Phrases used in the DSMP can often have deeper meanings. This analysis focuses on Quackity's "Yes Sir" as a exclamation of excitement that morphs into a phrase of fear that leads to the honorific resembling the character's power.

This video is a long one. We had a wonderful interview recently with Jet and Emunah from the BlueberryTV community. We talked a lot about writing and building lore in Minecraft and about roleplay in different Minecraft servers. Hope you enjoy!

About c!Wilbur in utah.
Obviously, c!wilbur is not cc!wilbur, and the fact that earth exists in the dsp canon is...weird??.
Worse yet, wilbur implies this is his home. The man who complained during the l'manberg's fight for independence turning out to be american himself. It's strange right?
But when you think about it. A minecraft server where Utah exists... that he could call his home..
Just saying, if his father had a server he claimed as his with a friend. An empire he was the heir of.. an empire where Utah exists...
Just imagine instead of Wilbur, previous president and revived terrorist working in a gas station, it would be Emperer Wilbur of Antarctic empire, previous president and revived terrorist working at a gas station.
This is a level of hilarity I can only respect

Amazing how, with all the DSMP offers, a major part of it all is how much we love the characters. Grabbed this screenshot from a poll from a cc's twitch chat ages ago. The DSMP is so versatile in it's storytelling that there is a story for everyone but the characters, the people who tell the stories, make the most impact on the audience.

“The thesis statement.”
"nobody's seen me. i've been invisible." "...this whole time?" "tubbo, i like being invisible."
that line had me floored like genuinely i can't stop thinking about that i CAN'T. it's just. holy SHIT. it's the conclusion. the thesis statement. the culmination of ctommys trauma, all of it, of the abuse and the abandonment and the neglect, of constantly being told he caused his own pain and constantly being told he deserved it and fighting cdream over and over and losing—
i like being invisible. a non-entity. a shade. incapable of impacting and thus incapable of being impacted. object impermanence—no one thinks about you if they don't even know you're there. the only life tommy sees for himself is one where he isn't an active participant in it. he's been the hero and the protagonist and the central figure for so fucking long and as it turns out, the opposite of being a hero isn't being a villain! no, the opposite of being the hero is not fucking being there at all. being invisible. unapproachable. talking to a man who can never talk back. doing that for months on end.
i like being invisible. God. no line has fucked with me this hard in years.

One of our members was watching the lore live today and caught a wild detail: almost simultaneously, Tommy sits in the prison talking to Dream going “there’s still time”, while Tubbo runs towards them going “there’s no time”. We’re talking a matter of seconds between the two of them saying this, in completely separate vc’s. Just thought y’all should know.

In the end, it came down to this:
One who got all the logistics in place and one who carried everything out. One who took the spotlight while the other supported from the perceived “sidelines”. Two friends loyal to each other beyond belief, even in matters of life or death. Two people with one goal they find is worth fighting for no matter the cost. People who sacrificed everything for each other and their goals.
In the end, who did it come down to? Was it Tommy and Tubbo? Or was it Dream and Punz?
#dsmp#dsmp lore#c!tubbo#c!tommy#c!dream#c!punz#mcyt#dreamwastaken#tommyinnit#tubbo#punz#in the end it came down to all four of them#i’m just trying to put it in an artsy way lol

are we ready to discuss how this is the third person c!tubbo has seen get an addiction/addictions and how the first was a dude that regularly verbally and emotionally abused him and got him killed in public the second was a friend that moved from constantly using normal drugs in a "casual" way around him while he was a child to running a casino and regularly gambling with things more important than money and eventually got his husband killed and now his best friend for god knows how long is using it to finally make himself feel like hes strong and untouchable and unburdened and not burdening others and tubbo knows how this goes and he knows how this ends but tommy sounds like it's the only leg he has left to stand on and who is tubbo to try and take that from him? or no

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Tommy’s the heart and Tubbo’s the mind. As the world burns around them, Tommy tries to understand his enemy and feels Dream’s pain, even after all he’s been through. Tubbo runs, mind racing a thousand miles a minute understanding the workings of a broken nuclear warhead. Heart and mind. Heart and mind. Heart and mind.

As far as im aware, Tommy has not officially decided what his chat is.
But its probably there. Sometimes. He didn't pay attention to chat today, but this stream is so much sadder if you think about chat being there.
Because on the bench, everyone was singing My L'manburg.
They have no music, watching the sun set in silence.
And it hurts even more if chat is something like the wind. Or maybe the spirits of L'manburg citizens who died for the country that barely saw the light of day. Or just an echo of the past. Everyone sitting around, singing happily, during one of the few times people felt safe.
Whatever it is, it's singing. Singing the anthem of the country that these boys now represent. They dont talk about it, but the words their brother sang once is softly playing in the background. They have no music.
It's singing a goodbye to a boy who deserves the world, and who is about to give that away to everyone else. A goodbye, hoping maybe he'll realize just how important he is. That he doesn't deserve this ending, if only it could be better.
It's singing comfort to a boy who has lost, and lost, and will lose once more. A boy who will tell the others story, who wanted to go to the moon together. Who would have given the world for them both to live. A boy who will be protected to the end.
It's singing a goodbye to L'manburg, to Tommy, to their friendship. It's sad, but it still sings. Because their on the bench, for the last time, and they have no music. So it will make some for them. It's the least that can be done.
