My good friend has all the symptoms of COVID-19. She has had a low fever for four days and has had close contact with many international travelers in the last few weeks. She works as a teacher and science interpreter. Nurses have not only refused to get her tested for the virus but have instructed her to go back to work tomorrow... while she is actively symptomatic, feverish, and coughing.

I guess “don’t test people” is one way to “keep the numbers down”.

Y'all really believe that the south is mainly white and that there are no people of color down there huh….like I want to say this is white people with such an awful understanding of the racial makeup of Amercia, but it’s obviously not and I’m kinda shocked lmao….most of my family has spent a majority of their lives down south. Most of the black people I know are from the south. There are A LOT of poc down south and y'all saying the south “deserves what it gets” is just horrifying. Ohio is a northern state but you can still see Confederate flags there. New York is praised like Cali for being accepting and safe but the NYPD will harass and murder you real quick.
