Lily hated Lucia.

From the day Severina introduced them, she knew something about that girl rubbed her the wrong way.

It wasn’t jealousy, she wasn’t jealous that her girlfriend had a girl best friend, she always let her have her friends, it never bothered her. The ravenette had many friends, of every gender, many attractive, it had never been a bother as there was no one more loyal than her.

But Lucia. Oh, that girl.

She was just everything Lily hated; she was arrogant, self-centered and so over-confident it was sickening. Lily wondered just how Severina could be friends with her, the girl was the very thing the ravenette complained about when talking about people of higher class.

Yet here she was, being buddy-buddy with that blonde snob.

But Lily knew she couldn’t be on bad terms with her girlfriend’s best friend; so, one evening, she decided to talk to Lucia in private while Severina was having a cigarette break on their apartment’s balcony.

At first she tried to get to know her, asking her simple questions to see if they had a chance to get along; but it was impossible.

She was impossible.

So Lily gave up.

“You are unlikeable”, the ginger said finally, crossing her arms with a fed up expression on her face.

“Oooh, is the flower growing thorns?” Lucia said condescendingly, a smirk on her face, “Unlikeable, you say. But I do think your precious girlfriend likes me, a lot actually”, she added with a raise of her fine eyebrow.

“She can’t genuinely like you, she must be friends with you because you buy her gifts”, Lily answered, glaring at the arrogant woman.

Lucia laughed.

A laugh so posh it felt like it could pay rent.

But it annoyed the ginger even more.

“Sorry for laughing but do you mean to say that your girlfriend sees me as some sort of sugar mommy?” The blonde asked, an amused look on her face.

“That’s not what I meant!” Lily was getting angrier by the minute at the woman’s condescending behaviour.

“That’s what you seemed to imply though”, she teased more, leaning against the couch in a leaned back yet arrogant manner.

“I wasn’t-!”

“What are you girls talking about?” Severina entered the living room, putting her cigarette out in the ashtray on the coffee table.

“Nothing big”, Lucia said nonchalantly, she stood up and walked over to the raven haired woman, “Unfortunately, I should be off right now as it is getting late”, she took her hand, “I have to say, you have a lovely girlfriend, that’s for sure”, she kissed the back of it and left.

Severina raised an eyebrow, she went to the fridge and took a can of beer, popping it open, she looked at Lily.

“Sooo, what’s up? I see some tension between you and Lucia”, she asked and came over to sit beside her on the couch; she took a gulp of her beer and held it out for Lily to take a swing too.

“Nothing, don’t worry”, She answered, taking the can of beer and sipping it a bit before giving it back to her.

“If you say so, Lils”, she said, downing the rest of her beer.

Lily was out of town for the whole weekend, leaving Severina home alone. So, as her best friend, Lucia came to look over the chaos that was the ravenette; and what a good decision it was as she tried to smoke a whole pack of cigarettes only hours after the ginger left.

Of course, the blonde herself wasn’t that responsible either; so she decided to bring some of her most expensive alcoholic drinks the Saturday evening.

So they got wasted.

Oh, so fucking wasted.

And, somehow, Severina ended up on Lucia's lap.

And, somehow, they ended up making out on the couch.

“You’re so hot”, Lucia mumbled, her hands desperately gripping her best friend’s ass through the leather skirt she was currently wearing, her lips trailed down from Severina's lips to her neck.

“I.. We’re too drunk for that…” The ravenette tried to move away but the other girl didn't release her grip one bit.

“Come on, both you and I want it, it's just a shag like any other”, she tried, kissing her neck gently, “Besides, the flower is away, you can just let go this once and we never speak about it ever again”

Severina hesitated, she was very loyal and loved her girlfriend endlessly but at the same time, the touches were making her crazy with want. A moan escaped her throat as Lucia bit her pulse point, sucking a love bite there; it all felt too good to stop, no matter how wrong it was.

“Now these are the sounds I want to hear. Come on, little crow, I can give you what you want but you have to say it, I want to hear it from your pretty lips”, Lucia whispered against her ear, her hand trailing from the girl’s ass to the front of her skirt, her fingers hooked on the hem of it, threatening to take it off.

“Ah.. please…” Severina mumbled, her eyes half-lidded and lips slightly parted.

The blond tutted, “‘Please’ is not an answer, just a ‘yes’ or ‘no’, you can say that, can’t you?” She demanded, retreating from her neck to have a look at the dishevelled face of the girl.

“…Yes…” She said finally, her brain only registering the feeling of long slender fingers so close yet so far from the place she needed them to be at.

