Hello everyone! I made some ombre recolors for this beautiful hair made by @simduction. I also want to credit @kismet-sims because i used their ombre accessory to create this recolor. There are 32 swatches in total, enjoy! :)

Profitable Roommates

Expansion/Stuff Packs Required: None (Base Game) Contains Script File: no

This is a mod that changes the math done to come up with the rent each roommate should pay, making it more realistic and profitable for your sim who owns the lot.

What's changed?

The default value for rent_modifier on the Roommate Service is 0.0175, and I changed it to 0.05.

If you want to change the value, the math the game does to calculate the rent each roommate will pay is:

Rent per tenant = lot value * rent_modifier / total household sims + roommates

I created this mod for personal use, but figured somebody might want it too.

reyna hair;

I’ve had this in my mods folder for a while but just haven’t gotten around to uploading it until now. It is by no means perfect but I’m happy with how it looks atm, so here it is! Hope y’all enjoy!

Fun fact! ‘reyna’ is the tagalog translation to the word, ‘queen’.The hair kinda reminded me of Lorde and idk, please don’t @ me lmaoo
