I’m aware that Mutota is taller than the other male characters (You have no idea how long I spent jumping around the four male chiefs with Kinich HAHA) and YES I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! The chiefs are just getting taller and taller like Wayna is taller than Amina (Obviously) and Pacal, but then Mutota rolls up and then boom!!! Biram!! We’ll just have to wait and see about the Collective of Plenty’s chief. It’s unlikely but imagine if they’re even taller than Biram HAHAHA

You’re so right that Mutota is super cute!! The hat is indeed very silly but honestly it grew on me 😆 And his SCARS!!! I re-read all the chiefs dialogues over and over to the point I can recite them by heart tbh and his is so!!! Mysterious!! Like it is general wise words but the implications!!!

I still love all the dialogues you can get by talking to the chiefs. Here are my very bad summaries of them:

Pacal: So actually my weight comes from a period of traumatic stress eating from failed dreams and expectations but everything’s fineeeeeee now 😊 (Uncle Pacal I will defend you with my life. Look at me in the eye and tell me ‘My determination is just like my weight — they are both here to stay.’ is not peak writing I dare you)

Amina: This tribe has only one competent person and that is ME (Hustling truly has no age… Amina my sweet smart scheming superstar… I swear she’s smarter than so many adults IRL… she’s a brat but she’s MY brat okay???)

Wayna: I’m not old I swear (Sure Uncle ‘You need to take risks when you're young, 'cause by the time you're my age, you couldn't attempt something like that even if you wanted to.’ I believe you wholeheartedly. We love a king in denial!!!)

Mutota: Yeah elitism is rampant in my tribe so I’m just waiting for them to learn it the hard way 😘 (Yessir whatever you say sir anything for you sir)

Moving back to Mutota, he also talks about arrogance and how it doesn’t help on the battlefield, which makes me wonder if he was some cocky little shit when he was younger before he matured through the hard way into the reliable sexy figure we know and love…

Which brings me to the question HOW OLD IS HE 😭😭😭 Both he and Biram are really confusing my vibe check because I can’t decide if they’re in their late twenties (For Biram’s case, perhaps even younger) to late forties and I have NO clue… the first three chiefs didn’t give me this problem…

(I find it hilarious that among all the chiefs Mutota really got put through the wringer. First, his tribe gets hit the hardest by the abyss, and then shortly after his trusted elder literally incites a revolt and tries to, in his own words, arrest him. Not to mention all the Saurian torture and anti-Qucusaurus propaganda my man can NOT catch a break HAHAHA)

I’ll be vague about Biram since you haven’t finished the quest, but let me just say I adore his attitude on tradition. His personality (And I’ll admit, everything else about him too) was not what I expected but I love it!!! I regret not taking screenshots of him next to Kinich when he’s standing up (Does this count as a spoiler?? That he stands up at some point??) because I needed to refer to videos to try gauge his size properly… but cutscenes weren’t the best at displaying his angles unfortunately 😭

I tried to make his size as accurate as possible, but in the end of the day, we’re operating off hentai logic here so half of it is still me pulling stuff out of my butt. Speaking of butts, because the aforementioned logic Kinich will be fineeeeeee… right..? You’ll just have to wait and see HAHAHA

Regarding other games, so far I’m only playing Genshin Impact! It’s a huge time sink + requires quite a bit of commitment, so I don’t really play anything else. I am aware of other games though! Usually through summaries from my friends but I do read the plot + watch cutscenes and dialogue for parts I’m interested in!

As my Fandom List states, I’m familiar enough with Honkai Star Rail to talk about it! I’m also familiar with Zenless Zone Zero, but to a much lesser extent. I’m super indecisive over picking favourites because I love all of them, and having a bunch of Star Rail ships makes it even harder…

If I had, HAD to pick, for HSR, my favourites will probably be Jing Yuan or Sunday (Who work amazingly together in a gameplay sense, funnily enough, or so I heard)!

Jing Yuan’s attitude is absolutely lovely to see, and he’s essentially a catboy in my books with his :3 expression and how languid he is! It helps that my man is also a walking magnet for doomed gay ships HAHAH

Sunday has the most compelling story + motivations for me at the moment! His trailer also hits so incredibly hard that I did standing ovation once I finished watching it 😆

Honourable mentions go to Boothill and Sampo!! Boothill’s animations and speech is top tier and I also love his optimistic attitude even in the face of adversity!! Sampo is Sampo so I don’t think I need to elaborate further HAHA he is the best clown ever!!

