You had an idea, and though most Artisans keep their identity a secret, you’ve taken a gamble and become a tutor for people like you. There’s a long way ahead through an unknown territory and no instruction how to survive it and achieve success, but you’re managing for now. 

You continue doing your work, when one day the very people you try to avoid come to your door for help. Erasers, an organization formed with the goal to annihilate wild Creations and catch reckless Artisans, need your contacts to find a local troublemaker because there’s no one else who knows as many Artisans as you do.

But the more you look into it, the more you realize the culprit is not just another Artisan losing control of their power or preying on the weak to earn a living.

The disorder they make threatens to ruin everything you wish to salvage, and yet, you might have a lot more in common than you think.

Hi! This is a development blog for my WIP Lasting Creations, a character-driven interactive story set in an urban fantasy world, with some mystery, chaos, and romance.

There is currently a demo with the first chapter, and I’ll add more chapters in the future. I hope to finish the story by the end of this century. 👽

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well despite everything! Unfortunately this is a message I'm sure you've all been expecting. I've decided to discontinue the Brandings.

I’m sorry for constantly going back and forth between posting and not posting. I don’t want to disappoint anyone but I want to find the passion for writing that I lost.

As stated above, I lost my passion for writing. Everytime I'd try to continue the story, a sense of dread overcame me. I'd try to make everything clean and 'perfect' that it came out stilled to me. There was also no direction. I wrote without any type of outline or plan and without those, there are a lot of things that don't and won't make a lot of sense. In a sense, I feel like I need to discard what I've already written and start with a new plate. I'm sure that it'll happen a lot with me and the feeling of announcing the rewrites made me feel like I was failing. Good news is that I've learned a lot in this experience and it's probably not the last time you'll see me.

Thanks for all the love and support you’ve shown me! I actually have screenshots of all the kind messages and it drastically improves my mood when I read them so thank you so much!! I apologize again for ending this adventure but I really think it's for the best. I hope you guys all remain safe and I guess I’ll see you guys later ヽ(´∀`。)

How does RO react to someone kissing the drunk!MC who thinks that person is RO?

Oli would just be very heartbroken at the sight. They don’t know that you don’t know that it isn’t them so they would just run away. They would try to avoid you because the image is just so engraved in their head and again they don’t know that you thought it was them. It would be a tearful confrontation that you would have to initiate.

Vic would brush past the person and take you away. They don’t want an explanation but your drunk mumbling forces them to listen. “You idiot,” they spit, letting go of their hold on you as they turn on you with hurt and anger. “How dare you compare me to that barbarian.”

Chris would slide in between you with a bittersweet smile. So passive aggressive when they speak, “Oh how precious,” they gleam, “have you found us another toy to play with?”

Fable suddenly appears behind the person. “How desperate must one be to take advantage of someone in an inebriated state?” They maneuver you into their arms. “You mustn’t stray too far away, my love. There are bad people here.”

Aila smile is too sweet as she gazes at the other person. “I’ll only ask once, honey.” Her eyes flicker to you, making sure that you’re alright before glaring back at the intruder. “Please take your hands off my darling.”

Hayden gulps harshly at the sight, their jaw ticking with fury. “What do you think you’re doing?” they ask as you drunkly turn towards them, realization setting in. They grab the tunic of the other person, attracting other eyes around you. “What do you think you’re doing?”

What are the ROs ideal date with the MC?

Oli's would be located somewhere secretive and peaceful. It'd be their favorite spot that not a lot of people know about. Of course, the beauty of the place wouldn't even need anything else to make it perfect but they'd have a blanket and picnic basket in hand anyway.

Vic's would be a lunch or dinner date in the library. It's nice and serene and they don't really like going out anyway. You'd spend your time lounging around, cuddling and maybe even reading together.

Chris’s would be at a beach. Walking hand in hand on the sandy terrain. Maybe getting sand in uncomfortable places. They like the ocean and just watching a sunset or sunrise.

