Yue Qi's spiritual energy, soft purple wisps, surround him as he walks through the caves on unsteady feet, clutching his chest; blood follows from where his hand holds onto the wall, until he stumbles and falls to his hands and knees over a spot of blood. At "It sounds like drumming" his qi flares and the spirit of Xuan Su flickers into sight, appearing as though it's stabbed through his back.

Then, the camera pulls back and overhead to reveal the trail of blood left in the darkness behind Yue Qi, pooling around Xuan Su's unsheathed form (to "I am not alone") as he continues crawling forward. Once he reaches the blocked entrance, his face is again emphasized as he he raises a hand to it and begins to cry, feebly clawing for escape.

It ends with Yue Qi from behind, being pulled into darkness again, begging "Please, please, please, Xiao-Jiu," then flaring as it reveals Shen Jiu's back turned, staring down the Qiu Manor blaze. Over these two, resounds the promise: "I'm coming." END VD.]

But aint not a single fucking person here qualified to pick apart a strangers fic looking for a gotcha moment to make yourselves feel superior. If you think something is ai you can ask the author (most are proud of the ai use and will just tell you straight up) if they say yes you have your answer and can warn people. If they say no and you dont believe them you block and quietly keep it between you and maybe a close group of friends. Spreading misinformation is DANGEROUS. we've all seen Harusono-sensei's iconic tweet by now, I'm sure, where first year!Miyano meets third year!Miyano. And it's wonderful because seeing them side by side it's clear how much he's grown and especially grown into more masculine features???? Incredible.

But every time I see this I 👀 right to the Sasaki speech bubble on the right... which means he is also there. Which means first year!Miyano can see college!Sasaki, and vice versa.

And the Plot Bunnies (TM) are alive and kicking at the thought of baby "I'm not gay" Miyano having a genuine gay panic over an older version of his future boyfriend who has really grown into his features and dotes on him even more than his own Sasaki does.
