So Charles basically gave them intel on some things, right? What would be his position in the Mafia if he even is a part of it? Like soldier or maybe lower than that?

That is correct, he did have intel on some things! And actually, the Billiard family is not really "mafia" anymore, I'd just like to prefer them as a crime family or crime syndicate, but I will get to more details after I sort it all out.

But he is not apart of the syndicate per se, he just owed him a favor that he kept refusing to do. So what better way to get his attention than to take his daughter and make him come to them?