“Good girl”, Lucia praised and kissed her passionately, slowly taking off her skirt, she then picked her up, bringing her to the bedroom.

She dropped her on the bed and began stripping from her own clothes before climbing on the bed too; she undressed the other girl and lowered herself over the lower part of the girl’s body, leaving small kisses on her stomach, over to her belly button.

A scream erupted, breaking the peaceful slumber of Severina.

Once she got a grasp at reality, a hangover punched her first thing upon gaining consciousness. A choked sob made her decide to move, to see whoever was disturbing her morning.

Lily was standing in the doorway, a hand over her mouth and tears streaking down her face. She looked at the discarded clothes on the floor and the sight of her girlfriend in bed with another, she made eye contact with Severina before storming off with cries.

“Wait, no, Lily!” Severina called out, she cursed under her breath and took the cover to wrap it around her naked figure.

She ran after Lily, the moment she grabbed her wrist, the sound of a loud slap resonated in the room; Severina let go and touched her red cheek.

“How dare you do that to me?! I left for one day!” The girl shouted, her mascara covering her cheeks and her face as red as her hair.

“Lily, wait, no! We-.. I never meant to.. We were drunk and.. and somehow-..”

“Somehow you fucked? That’s what you’re telling me?” She yelled once again, her chest was heaving at her deep shaky breaths.

“I.. I can explain- I swear…-”

“Save your breath, Severina. You and I are done”, Lily said finally and stormed out the door, slamming it behind her.

Severina broke down, tears streaming down her face too, she sat on the floor sobbing.

Lucia emerged from the bedroom, wearing her yesterday clothes. She walked over and picked the crying girl in her arms, whispering comforting words in her ear as she rubbed her back.

“Let me get you back to bed. Alright, little raven?” She kissed her temple and gently put her to bed with a glass of water and some hangover pills.

Lucia walked out of the apartment, she needed to get new clothes from her house and come back to lift the spirits of her best friend.

She heard sobs and walked over to the staircase, seeing a familiar ginger girl sitting on the stairs. She walked over to her, leaning against the railing.

“Mm”, she hummed, “You remember what you told me that one day?”

Lily turned to her, wiping her tears, “What are you talking about?”

“ ‘Severina doesn’t actually like you’, were your words, ‘She’s only friends with your friend because you gift her stuff’. After today’s event, I got to say..”, she bent down to whisper in her ear, “..I think your girlfriend really likes me”, she stood back straight and admired Lily’s angry face. She then walked down the stairs like nothing happened, a shit-eating grin on her face.

“You whore”, Lily called out angrily as a new wave of tears -now caused by anger- filled her eyes.

“Only your girlfriend’s”, she called out back and left the building.

Here is a list of things that Snape canonly, definitely, absolutely, no-need-to-look-for-proof did (I saw it on tumblr so it must be true)

- Stalked Lily. He had a pair of binoculars in his office, and also a newspaper with two eye hole cut into it. Snape used to sit in the tree outside Lily’s bedroom window, or the bench in her favourite park, and hiss menacingly at children and the elderly as they walked by

- Couldn’t take no for an answer. When Lily told him to fuck off, Snape immediately summoned his fedora and a guitar, and sang a sad song called nice guys finish last. He followed Lily round like a puppy, crawling and begging, until she finally kicked him which prompted Snape to kick any puppies he saw for the rest of his life

- Terrified children. Snape used to hide round corners dressed in a variety of costumes, such as killer clowns, vampires, monsters, and the taxman. He would jump out at children, shout ooga booga! and hiss menacingly (which also came in handy during the stalking)

- Stole from James. As most people do with their favourite bully, Snape idolised James and thought he was wonderful. Thus Snape would eavesdrop during class to find out what tips James had so he could write them down. Pride? What pride? Nobody needs pride when James Potter is around, that swell dude, so awesome, so rad. Even his bullying victims love him. Snape even stole James’s so he could run his fingers lovingly across the pages

- Made Sirius go to prison. Just like with James, Snape adored his other bully to Sirius to such a degree that he strived to know everything about him, including whether he was a Death Eater or not (Snape and Voldie are BFFs and Voldie tells Snape everything). When Sirius was arrested, Snape could have told the truth that he definitely knew every single Death Eater in the world and that Sirius wasn’t one of them, but some children were looking so he had to be scary instead by not telling the truth that he was 100% definitely absolutely sure of

- Was an adult at the same time he was a child and student. Yes, Snape was neglected and abused, lived in poverty, had one (1) friend, and was severely bullied at school which led to him falling in with a group of young Death Eaters who preyed upon the vulnerable but– BUT—Snape also abused his students as a teacher, which means that all that other stuff is okay because teenage Snape should have thought twice before adult Snape was mean to kids. I mean, James and Sirius absolutely knew that Snape was a dick teacher so their bullying towards him was a-ok. God Snape, why weren’t you more aware of your future self like your bullies were?

