the season, but it’s bugged out and instead turns the household objects into monsters as part of the glitch.

Scandalabra would have had an aristocratic werewolf theme to his dlc skin as a reference to the Beast of Gévaudan (a legendary 18th century French werewolf) but instead the update turned him into this thing. He lacks sentience in this form and has no memory of his former self, but enjoys constant noise and finds it soothing. He often times paces and shakes and drips hot boiling wax everywhere, which can be dangerous… and is easily frightened and agitated. He also has an uncanny talent for mimicry and echoes back phrases it’s used to hearing or formerly speaking without understanding the words.
