Prolonged period in my home brought me to the comics of my teenage years. Specifically KAMEN RIDER SPIRITS By Kenichi Muraeda. If you don’t know what KAMEN RIDER is, they are a long running series of Japanese bug-eyed superheroes. KAMEN RIDER SPIRITS is a spinoff of the classic retro KAMEN RIDER SPIRITS, mainly expanded the story of KAMEN RIDER ZX. This guy right here is Kazuya Taki, an FBI agent who fought alongside the OG double riders. In this manga, he is a really an interesting character because he kept fighting bad guys and monsters despite not being a cyborg like the Kamen Riders. He kept pushing forward, even at one point almost killed by his subordinate for rejecting mass cyborg modification for soldiers. I can relate to him, because i am also not as “enhanced” as my friends are, i kept fighting like Kazuya Taki. He has reignited spirit within me to keep fighting any adversities i am currently facing. I hope i will succeed like Kazuya taki succeeded in defeating monsters while not being a superhuman. Just maybe.

Duke Leto Atreides is a character created by Frank Herbert for his sci-fi epic, Dune.This is my reinterpretation of Duke Leto Atreides as he was depicted in BOOM Studio's Dune : House Atreides comic. It took me a week to finish this, and it challenged me to exert more effort into this. But, there are still a long way to go for me to hone my skills to professional level. Otherwise, i am satisfied with my result.
