everyone say thank you grian for not including the "everything is food" wild card in the finale because if they'd been starving/poisoned on top of all of the other wild cards, episode 8 would have lasted like 20 minutes tops

Joel being hunted down by a large group of people trying to kill him and just dancing around them and rapidly swapping places with them with his teleport ability was actually so cool and impressive. Just cinematic the way he'd taunt them and gleefully laugh as they all got disoriented and confused. No more blind panic and anger, he actually felt in control

It's funny how there's always an element of angst to the end of a life series season and then there's Joel trying to see if his traps worked and it immediately failing and his friends just making fun of him because of course his traps failed
