I WANTED TO RESPOND SOONER BUT I DIDNT KNOW I COULD REBLOG A REBLOG!! (I apologize, I am new to tumblr as a poster and I’m only on mobile). I LOVED the idea about Callaghan brainwashing and tormenting Tadashi it’s very similar to what I thought too! In my head he knows who Hiro is and steals the bot as a token, but I’m liking the idea of him not recognizing Hiro as his brother bc he “died” in the fire and there are these superheroes using baymax!

I rendered a sketch of Villain Tadashi. I have some head cannons but tbh if anyone else has some I’d like to read and draw them out. The tiktok I saw said that Krei was the main villain brainwashing/controlling Tadashi and his big brain lol. Callaghan was still a villain, but idk about his motives.
