Customers, stop calling in and complaining about getting an automated device first just to treat to us like we aren't human. I did not give you that FBI virus or run over your phone line with the lawn mower, so don't yell at me about your mistakes. When I say "thank you for calling" and "have a nice day", don't wordlessly hang up on me. I am a human, not a machine. If you so desperately want to speak with a human, act like a respectable one when you get me on the phone.
