Unrelated question that you may have been asked before: which Freeman is your favorite to draw? I think a Freeman Classic (tm) is always a good time, but Cicero's design is so silly and good XD

I don't believe I've been asked before, but my fav little guy to draw would probably be Martini. He's the one I've been drawing the longest and his hair is just so silly to do!! Mind is a close second tho :)

(I have a love hate relationship with Gorgeous. I shan't explain it)

I can't speak for sapph (because I am not them) but I have a hunch their fav is probably Cicero :]

So glad you've asked, dear anon!! I too am a Benrey fan, though I can't say I even come close to rivaling Sapph (the beta reader, in case you don't know) and their love for that silly little guy. Sorry why does this sound like a villain monologue?

To actually answer your question, in as vague terms as possible so as to not spoil: There will in fact be more than just mentions >:) The main 4 (OG, Mind, Martini, and Gorgeous) will get AT LEAST ONE silly from their universe each to play a much more major role than just being like, a background easter egg mentioned to get you guys excited. I am a big fan of stories with huge casts and I feel like this will either shine through very well for this fic or just make the plot get progressively more confusing, but I'm having fun and hopefully you're having fun so who cares honestly?

October, as I anticipated, was a very hectic and chaotic month for me, but the good news is after this Saturday I will have a whole heck of a lot of my time back, at least for a short while, and I will use it for very evil, very devious things. Like writing fanfiction >:)

I'm going to hold off on trying to officially declare a date for when you guys should expect a new chapter because those always get derailed, but...

Chat I am SO SORRY I keep disappearing. It's not on purpose, but I feel bad for promising an update and then missing it entirely (for the umpteenth time in a row) and anxiety keeps making me just. Go silent. My Perfectionist Brain™ really wants this chapter to be long enough and good enough to warrant the sudden unplanned hiatus, which is why I keeping pushing back the update, but like, the longer I go without posting it the longer I feel it needs to be.

My ultimate goal right now is to get the chapter to be as good as it possibly can be before next Saturday, I think, since from that day on I'm going to be very busy until roughly the end of October. I'll try and be more active on here again so you guys at least know what's going on with me, and so you know the AO3 Curse™ didn't catch me.

I am SO excited for it, whenever it may come. I found HLVRAI right after it ended, which was fun because it meant I didn't have to wait for any parts to release since they were all out already, but also sad because I was too late and the fandom was already kind of dying down a little. I'm happy that the series is continuing and I'll get a chance to be part of that as it's happening rather than after :]

Good news chat, there WILL be an update tomorrow!! Mostly because I know if I don't post it soon I'll probably rewrite the whole thing. Again. I can't promise it'll be any particular length (I'm trying to get it to the usual chapter length but like. the writer's block is hitting hard and I just got sick with like. a cold or something), but it'll be more than nothing which at this point is all I can hope for ;-;

On a lighter note, I just wanna say thanks for checking in to you and everyone else who's done so :D
