"Okay so we're doing dressed up and I'm driving" he smiled "Sounds perfect, probably be better for me to drive anyway, Happys a little slow" he chuckled. "I've seen your closet honey I'm sure there's something in there for you to wear tomorrow" he grinned. Ava unlatched from her mother, eyes slowly blinking and staring up at her parents.

Tony could hear little footsteps coming down so he hid by the couch, when she looked around for him he jumped out and grabbed her in his arms playfully tickling her. Laughter and sqeels came from their daughter "Daddy!" she laughed. He kissed her cheek "How did you get stuck in your dress princess?" he chuckled "I put it on on top of my outfit but mommy helped me" she grinned. "Well mommy's helped daddy out alot of times when he couldn't get himself dressed" he put her down on the couch. "Now what movie are we watching?"

Tony's brows narrowed a little with a smirk on his face "Oh Mrs Stark you have the best ideas" he chuckled and cupped her face gently with his hands as he kissed her back a little deeper, a soft hum leaving his lips. It had been a while since they had not been so tired out to make love but since they were alone today he was going to make it as romantic as he could. Between kissing his hands moved to her clothes "I love you"

He took a sip of his coffee as he listened to her before he placed it back down on the bedside table and turned his attention to her. “ofcourse I would agree to having a day with you, it’s not everyday you decide to stay in bed and relax for a change no matter how many times I tell you that you should” he chuckled and his brows narrowed at her words “Hmm no what are you thinking honey?”

Pepper put her coffee aside and made sure he wasn’t holding his coffee before she moved so she was above him. Leaning in, she kissed him gently. “Hmm, let’s see, it involves a lot of fun and since we can stay here all day…” she said before kissing him again.

Tony nodded "I'll be right back" he walked to the counter ordering their food and waiting for their drinks. He turned to see his wife and daughter interacting, he loved them both so much.

Ava put her hand on her mom's and nodded "Yes mommy, sorry" she kissed her cheek "When are you coming home?" she asked as she looked at her mother.

Tony came back over with their drinks "Lunch will be five minutes" he smiled. "Now what are my two favorite girls talking about?"

She took her mothers hand as they walked into the salad bar. Taking a seat Tony scrolled down the menu and decided to go with a grilled cheese and a salad. Ava thought about what she wanted then agreed “Grilled cheese please” she pointed to the menu. Tony nodded “Yes I’ll go order, what would you like honey and what drinks am I getting?” he asked.

“I’d like the hummus and veggie wrap please. I’ll have a water please and you can get Ava some lemonade,” Pepper told him before going to find a seat. Putting Ava in her lap, she cuddled her daughter. “Are you going to behave for Daddy after lunch today? Because if I get another bad report, you’re going to be in lots of trouble, Little Miss.”

He nodded pulling up outside the salad bar “I’m sure we will be fine for a few hours, were get her home for a nap after lunch, probably do some painting and drawing with a movie before you come home, hopefully no more tantrums if we can help it” he smiled and stopped the car. He turned to Ava “Ready for lunch princess?” she nodded with a small yawn. Being young looked so tired some.

Getting out of the car, Pepper went around to get Ava from the back. “Come on, let’s get some food.” Taking the little girl’s hand, she walked slowly with her as they went inside. “Do you want a grilled cheese or do you want some eggs and cheese?” She asked her daughter. Looking at Tony, she smiled. “Want me to sit with her while you order?”

Tony cleared up the table and washed the plates they used for breakfast. He was greatful for having such an amazing wife and daughter, something he never thought he'd have. It was always strange to think back now to when him and Pepper were just strictly professional, it made him chuckle that they were so perfect for each other but didn't know it back then.

He got the living room ready for their family day, hearing Peppers chuckle from upstairs he knew that Ava had probably gotten herself in some mess somehow. Just like her father, always managed to make a mess of anytging without realising.

He chuckled “She is our little monster at times, most the time she’s our princess, I tend to decide depending on her mood swings” he laughed softly and sat against the headboard with her with his coffee. “It has been a while, we’ve had alot going on so it only makes sense but luckily we have today to be us and enjoy the day. And if your mom’s okay with Ava going to hers tonight then we have a whole evening too” he kissed her cheek.

“Is that so?” Pepper laughed as she scooted closer to sit with him. “Thank you for agreeing to have this day with me. I guess I just need a day to recharge. Plus, I think we need some time together. So, this is the most perfect thing.” Sipping her coffee, she looked at her husband. “You know what I’m thinking we should do…?”

What’s the best type of rp

(( ooooh tough question. My main best type of RP is one with my Peppers because they are all fab but I think in general the best type of RP is the one where both muns and muses get along well and have a easy flow between them which I get to have. ❤️❤️))

He thought about it "You know what it's been a while since we've both dressed up and gone out on a proper date night so let's go with super dressed. I'll even get Happy to drive us like old times" he grinned. He was excited to be able to wine and dine his wife like they used to when they were dating. He may not be able to do the wine part but dine he definitely could. "That's if your up for that?"

“Atleast it hasn’t been bad but if you want to go back to work we’re not stopping you we will probably be fine and just head home to get her nap in” he smiled. “but also if you do want to come home then that would be great because I’ve missed you” he chuckled “See I knew I should have kept you as my PA, that way you were always with me” he chuckled. “I’m kidding ofcourse, making you CEO was one of the best decisions I made” he kissed her palm.

“That’s good to hear,” Pepper chuckled when she heard him. “I don’t plan on giving that up anytime soon. I’ll decide by the time we’re done with lunch.” Although it would be nice to go home early, she knew it was probably better to get on with her conference call today and just get it over with. “I’m sure you two will be fine for a few more hours, right?”

"I'll clean up if you want to go check on her, I'm sure she has her top back to front or odd socks on again" he chuckled. "She's getting there bless her but she tends to get over excited and forget what she's doing. She's smart but like me gets carried away" he laughed and stood picking up the plates and clearing off the table.

He took her bag and opened the door, she jumped down running to Happy who lifted her up and hugged her. “Hey little Miss” he put her back down. “Ava be good for uncle happy okay. I will call later to check up on you both” he said goodbye and they drove off.

Tony walked back in making himself and Pepper a coffee before rejoining her upstairs. Putting them on the bedside table he smiled at his wife, he loved when she was in this mood. Climbing on top of the bed he hovered over her “Hey honey. Our little monsters gone and we have the place all to ourselves”

Pepper turned so she was looking up at him, leaning up to kiss him, she smiled. “Oh, so she’s our little monster now?” she laughed before sitting up so she could get the coffee that he brought her. Smiling at Tony, she leaned against his shoulder. “I think the last time we had a day like this was before I was pregnant with Ava… it’s been a long time,” she was teasing. It hadn’t been that long, but it certainly felt like it had been.

"Yes just me and you like old times, a romantic restaurant for dinner and we can take as much time as we need without worrying as Ava will be looked after." It's been a while since we've been out in public for a meal on our own so I've made sure we have our own private booth" he told her wanting no interruptions tomorrow for her belated birthday meal

Tony kept a close eye in the mirror on their daughter hoping she didn’t drift back off but she was entertained with her teddy. Tony chuckled as he began to drive to lunch with his family “You were? How come? Was work that bad today?” he smirked bringing a hand to hers and giving it a small squeeze. “If it’s been bad today you can always take the rest of the day off”

“No, actually it hasn’t been bad at all,” Pepper chuckled when she heard him. “It’s been a little busier than I’d like, but it’s been a very productive day. I was just missing my family, so it was great to have you stop by.” Looking at him, she smiled. “I still have a conference call this afternoon… but I am tempted to reschedule it for tomorrow.”
