1. because eating will set you back. it will only take longer for you to become skinny. 2. is it really worth the guilt & self hate? when skipping that meal will make you feel 10x better in about 10 minutes. 3. skinny thighs, in everything. - skinny jeans. - skirts. - sitting, standing, & laying. 4. a flat stomach. - laying, sitting, & standing. - bikini tops. - crop tops. - tank tops. - sports bras. 5. collarbones. - necklaces. - v.neck shirts.
6. tiny wrists. - bracelets. 7. tiny arms. - baggy shirts. - to be able to wrap your fingers around most of your forearm. 8. narrow face. - defined cheekbones. - defined jawline. 9. tiny neck. - neck lines, showing you lost weight. 10. concerned looks/complements. - have you ate today? - wow, you’ve lost weight. - wow, you’re getting really tiny.
11. bony fingers. - rings. 12. ribs. - to be able to lay & see them. - to be able to turn a certain way & see them. - to be able to see them in general. 13. to feel in control. - to be able to say “no” to someone offering food. 14. to see the number on the scale go down little by little. 15. to experience reaching your goal weight. how good it will feel. 16. to not be the fat friend anymore. 17. to be able to wear a bikini this year & rock it. 18. to be able to wear leggings & see my thigh gap. 19. to be able to wrap my hands around the side of my waist. 20. to finally be happy.
it takes time. be patient.

all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.
the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?

Self-control is standing in the kitchen at 2am in front of an open refrigerator, a box with oh-so-tempting Chinese takeout leftovers already in your hands, but rather than doing the obvious, you breathe, close your eyes for a moment, put the box back down and shut the refrigerator again. You’ll have a few grapes from the bowl on the kitchen counter instead and head back to your room.
Because it wouldn’t have been worth it. Five minutes of bliss that you’d spend on shoving this food down your throat simply isn’t worth the crying, self-loathe and feeling that you’ve failed again that’d follow afterwards. 
There’s nobody else but you in the control. And I promise that once you can really say that, you’ll feel much more content inside than another binge would’ve made you feel.

starting this side blog because im holding myself responsible for my weight. i went from 114 to 119.8 in a month. i was finally making progress and i’ve been on a binging bender for the last month and i feel like i’m getting out of control again. i feel disgusting and i can’t stop being a pig and eating everything i see. my gw is 110 and i’ll do anything to get there as fast as i can. people finally started complimenting me for losing weight and now that i’m fat again i don’t even want to leave my house. 5 years ago i was 95 pounds and i had such a strict regimen and i’ve completely let myself go. my biggest was last year i was up to 128. never again. any comments, tips, or motivation are welcome. i want to be thin. i need to be.

Just because you’ve been offered food, does not mean you have to say yes and accept it.
Just because you’re craving an unhealthy food, does not mean you have to go out and buy it.
There are always other options for better results. The choice is always yours, and you decide your outcome.