Fable’s ideal date would be in their tree house underneath the stars. It’d include candles, a blanket, snacks or dinner, and peace. You’d talk about private things that you never shared with anyone else and you’d learn more about them than anyone else.

Aila’s would be in her office. I know it’s not the most ideal but having someone know how important her work is to her is a dream come true. Of course her main focus would be you but it’s the idea of you bringing food in her office and asking for her time that ignites butterflies.

Hayden’s would be when they are supposed to train the recruits but you march in and demand their attention. You drag them somewhere, not far, but in privacy and force them to eat a sandwich with you. You both catch up on each other’s day before you have to part.

MC uses the ultimate technique known as kabedon on ROs, reaction in crush and love stage?

Oli is very, very intimidated. Their heart beat goes absolutely crazy and they avoid eye contact at all times. Doesn’t differ in love stage.

Vic is also intimidated, but they try not to show it. Instead masking it under a look of annoyance. “Spare the dramatics,” they roll their eyes, hoping you don’t notice how they press more into the wall.

Chris is all for this. They would continue to edge you on to see how you react. If you don’t do anything else, they may just try and take control.

Fable immediately glares at you. They wait to see what you do and they’ll react accordingly. They’re internally preparing themself for a fight so if you, perhaps, kiss them then they’d be off guard. In a relationship, it’d pretty much be the same except they wouldn’t glare at you.

Aila would scrunch her nose. More to calm herself and think about the situation instead of act. And then she’d probably try to brush you off professionally and scurry to where she needs to be. In a relationship, she would just smirk and gently push you against the wall to see what you would do.

Hayden would try to gain the upperhand of course. They’d be flustered that you caught them off guard and warn you to just try that again. In a relationship, they’d still be in shock but they would also be soo shocked and flustered that they just don’t know what to do.

Countering those angst, ROs reaction on MC suddenly hugging behind them and asking if they let them charge some love. Their reaction?

Oli accepts the hug without any questions, their only reaction is to wrap their own hands around your arms, “You can have as much as you want, lovey.”

Vic tenses at the contact, only relaxing when your familiar touch registers in your brain. They lean their head back, trying to maximize the contact. “You scared me,” they pause, “and what does that mean?”

Chris immediately bumps their backside into your front. “Only love, love?” They laugh and wiggle their bottom jokingly. Yet you keep secure hold of them, finally getting them to relax in your arms.

Fable stills at the contact, unused to this open display of affection. Then they turn around in your arms, giving you a proper hug. “Only if I can get some in return.”

Aila sighs into the firm, familiar hug. You feel all the tension ease out of her before she tilts her head to look at you with a tired smile. “Where have you been all day, darling?” she teases, her voice as soft as a whisper.

Hayden, trained to always be alert, immediately dodges your attempt at a hug before recognizing you. You pout, holding your arms open till they get the message. And they do, returning the embrace and laying their head on top of yours.

Oli flushes bright though it's not because of the cold. They shyly sit beside you, heart pounding as your arm envelops their body. "Thanks lo-lovey." They warm up quicker than you expect, your presence heating them up faster than the cloak.

Vic’s quiet as they sit next to you, tugging your cloak on their own accord. It was just that cold, even for them. They lean into you, shyly pulling out their book that you just noticed. Their head gently rests on your shoulder as they turn a page, warmth silence enveloping you both.

Chris immediately wiggles their eyes at your offer. “I know some more effective ways to warm me up.” They laugh full heartedly and despite their words, they eagerly allow you to wrap them up, their hands staying to themself. They nuzzle their body into yours, trying to maximizethe contact between your bodies. “Always so warm.”

Fable tilts their head at your offer, knowing that their body was built to take this type of weather. Confused, they waddle over to you and engulf you in a hug. Immediately you feel the kind of warmth only they could give you, they always gave the best hugs as well. You remain like that, able to doze with the warmth.

