My crazy unhinged opinion is that a male character should not have to have some crazy homoerotic queerbaity relationship with another male character in order for it to be a reasonable conclusion to draw that they might be a thing.

A male character will have a generic ass interaction with a female character and people will ship them to the moon and back. But suddenly, when it’s two GUYS, or heaven forbid two GIRLS, it has to be more than that. There has to be “evidence”.

Can we normalize shipping male characters who are only shown as being friends. Because that’s actually a pretty normal and reasonable place for a relationship to start. I know that shipping those guys because their relationship is freaky and dramatic is fun but I’m BEGGING for more mundane yaoi (and yuri!) okay?!?! Im on my knees right now PLEADING for you to start shipping characters purely because you can