There’s so many people I like that I can’t mention!!! If not I’ll just be listing out everyone in the damn hand HAHA

I know less about ZZZ so the particular stand out here will be Lycaon! It’s HILARIOUS seeing the sheer amount of people he’s singlehandedly turning into furries. I don’t blame them, honestly, his design, animations, and personality is so beautiful!!!

I also really, REALLY love the fact that he’s the leader of his group. Most people tend to forget that butlers are often the head of other servants in a household, and not just the servant answering directly to the employers. So seeing focus on the managerial aspects of a butler is super refreshing!!

Seth’s super cute and he gets bonus points for actUALLY BEING A CATBOY??? (I’m salty about Lyney… Genshin when will you give us a proper catboy we already have 3+ catgirls PLEASE) The Tom and Jerry reference he and Jane has going on is hilarious too HAHA

Honourable mentions go to Billy, Ben and Lighter. Watching Billy is weirdly satisfying with how bouncy he is, and Ben because I love the nonhuman designs in ZZZ. Lighter’s hot, no surprise there, with the cherry on top being that he’s the only man in a group called the “Sons of Calydon” HAHAHA

His design isn’t my favourite and it does feel a little weaker than the others (Might be because he’s white. Sir WHY are you white…), but that doesn’t mean I dislike it!!! Plus his SIZE 👀👀👀

And this, my friends, is how a one chapter story triples in length 🫠

Take this as my official announcement that there will be a delay in posting the continuation. Because the three course meal that I had been cooking has now turned into a whole buffet that needs to be made. More time is needed, but MORE FOOD!!!

Initial plan was to have the build-up (Short), main event (Long), and wrap-up (Short) all done in one chapter. But then I suddenly had—more accurately, insisted, as no one’s forcing me to do this except my own innate desire to lovingly destroy a fictional character’s hips—to take into account another person…

I’m not sure what’s it like for other writers, but for me, adding just one person to the yeehaw can nearly DOUBLE it in length.

Which is why I ended up splitting the story into three chapters. Build-up (Long) in the first, main event (Celestial save me) in the second, and wrap-up (Long) in the third. For your information, at present, the second chapter is nearly 4k words long in PLANNING. I haven’t even got to writing yet! Let me just say I’m having a LOT of fun!!!

Take this as a teaser but for the few who particularly ship Wayna/Kinich (Whether via my conversion or your own brain, you’re amazing) you will be in for a treat!!!

Can anyone confirm if Biram is or is not the one that tried to banish Ororon to the shadow realm (Read: sacrifice) when he was a baby? From what I read I don’t think so, but I can’t be too sure? I haven’t played the other world quests and stuff so I’m not sure how much lore will they reference, though I doubt it since they’re usually more world buildy and stuff

Citlali mentions that the one who tried to yeet Ororon was “the chief at the time”, which implies the role already changed hands. What happened then? Is he like Amina in which he inherited the role from a relative? How old is he?

Biram’s CN voice (Language I play in) sounds pretty youthful, as in he sounds like he’s in his twenties, but his EN voice (Seen from online videos) sounds like he’s in his thirties-forties? Considering a literal kid AKA Amina is chief how old was he when he assumed the role? How does any of this matter to the smut fic I’m in the midst of writing?

Side tangent regarding voices, Mutota sounds SO different in each of the 4 languages. I switched between them when he was standing around in the Interlude quest (Forgot to do the same with Biram during the Tribal Chronicles HAHA) and I’m very conflicted??? Can Mutota be found in the overworld? I haven’t completed the last Flower-Feather Tribal Chronicle AKA Chasca’s quest and I can’t find him? Will he only appear afterwards?

CN Mutota sounds pretty old, then I switched to JP and was suddenly hit with the youthful ikemen kira kira sparkle and went HUH??? KR sounds sexier and more mature but not old before EN loops right back to being old. This is Vichama all over again help hoW OLD ARE YOU PEOPLE???

Regarding if the series will have Kinich ships with other playables, the answer is YES!! I don’t write Traveller (Aether in this case) ships, so no Aekini unfortunately, but I’ll definitely be writing for Ororon! Same with Ajaw, Capitano, and Ifa (In Ifa’s case I’ll be waiting for more canon information on him first!)

Don’t expect Playable/Kinich anytime soon however… After the 5.2 update stream swung the wrecking ball that is Mutota (Flower-Feather chief) into my psyche I’m in the utter depths of NPC hell HAHAHHA
