The Meridell/Darigan War Plots:
–You joined in 1999/2000�� or have a UC obsession. Or both.
–Jeran was probably your furry awakening. Or Kass.
–You hated the Viacom years with a burning passion.
–You’re lowkey invested in Meridell and Darigan to this day, even though neither have received an update in years.
The Ice Caves Plot:
–You played every Hannah and the [blank] caves game as they came out, or played them after reading the plot. Point is, you actually played them.
–Kannah is your OTP. The Obelisk War gave you life, and you instantly joined the Thieves’ Guild.
–You have like, 3 Bori on your main.
–you hate the Jumpstart years. Not with a burning passion, you just mourn the Habitarium and Keyquest.
The Curse Of Maraqua Plot:

Sorry bro, I can’t make it. I’m celebrating my Poogle’s sweet sixteen today. Huh? Dog? Oh no, you misheard me, I said PooGle. With a G. You know, the Neopet. Remember Neopets? The virtual pet game from the 2000s? It’s still up and running! Anyway, it’s my Neopet’s 16th birthday so I can’t come to… yeah, actual human years. She was born in 2008. What do Poogles look like? Uh… sort of like hippos with dog ears. Mine looks like if someone made a plush toy of one of those and it became possessed by a really creepy-looking evil spirit, though. She’s like a daughter to me.

So as part of the ongoing Neopets plot there's a daily where you visit various maps and click on void blobs called essences. To encourage people to do this, TNT also introduced a community challenge to collect 10 million essences to win a prize.
Now the problem is that that TNT never specified what the prize was, so people went insane guessing what it would be. A valuable re-lease? A new p3? Some powerful Battledome weapon? The hype was through the roof, especially as we crept closer and closer to the finish line.
And then we finally reached the goal and the prize was a toy snowglobe
