Zach was a pretty ordinary guy - college student, band frontman, loving boyfriend - until his girlfriend Beth died and rose from the dead as a zombie. Zach is a hopeless romantic, sweet, dreamy, and persistent to the point of trying to continue his relationship with his reanimated girlfriend despite her violent and terrifying behavior. He's got some interesting sexual stories to tell, like how he almost fucked a colorful scarf before his brother walked in on him and how he definitely fucked a zombie in a sandy children's playground in broad daylight. He's had some trouble letting go of the past, but now that he's permanently put Beth to rest by shooting her in the head with a Desert Eagle, he's learning to move on.

As the title character of visionary director Luc Besson’s passion-project film based on a famous series of French comics from the 60′s, Valerian has some big space boots to fill. It’s a good thing then that with the help of his limitless confidence, lots of luck, and, most importantly, his brilliant partner Sergeant Laureline, this dedicated spatio-temporal agent always manages to save the day. However, this doesn’t mean he has a professional attitude. No, Valerian acts more like a frat bro than a cop. Fancying himself some kind of hotshot badboy, he’s so ridiculously cocky you’d be surprised to learn that he thinks with anything other than his dick, an assumption that is backed up by the fact that he’s a compulsive flirt who’s constantly fantasizing about being beat up by badass ladies. This personality flaw, coupled with an inability to express his true feelings or take anything seriously until it’s too late, often make him infuriating to work with. Laureline sure puts up with a lot of shit.

Hᴇᴀᴅᴄᴀɴᴏɴs

Really isn’t used to affection/any kind of deeper relationship than just colleagues/friends (except for Laureline of course). It’s something he’s never really had and almost makes him mildly uncomfortable. He’ll sleep or flirt with anything, but doesn’t really put any emotion into it aside from being cocky.

On the note of being cocky, he’s arrogant but he isn’t incompetent. He’s good at what he does. You don’t get seven medals and rise to the ranks as quickly as he has without being one of the best. He’s been working nonstop since he joined the military, is a damn good shot, and loves anything hand to hand. Bit of an adrenaline junkie, honestly.

Doesn’t like to talk about his past. Like at all. Doesn’t talk about his mom, doesn’t talk about his dad, doesn’t talk about the grandmother that raised him after his mom died.

Always good to fellow officers when it comes down to it but has his bouts of being authoritative. Plays by the rules but can be really reckless and sometimes deviate from the original mission plan if he thinks of a better idea and is in a bind.

Total show off. Whether it be his skills or his bod (because wow, those arms).

A man of action, can be serious and authoritative when he needs to be. Also super protective and genuinely cares about his fellow agents.

The Halloween event is coming to an end! If you still have any threads going, start wrapping them up!

This year’s Halloween event will be starting tomorrow, Friday the 27th and last through the first week of November! The Danes are throwing a Halloween party in the living room again and everyone is invited. If you want to participate, post a starter at some point during those days describing your Dane’s costume (if they’re wearing one) and what they’re doing at the party! Then everyone can go around replying to each other’s starters and writing short fun Halloween threads. We look forward to seeing what all the Danes dress up as!

If you’re writing fic, it should be at least 500 words (you can write something longer if you’d like, but try not to go too far overboard!). Your gift can be about anything as long as it focuses on the relationship between those two characters, whether within the rp or in an AU. All we ask is that you keep it a secret to the person you’re writing it for so as to not spoil the Christmas surprise!!! ;)
