By utilising a wide selection of ingredients, we are able to ensure that all of our cakes are not only gluten-free but also vegan. As an egg alternative in vegan cakes, we utilise aquafaba, also known as the liquid that is extracted from chickpeas. Arrowroot acts as a binder in our vegan gluten free cake, therefore we utilise it in those.
