Justine is a robot/cyborg in the same sense that Bee is a robot/cyborg

Justin knew generally enough about robotics to get him by with making Justines body, but not enough about biology/anatomy to know that it would function as a real body would, so he made little systems/gears to run through her as veins would and make sure everything is getting to/staying in the right places & staying in working order.
