(This is an SCP ask blog! SCP-662 aka The Butler's Hand Bell)

*A camera comes to life from inside a containment. Inside, there is a doctor standing up beside a table with a chair, where a silver hand bell sits on the table. The doctor slowly reaches for the bell before he quickly rings it, and then quickly leaves the containment.

The camera glitches, static covering the screen before it dies. After a second, the camera comes back to life, revealing a person inside of the containment. It was a butler with a clean cut, a very classic suit, white gloves and a peck moustache. He looked friendly. Too friendly.

The butler then turned to look at the camera*

Good day. My name is Mr. Deeds. I believe someone called me, but I don't see anyone here any longer other than this camera. I am here to offer assistance, service, and aid. It is a pleasure to serve you all.

Cannot bring items like vehicles and such due two the many steps that require to get such thing, which only a persistent person would be able to do so.

Cannot and/or may not answer questions that are in detail about his past or powers.

Cannot be seen when he teleports to get the items or do what he was requested to do.
