Art Nouveau is one of my favorite types of art and these illustrations are simply breathtaking.

The one of Futaba kinda reminds me of Cardcaptor Sakura for some reason.

Ahh~ I love them all~!

FINALLY. I finished all my Persona 5 “Art Nouveau” illustrations.

Some are more inspired by this style of art than others; some are digital, but I used watercolor for most of them. It was a fun project as it allowed me to try new techniques //

How do you break writer’s block?

What are your tricks for writing (or being creative in general) when you’re blocked?

All I want to do is write and make art, but I can’t seem to do anything :(.

Tribute to the artist Lily.

The lyrics are from Fall Out Boy’s “Thanks For the Memories” and kinda for the Naruto series as a whole, not the fan art because all of that was just awesome!

I miss Lily’s artwork.  I wonder what ever happened to her....

Naruto: Next Generation Post

Whoa, apparently strong feelings about a post I made with someone’s fan art went terribly wrong.

1) I didn’t know I was using fan art and certainly wasn’t trying to attack the artist in any way, shape, or form, or claim it as my own. I genuinely thought it was official artwork. I liked it and was really just commenting on Kishimoto’s character designs for the next gen kids (which I know wee at least somewhat accurate given what I have seen of them). It was never meant to be a dig at the fan artist or their artistic choices.

2) Yeah, probably should’ve done better research. Oops. Sincerest apologies if I offended the artist, but as far as Kishimoto's character designs go, I still stand by my opinions. That's only on a looks basis; I know nothing about the actual characters to comment further on.

I’m currently playing Tales of Zestiria with my boyfriend and I L-O-V-E it!

I probably haven’t loved a game as much as I love this one since Final Fantasy X and that was.... like A LOT of years ago.  Everything is ridiculous and I love all the characters.  The gameplay could use some tweaking (there’s much to be desired), but the “inane” scenes are worth the play through.

Also, I ship Sorey x Mikleo.  The way my boyfriend and I see it:

Sorey isn’t hiding the fact that they’re in a relationship.  He also has some confused feelings.

Mikleo thinks they’re keeping their relationship a secret.  He is jealous of everyone.

We’ve toyed with the idea of attempting a Let’s Play! with it.  I wonder if we should....

Naruto: NaruSaku Holiday Exchange by Kaleta

Kaleta’s NaruSaku art is so adorable!  Also, I’d really like to see someone write a NaruSaku fic that is concurrent with the actual pairings at the end of the manga.... i.e. Affair!NaruSaku.  I think a lot of interesting scenarios could happen that would result in this.  Anyone up for a little (or a long) drabble challenge?

So I’m in love with the first picture because Sakura really does carry the weight of her team on her shoulders and doesn’t get enough appreciation for that!

But also: Is Sasuke biting Naruto’s ear and is Kakashi about to butt-sex Sasuke?

Either way, makes sense.
