bro being ana will literally make you so fucking selfish and wishing for things that are horrible. Tell me why when i was younger that i wished i had the brain tumor my father had because when he got hospitilized and had to eat not a lot of food and lost like 104 pounds and was 70 pounds which was so fucking dangerous like what is wrong with me i fucking hate myself, not only that but he is dead, its almost a year i miss him.

I’m so tired but I can’t sleep. I want to eat everything but nothing at the same time. I’m so fat, whenever I try to lose weight everything just sticks to me like sticky gum. My stomach aches but I love the feeling, feeling tired is amazing. I love feeling like I’m going to faint, I’m doing well. I want to throw up all the food I ate, I don’t deserve that food, I never do. Still, I stuff myself with it until I start drowning in my tears and guilt. I wish I was never fat, I wish I was born skinny. Now I can’t stop comparing myself to people, I can’t stop looking at my reflection in a reflective surface. I feel so disgusting and all I can do is just go through it. I only think of food and nothing else, it’s honestly sad. Sometimes I wonder how I’d look if I was skinny, maybe I’d look pretty. I’m so tired, I just want to sleep and wake up pretty. Daydreaming is all I can do and as of now I shall finally succumb to the sleep.

Dawg I’m the biggest hypocrite ever 😭😭 I got hungry and I decided I wanted to eat. When I saw a pre-packaged sandwich it sounded good but then I saw it was 700 kcals 💀 I binged my entire life away yesterday and now I’m complaining about 700 kcals, bro I need to get better 😭😭 my period and sleep schedule really fucked up my fasting period. Don’t worry, I’m going to get on track.

Heads up!! I’ll rant on this even though it’s something little, I want it to show you how I do mine. Sorry if this isn’t pro Ana, I’ve had horrible eating habits in the past where I starve myself for long days and how I’d feel miserable every time. I feel like I don’t have control and binge all the time and purge a lot but I’ve changed and I like this way. I hope it inspires you or you just like it for it is! :3 I’m gonna try to start a food diary and since multiple people can see this i think it’ll help me lose weight cause im embarrassed of what i eat. Plus it’s the summer, school ended and it’s more easier for me a bit!! :33
today I didn’t eat until 3 pm I think. I ate 11 strawberries which came out to 66 calories, the strawberries were different sizes so I just put large strawberry calorie and it was 6. I also ate at around 4:14 pm. I was gonna track the calories for this one but me and my mom love this dish so she made it. It’s made with couscous, tomatoes, and peppers!! If you want the recipe it’ll be on the bottom of this rant. She used what we had left of the couscous and it look around a cup and a half because I don’t remember where the measuring cup was and I guessed it. When I ate it I was just hungry so I ate like 80% of the pan which isn’t my proudest moment, LOL. I also ate 4 biscoffs because even though I ate a lot, if I didn’t have a small treat I was for sure gonna binge later. I drank a liter of water and I might drink more. The biscoff, It was only 150 kcals so I ate it. It’s currently 6:12 pm and I’m about to start my fast at 7. I’m sorry if it isn’t what you expected because it’s hard for me to let go of food but if I fast for 16 hours and I’m able to have 2 snacks (strawberries and biscoff) and some food I’ll be able not to binge. I also feel full so I guess it’s a win!! My fasting routine is just not eating from 7 pm to 11 am. I say it’s good because I don’t eat in the night and I’m dry fasting meaning I don’t drink water in the fast. I’ve done it for almost a week and I honestly like it. Before it wasn’t like that it’s was crazy but doing it made me feel ok and alright. I do some light exercise everyday except on weekends. Remember, doing little things every day will come for a big change!! I love you all and goodbye!! Recipe is just tomatoes, pepper, couscous, and salt. If you want to enhance flavors a bit, put a tiny pinch of powdered chicken broth. Get a bit of oil and put on pan. Cut vegetables first. Doesn’t matter how to cut. Put vegetables in pan and see what consistency you like. For me, I like when the couscous soaks up the tomatoes so I leave it more mushy/liquidy. Peppers it honestly depends but when I do it it’s chewy. When the vegetables are done add some couscous to it and wait for a bit. When done, stir it around!! That’s it! Love you all!!!

So like I wanted to lose some weight and I though of giving this diet a try :) *btw found it on TT*
Day 1: 300 c
Day 2: 400 c
Day 3: 300 c
Day 4: 400 c
Day 5: 500 c
Day 6: 550 c
Day 7: 400 c
Rules:
Drink more then 1L of water.
10k steps a day or 30 min cardo.
At least 7 hours of sleep.
Im current have around a 25in waist and I want to go down to 23in as well as 20in thighs I just want to get down and have a thigh gap.
I’m doing some other workouts as well, but I will post the results :)

went from 133 to 124 in a little over a week, then got stressed and have to start over again
New Routine and Rules
every morning do 1 min plank, 50 jumping jacks, and 10 burpees… repeat every night
keeping the 25 every time i go to the bathroom
hot showers only so i sweat
under 800 cals a day, fast every tuesday and thursday
