Annual Parade in the Netherlands Pays Homage to Vincent van Gogh with Massive Flower Floats

The Coro Zundert parade in the Netherlands celebrates the country’s reputation as a global supplier of dahlia flowers since 1936. This year 19 teams payed homage and drew inspiration from the work of Vincent van Gogh. The flowery floats are filled with imagery, colors and expressions from van Gogh’s signature style. The floats are now a mixture of tradition and urban art, which are a beautiful spectacle  to attend yearly.

Rough coloring done on my phone of what I currently have will look like. I'm gonna try and light all of the engraved decals such as the phone jack on the bottom. And where the speaker is I'll have a pitch bending mod installed. I'll hopefully have more progress up tomorrow

Starting the sketch for my custom lsdj gameboy. I've had this project for about 6 months now and I'm just getting back to it. I'm LED lighting the inside with either blue or white LEDs so I'm sketching out a circuit board pattern decal. In between the lines where start, select, a and b are will be the blue shell so light can pass through there. All surrounding material will be painted black, as well as the d-pad and a and b buttons. Surrounding the a and b buttons I have a ring drawn around then so there will be a blue glow surrounding the buttons
