I highly recommend taking moments throughout Every day to focus upon all you have to be grateful for. A focus upon gratitude makes you feel better for one. It also tends to draw in more for you to be grateful for, so that's cool. And I've noticed in life that just about everyone appreciates a grateful soul. At times when Life seems more challenging is an especially great time to readjust your focus upon all you are grateful for. We are a very comfortable society and have so much to be grateful for. So if you had a challenging day today, take a few minutes to think about and speak about All that you are grateful for. What do you have to lose? Besides a lackful focus that is. Give it a try and see how you feel, you'll be so glad you did. I'll begin, I am grateful for my healthy strong body, mind and soul. I'm grateful to BE Alive at such an incredible time. I'm grateful for my sweet, honoring and close soul family. The sweetest Beloved I could ever manifest. The sweetest most Loving and intelligent children a mom could wish for. My amazing Honey Girl who's always at her momma's side. I'm so grateful for a peace filled life that wasn't always this way. So grateful for our beautiful home and Sacred Space that I absolutely Adore. Grateful to have such beautiful intimate time with my clients, my family and friends all balanced with my alone me time. I'm grateful for the veggies growing in my garden and the beautiful flowers and trees surrounding our home. I'm grateful everyday for the beautiful sky and all her incredible ever shifting colors. Grateful for delicious healthy meals and Crystal clear healthy water. And let's not forget about the luxury of indoor plumbing and hot water...Thankful Thankful for it all and so much more.
