STATUS UPDATE:

BOOM. A few minutes after sunset, all tributes in the arena hear a second cannon go off. Leon is now dead.

Felix’s turn.

Felix screamed in agony. He could feel the axe penetrate through him. If it had hit his spinal cord, he would be dead right now. But he wasn't. He could feel that there was no escape from death, this time however. The fact that the Career didn't have the decency to kill him without pain pissed him off. She knew how to do it. She was just crying about her little boyfriend dying, he knew it. And Felix wasn't dead yet. 

He yanked the axe out of his back, and screamed so loud everything in the forest could hear it. He pulled himself up with all of his might, and screamed with a guttural unhuman sound. He stood, and steadied his breathing. He could still see her moving, barely in the night, but his eyes were trained from working underground at all hours of the night. He wouldn't miss, not with the target on her suit. He knocked the arrow and let it fly. He sent one at the other girl, the one who tried to kill him in the bloodbath, but the arrow wasn't as cleanly sent as he began to cough blood.

Felix began to run, hoping to find Decima and help her, because Leon wouldn't be getting away from Atlas, but he had no energy to do so anymore. He fell to the ground and coughed up blood. The world began to fly around him. Bang. He heard the cannon. Was that for him? Was he dying? He was, but someone else had died as well. "I'm sorry Posie, I'm sorry I couldn't win for you." He whispered into the night, as he slowly slipped out of conciousness, and out of life.

I really hope he can roll out of the way or something because I can get him to climb a tree and shoot some arrows and shit.

STATUS UPDATE: Felix jerking in reaction to Silver’s knives causes Vita’s blade to skim his temple, leaving a cut along the side of his head that starts to freely spill blood.

Felix crawled through the undergrowth, his bow and arrows on his back along with the pack he had secured in the Bloodbath. How long ago the Bloodbath seemed to be. It had seemed as if it were years ago, when it had only been a few days. He sighed. "This better be over soon". Suddenly he heard the bushes move, and a whoosh, and then his earlobe came off. Felix wanted to scream in pain, what had happened? Obviously something had attacked him, he just didn't know what. Felix prayed it wasn't a tribute. He jerked on the floor, and thanked God he had because his jerking had made him dodge another knife, instead it just scratched his temple. His prayers went unanswered.

Felix hopped to his feet, and flew through the deep dark jungle. He had no idea what he was doing, almost being blinded with pain. All he knew was he wasn't going to fall prey to the other tributes. And he felt horrible for Decima and Leon, but this was the Hunger Games. Not the 'Make Friends with Everyone and Help them Stay Alive Games.' Felix sped to the North, or what he thought was North. He was too confused to be able to tell. He had to get out of their quick, and this was one of the only times he was thankful for being short and lanky. These qualities made him quick, and he sped through the forest. He just hoped he was out of range of the ranged weapons, and anything else that lurked within the depths of the jungle.

Felix grasped his bow. He had a slight sigh of relief, feeling a lot safer with the curved metal in his hands.  Decimal and Leon had gathered their things as well, and the trio began to crawl on the ground. Felix could hear the thrashing of the dazed girl, and Felix felt horrible for her.  All of the tributes had established eye contact. He had seen her dash through the shrubbery, what would happen if she dashed right in front of them? What would he do?

They kept crawling, and suddenly a bush to Felix’s left began to shake. And a blonde head was inside, screaming and shaking about, saying something about Skittles? It was Varinia. Was she going to pop out? Would she attack? Felix decided to make the first move. “The girl is suffering, she’s in pain. She’s delusional.” Felix said to himself, trying to rationalize what he was about to do. He knocked an arrow. His right eye closed, leaving only his left eye to focus on the bobbing blonde headed girl. “For Posie” Felix whispered. He let the arrow soar through the air.
