The thing about AuDHD that really makes my life a living hell, is that my brain is so Loud. Like non-stop chatter, four different things going on at once. And on days where I’m having an everything is Too Much overstimulation moment, I absolutely loose it. I call this Itchy Brain. My mom thinks i have bipolar disorder.
