Today, in Shit no one asked for: Shell Hog Refs

Donnie and Raph's never appeared in the show. (I think, I might be wrong)

The spray paint on Mikey's says "Razz" in the show while the toy says "Rad"

They do lower and rise in the show

Dunno when the wheel clamps on the sides show up but they pop up now and then, and going by the toy it looks like they are only on one side, being the "Inner" side. (We never see those lasers)

Raph and Leo's match style-wise

Mikey and Donnie's match style-wise.

In the show they are part of the turtle tank, being the outermost large wheels, assumably, Donnie and Raph would of been next to them so the turtle tank would have eventually had 8 wheels plus its standard 4. (So 12 in total)

The rims are all purple in tje shiw while the toys are all color coded to the characters.

That odd decal on the central handle unit doesn't seem to appear outside the toys.

They're 3d models in the show. (I think that is obvious)

Main Green body color seems to match the turtle's skin tones in the show. (How tf did you do that Donnie?)

I hate this arm. I hate it so much it doesn’t make sense. I did my best man, but some elements vary from shot to shot. I also tried to color correct screenshots to approximate what the basic colors should be.