- Never did anything good. Ever. Spying on the Dark Lord to the Dark Lord’s face? Using Occlumency against the greatest Legilimens in the world? Saving the life (multiple times) of the kid of the one woman you ever loved and the man who bullied you for years? Giving your life to save said kid and the wizarding world? Nah man, none of that matters if you were a mean teacher too. Don’t you know that being mean cancels out everything good you’ve ever done and makes it void? God, Snape, why didn’t you know that?

Lucius peeked his head downstairs, his father had told him to stay in his bedroom while he and mother were taking care of guests but he was getting bored so he wanted to see who the guests were. As soon as he got to see a glimpse of the living room, his father spotted him.

“Speaking of the devil. Lucius, come, come meet the guests”, Abraxas said, gesturing him over.

Lucius walked down the stairs, he finally saw who the guests were; a very skinny woman with a long hooked nose, black hair that stopped at the top of her back and dark eyes contrasting with her pale skin, beside her was a little kid, who he assumed was her daughter, looking the exact same — although with shorter hair long enough to only graze her shoulders.

“Lucius, this is Eileen, an old friend of mine”, Helena introduced the shabby-looking woman, “This is Severus, her kid and your new friend. Now, could you both go play in your room while your father and I talk with Eileen?”

Lucius nodded and looked at Severus who looked back at him but didn’t move from her mom, Eileen had to nudge her to move forward, Lucius took her hand and walked to his bedroom; when she entered the room, she looked fascinated by how big the room was, it made him smile.

“So, how old are you, Severus?” He asked, trying to start a conversation with the little kid.

She looked at him and stayed silent for some time before opening her mouth and saying in the smallest shyest voice, “Four”

He almost aw’ed, she was so very cute and obviously had problems communicating, “We’re six years apart then, I’m ten”

She didn’t answer, she went back to looking around the room, Lucius knew striking a conversation wouldn’t work with her so he decided to try another approach, he went to his small bookshelf and took a book he used to read at her age; ‘Introduction to the Wizarding World for Muggles and Young Wixen’.

“Do you know how to read?” He asked, she shook her head, he smiled again, “Do you want me to read for you?” She looked at him in surprise for a second before nodding almost shyly.

He sat on his bed and patted the spot next to his, she walked over and carefully climbed on the bed, sitting at a reasonable distance where she could still see the book without getting into his personal space. He opened the book and started reading, it was a thick-ish book, with about two hundred pages of words and illustrations; he read it out loud, showed and explained what the moving drawings on pages were, he looked as her eyes lit up with every new page of information.

Then, slowly, she started coming out of her shell, asking more questions, even moving a bit closer to see better, no longer scared of being too close for his liking as he seemed to not mind. They read for hours, laughed at some puns the author gave and, soon, the sun set and the two fell asleep sitting against each other.

Eileen and Helena opened the door and saw the pair, they aw’ed at the sight of the sleeping children. Eileen picked Severus up gently, the two kids woke up from the movement.

“Bye bye, Lucius”, Severus said sleepily, waving over her mom’s shoulder as she was carried away.

“Goodbye, Severus”, Lucius answered, his mom started tucking him to bed, “Mom?”

“Yes, darling?”

“What’s the most unbreakable bond?” He asked sleepily, rubbing his eye.

“Mmh, I guess marriage, why?” Helena answered, stroking his long-ish blonde hair.

“I think I’ll marry Severus then. When I get older, I’ll make her my wife”, he said confidently.

“Oh”, she answered then gave him an apologetic smile, “You can’t make Severus your wife, darling, he’s not a girl”

His eyebrows raised at the announcement of misgendering the little kid, “I’ll make him my husband then”, he said, his eyebrows furrowing in determination.

Helena’s smile became more gentle at his childish innocence, she was just happy they were getting along, “Of course you will, my darling”, she gave him a goodnight kiss on his forehead before leaving him to sleep.

I would feel 100% safe with Snape because bro's worst crime was to be mean with students so he would just curse meanwhile Sirius got attempted murder on his ass and James got waterboarding and SA (pantsing aka unconsented exposure of someone's underwear). Like Severus is the safest choice especially young Severus who will be non-verbal at best
