Hello!! I’m glad to see you’re still active and haven’t given up on your story!! I just wanted to check in on you, see how you’re doing. I hope you’re okay ❤️ I’m doing a reread/replay of MC:U and I wanted to ask if you’ve ever considered writing a screenplay for it? Because in the beginning of the story when MC/the reporter is falling from the building, before being rescued by Red Light, it just hit me how interesting your story would be - not only as an IF, but as a show as well!! A “sleazebag” reporter with a villain as their ex at the center of the story? Would be very cool to see that play out on TV. Anyways just wanted to say your writing inspired me to write again ❤️ I’m out of practice but I might try that screenwriting idea for my own MC (free of profit, of course). Thank you for the inspiration and motivation - it’s hard to find nowadays - and I hope you have a good day!! Sending all the motivated writing juju your way too!!

Oh my gosh this is such a kind message so thank you so much first of all! Second of all ooh that sounds like so much fun! I haven't ever considered a screenplay but I have considered doing novelizations of certain characters' stories. (Namely Finley's, Finley's novel was one of the earlier forms of this story and I'd still love to write it one day.) But absolutely! I write this story because it's my fun little brainchild I love to mess around with, so it makes me super happy to hear it gives others some joy as well!

Ricky's stat bar is intended to be a roller coaster ride, some things may drop his stat bar but aren't "wrong" answers by any means-- iirc there's some already (and some that will in the future even if there's none now) which may lower his stat bar but up the invisible stat I keep for his attraction towards the MC

Originally I was hoping to have the update done for the holidays as a gift. That didn't quite pan around but I still thought it'd be fun to give y'all a gift and a thank you for your patience.

So! Since I've been putting up a few little screenshots here and there of my tests as I write and fix my broken coding, I thought it'd be fun to do a longer preview featuring a scene in the coming update with everyone's favorite wet cat of a man, Ricky Demspey.

To answer your question: yes that's intentional! Patreon worked ok when I was less busy, but the busier I got the more I felt I couldn't keep up with it, so I closed it down a while ago!
