People’s worth is generally judged solely by their own feelings. It seems like it would be on the outside of themselves; by society as a whole in the form of smaller labels like: size, gender, race, sexuality, social status, but it’s truly not.

As a matter of fact, my first sentence almost read, “by their outward appearance”, but something made me change it. It’s how we feel on the inside, when we experience what’s on the outside that perpetuate our current vibrational stance.

Fearing other’s opinions and actions, and their subsequent rejection feeds into how we view ourselves. Feeding into it, is how we continue to lie to ourselves about who we truly are on the inside, which affects our perception of ourselves on the outside. It also affects how we perceive how others view us.

Perfection in a human, any human, is a myth. Enjoying life, and your rightful loving place in it, is its own reward. Don’t deny yourself that feeling of freedom that you can choose to feel at anytime, anyplace, and in any circumstance. Turn your focus away from the judgement of others who are dissatisfied with themselves in its place put love.

Don’t buy into the lie that a perfect outside physique, symmetrical features, how much money or form you have, who chooses, validates and accepts you on the outside, your accreditation, and prestige make one better than another. Choose to walk toward the truth, the light, the sun….toward what’s really inside of you, and then your perception and appreciation of what’s outside of you may change for the better…

The sun is the truth; otherwise we live in a house of mirrors 🪞….

When we interact with one another, the honesty we hold is imperative to get to the whole of us in order to heal ourselves. If we don’t deal in truth, we are engaging with lies that keep us twisting around in our heads for eternity. And it’s truly that when you’re in pain.

Einstein discussed the importance of the space-time continuum and how time is relative to the understanding of our own humanity and the universe that we perceive from our singular point of perception. He explains that if you maintain a level of awareness of your own energy, you will be able to overcome obstacles in your own path that you cannot traverse by being in them, all tangled up in the minutiae of the issues as opposed to the energy in which they reside and drive from at the start. You begin to follow this, yes?

Following the energy of better shows you the love in which you can maintain the more you practice it. The faith is the key to fixing the issues and forthrightness is also a factor you are forgetting. The honesty unlocks the door to the love. The love is what allows you access to you. Follow the doorway to love or stay in the shadows and mock it. Allow yourself the key to forthrightness, the ability to transform your own lives to the lives you see in your heads, and in your dreams. Allow the love the care the kindness the understanding the faith to carry you to the next step in your awareness. To open up your consciousness to things through feelings and new experiences and events that will lead you towards the love and not away from it.

Opening yourself up to the sun, allows you to see everything clearly. The shadows keep you in the dark as well as others. The light, is the way out. Follow it to your open friends that care for you enough to accept you in any case. Open up your heart to you, first, then allow the love to guide you towards your true self. That’s the only way to escape the house of mirrors, and to stand in the sunlight, whole.