Aila’s smile brightens and she unwraps her own cloak. She bundles it over yours, providing reenforcement. “Thank you, darling,” she whispers softly, handing you one of the hot drinks she had forgot she had. She peeks at her own cup, half of the drink spilled like a splatter on the ground. Oh well, she thinks before placing a gloved hand on yours.

Hayden ponders for a minute, thier expression twisting and turning every which way. “Would you-“ They bite their lip. “Would you want to build a fire instead? We can just sit and-” Hayden scrunches in on themself. “I mean, we can also keep walking,” they hastily reasure, “I just thought it’d be kind of fun.” You tilt your head, smiling at how romantic a fire sounded right now. “Plus, building a fire is a good survival lesson.”

Oh how would the ros feel about mc having trouble undressing around them because of their scars and being generally insecure about them

This will be in the game, it'll be a worthwhile headache but you'll experience it :)

Out of curiosity, how would Oli react to an mc who's developed separation anxiety with them and becomes panicked and is in tears when Oli isn't there with them

They know it isn't healthy but they also have similar fears, especially if they aren't your RO. They'll try and help ease your anxiety so that your MC isn't totally dependent on them.

Let's switch the angst scenario, what if the MC have to kill the ROs for the salvation of the world. They already have their hands around the ROs neck they all need to break it but fear bites them, who will reassure the MC and who will reason it out?

Dang, I actually think all the ROs would reassure them that it's fine. If the MC thought that they had to stoop to killing them for the world, maybe it's the only way then?

Oli, if they could read, perks up immediately, their whole posture straightening up. Of course they want to spend time with you, and honestly they've always wanted to help you like this.

Vic would actually love this. I mean, how could they not, they love reading and they lo-like you. Combine those two and it's their idea of a fun time.

Chris smiles sinisterly, "I think you'll really like erotica." They nod, as if to reassure you. "Yes, let's start right now in fact." Aila smacks them on the head and takes you away.

Fable definitely help you. After all, education is important. They do find reading enjoyable but they would also try to teach you about other things, like how to build a fire or which berries are good for what. Congrats, you’ve awakened the teacher inside them.

Aila would also love to help. They’d first show you the books she loves, reading to you every night and make sure that you understand. She’d also love the time alone with you, just reading and cuddling in peace.

While, Hayden understands the basic words they do have trouble understanding longer words so they might try to brush it off as, "What do words do when you have to fight fist to fist? Nothing, exactly, you don't need that sh**." Because they don't you to think of them as unitelligent.

That evil!MC ask has a lot of angst and goodbye. In the scene with Oli the MC knows that the food is poisoned and they pointed it out yet they still ate it because "this is the last meal I have with my love." with a wry smile. AAAAAHHHH

Oli's previous attempts to hold back their tears crumble at your statement. They blink it away, harshly wiping at their eyes. Why? Why now? Why could they see the compassion and kindness they had longed to see in your eyes now?

Their heart skips a beat. Maybe you can be saved after all. They open their mouth to speak before the hope promptly dies in their throat. They begin to claw at their throat, horror silenced in a scream when they realize they can barely speak. They're too late, they're always too late.

"I'm-orry-ovey," they choke out, their voice becomming raspier and weaker. Their hand reaches out feebly to try and touch your own but you're too far apart. "'m-sor-I-ldn't-prot-u"

I have a feeling that Vic is going to be the one and only for me in this story and I can't wait to meet them!!!

I can't wait for you guys to meet them too! They may or not be a huge ass when you meet them but you'll melt them eventually :)

Oh from 1-10 how possessive/jealous are the ro's, dear author?

Okay, so I know I'm overthinking this but it really depends. Do they know the other person?Is the MC a flirtatious person in general? Does the other person like you? Are you trying to get them jealous?

They're usually chill but I feel like they can all be pushed to a 10. Honestly, I did try numbering them but I'm really not good at rating jealously and I'm really good at overthinking it.
