in s1 we can see how no one enjoys ed's riddles and his behavior displeases many people like harvey, jim, other criminologists, kristen. somebody thinks that nygma is creepy or weird and somebody needs to get the answers faster.

okay, maybe he is a weird guy with unhealthy obsession with riddles BUT NOBODY thought about the fact that nygma is an excellent worker. fucking HALF of the all characters would be dead if it wasn't for ed. jim and harvey wouldn't have solved some important cases if it wasn't for ed.
