It’s tough leaving a place you love and called home for so many years.  You worry about what you will lose, the familiarity of it all, and the routine can be comforting maybe even necessary at times.  I came to a realization though and while it might be cliche,I feel it is completely true.  “Home” is wherever my family is.  If we have each other, we have absolutely everything.  In understanding that we decided to pack up and move to Austin.  We are excited about the opportunities and the growing food scene in our new “Home”.  So far we have not been disappointed...there is room here for people like us who want to produce quality, healthy food we can be proud of.  Serving my country, and more locally my community, runs in my veins it would seem.  So here we go....building TheOldBreedOrganics.com, one customer at a time in the great city of Austin, Texas!
