Update on TOTSS Magazine Hunt!
I still haven't found the actual magazine, but I now have an image of the full page spread at least! The caption on it was TV Week 1998, but if the poster didn't own the magazine themselves, then there's no telling if the year is accurate - as my research has uncovered, the show did not in fact air in 1998 as many websites suggest - it was shelved for some as of yet unknown reason, until January 1st 2000 (at least in Australia).
I would love to ask the original poster if they have the mag and could narrow down a month and state of issue, but alas, I cannot! The page this was posted on is this awesome fanpage on vk.com that has promo pics and even tracks from the original soundtrack that I haven't found anywhere else! Would kill to get in touch with them, but I need a Russian phone number to make an account, and I don't really trust all the sites that want you to pay to get a fake/temp one.
I'm trying to get in touch with them via ficbook.net instead, as the owner of this page was also partly responsible for the Russian translation of Susan Zell and Mary Whimsey's Virtual Second Season.
In case anyone's interested, I included the link below. Heads up - you can access more with mobile view than you can with PC (except for the music apparently).
Anyone manages to download the full music tracks (there are four I believe, 16, 17, 18 and 19) or get in touch more generally with the poster, please let me know!!!
I am really, really deep in this fandom archaeology/tv history hole and I don't see myself climbing out any time soon!

Tales of the South Seas and Lost World Fans I am once again asking for you help!
Continuing down the absolute rabbit hole that has been hunting down TOTSS and TLW sources, I am seeking to identify the origins of these pictures:
I suspect the first image to be from a different magazine than the others, but all I really know about these is where I found them: On the website (wayback'd of course) of an OG tlw and totss fan named Catseye. They claimed they found these in "old magazines" but didn't list which issues, titles or country. I believe they are likely to be from either late 1997 or early 1998 since it aired in Australia in Feb of 1998.
TV Week was the biggest mag for TV news in Australia at the time, so I have strong suspicions they're from one of those issues, but even an enquiry to the National Library of Australia didn't get me very far because there were so many issues, across every state, and it seems not a lot from the 90s are in anyway accessible to foreigners.
SO IF YOU RECOGNISE THE ORIGIN OF THESE IMAGES, YOU OWN ANY 1997-1998 AUSTRALIAN MAGAZINES, OR YOU KNOW CATSEYE, PLEASE LEND A GIRL A HAND!

APPEALING TO FANS OF THE LOST WORLD AND TALES OF THE SOUTH SEAS
I am hunting a fanfiction named After The Storm written by author Mary Whimsey. You may also know it as episode 215 of Mary Whimsey and Susan Zell's Second Virtual Season of Tales of the South Seas. I've hunted down every other episode of this series of fanfics (and may I just say they're fucking incredible) via the Wayback Machine but this one continues to elude me. I have a Russian translation of it, of all things, which I've just run through google's auto translate, but you can understand why that's maybe not the best.
If anyone has a copy, or knows any place it might be found I BEG YOU send it my way or give me any clue you can, because I'm at my wits end!
Oh, and you early Lost World fans know why this is directed at you guys too ;)

Nuke going off, new universe unknown if limbo, alternate reality or universal reset? Nuke referred to as “the incident”. That’s a couple of Lost moments right there.
