1. If your oc was to host a TV show, what would it be about? Would your oc be good at it? What sorts of guests would appear?

Z is a bit shy, so it's not really likely for him to host anything public like that, but if he did I'm sure it would be some sort of cooking show, and he'd be great at making yummy treats. Maybe my other cheffy OCs like Luke could come by!

3. If you were to choose another name for your oc, what do you think it would be? Did you choose it for how it sounds or for its meaning?

I honestly picked Reuben first and never settled on anything else. It was definitely a case of name creating OC and not the other way around. I have no idea why I picked it tbh, but I think it suits him.

4. How does your oc fare in the dark? Are they scared? Do they trip over things really easily or navigate like they have night vision? (Or do they have night vision?)

Aedan is probably neutral about the dark, he doesn't really fear or like it. He does tend to trip though, which can be troubling considering his past.

7. Does your oc have any allergies, intolerances, or other sensitivities? How dangerous is it? Does this affect their daily life in any way?

Does being allergic to bad gamers count? In all seriousness Ave is pretty hardy and doesn't have any trouble with eating.

9. How easily does your oc make friends? Do they have difficulty talking to new people? Why?

Daryl is actually pretty shy and keeps to himself - a literal lone wolf if you will - which makes it difficult for him to meet people or hold long conversations.

10. How open is your oc to trying new things? Are they the adventurous sort, or would they rather stay in their comfort zone? Why?

Jayden used to definitely be a comfort zone guy due to his social anxiety, but I think with time and his story/development he becomes more outgoing and willing to try new things or be more out there.

13. How dangerous is your oc? Are they completely innocent, or someone to be feared? Do others know?

Considering she's a bounty hunter/seductress, probably very dangerous. She definitely tricks you with those cute doe eyes and then fuckin GETS you.

16. How often does your oc lie? Why is that? What was the biggest lie they’ve ever told?

Ash is very much a white lier who prefers to avoid conflict with friends and acquaintances and will thus come up with small fibs (e.g, no you look fine in that dress, no I'm not mad, etc). Of course, they do have a tipping point where they'll let their true feelings be known if you make them mad enough. However, they really don't tell any big lies.

17. How well can your oc keep secrets? Is there a difference between how they handle their own vs someone else’s? To what lengths would they go to keep something hidden?

Marnie keeps MANY secrets as evidenced by her story and very much keeps to herself. Due to this, she's a very good keeper of others' secrets too, and is perfectly capable of taking something to the grave as needed.

20. What is your oc’s personal hygiene like? Is it important to them? What is their daily routine for this like?

I'd like to think Maryangela only took modest baths before Falling due to the humility being forced onto all angels, and after Narci introduced her to the luxurious world of bubble baths and spa days she got more into self-care.

34. How easily does your oc throw something away? As soon as something is through with its usefulness, or are they more like a hoarder? Is there a reason?

In terms of being precious with things, Pepper is really not the type. However, she is very ecologically-minded, so if she can recycle something or repurpose it, she would rather do that than contribute it to a landfill. She's definitely the kind of person to hold onto a chips bag or soda bottle until she finds a recycling bin.

#OCtober 2021 - Week 3: The Misfits

↳ Day 2: Terry & Zytaveon

Since The Misfits has 8 main characters, you guys get a double dose everyday! Starting us off, we have the Vicario brothers, Terry (left) and Zytaveon (right).

Terrance 'Terry' Vicario, also known as Terry Kashmere, (note: Terrance, not Terrence), is the younger brother. He is a bi albino camboy.

Zytaveon Vicario, also known as Zytaveon Kashmere, Zyta, or simply Z, is the older brother. He is a trans man and an asexual, and loves cooking.

Both of the boys are biracial (Latino from dad, white from mom).

Terry is 23 years old and stands 5'7" and weighs 'somewhere around 160-170lb', making him overweight for his height. However, he boasts all the weight he gains goes straight to his ass and thighs. He is fully albino, specifically having oculocutaneous albinism as a result of recessive alleles from both parents, and as a result has sallow pinkish skin, snowy white hair on his head, eyebrows, body hair (though he shaves this all off usually), and eyelashes, and pink eyes. While he does not have the usual poor vision issues that albinos enjoy, he did initially have amblyopia (lazy eye) as a child. This was corrected using the eyepatch method when he was young. He also pretty much exclusively wears sunglasses when outdoors during the day to protect his eyes from glare/photophobia (sun intolerance), since he has no melanocytes to protect his eyes. His skin is less protected, leaving him to put high-SPF sunscreen pretty much anytime when outside under sunlight to avoid burning. He typically wears a black t-shirt with a bleeding heart on it, as well as women's jeans, black and white striped stockings, and red Converses. He sometimes wears black, blue, or purple tanktops as well. His hair is medium length and he has a cute button nose compared to his brother's impressive snoot. He has a tattoo on his neck of a heart with an arrow through it as well as silver earrings. Lastly, he typically paints his nails black.

Zytaveon stands 5'10", is 25 years old, and has bronze skin and a slightly curvy body. He has long deeply brown hair that reaches his upper-mid back, brown eyes, and a large nose. His nose has a long jagged pink scar across it as a result of an injury from his abusive relationship. He also has long eyelashes, thick eyebrows, and thin, boney hands. He has received top surgery and has two simple scars under his pectorals. Z is, typically, seen as anxious and shy. He has trouble meeting new people due to his trauma and tends to keep to himself, only opening up around close friends and family. However he is very kind and loving to those he is close to, and prides himself in taking care of those around him through his good advice or homey cooking. He has some ambitions as well, hoping to one day open his own restaurant or cafe, and he can be snarky or humorous, especially with his little brother Terry. However, he tends to spiral easily into self-doubt and panic, especially when triggered. He also has very low self-esteem, and is not trusting of new faces or strangers.

Terry is very close with his brother, and is protective of him. He has gone on record saying that even though he himself would not date an asexual due to how important sex is to him, he thinks asexuals are cool and hates aphobia. Terry is best friends with Iggy and Jasper and jokingly calls the three of them a polyamory. He and Iggy used to have a thing in high school. Terry is friends with Blue, James, and Avery, though he enjoys making Avery flustered with his advances. James also likes to tease Terry for how he used to make fun of James' height in high school and got rewarded with a fist in the mouth. Terry has a very good relationship with his parents, Roxanne and Leocadio.

Z is extremely close to his parents and his brother Terry, relying on them greatly for mental help and in turn protecting and loving them. He is also very close with James, with some implied romance between them, due to their similar backstories and experiences. He is also friendly with the other Misfits, with the exception of Avery whom he is more cautious with. This may be due to Avery's brash nature and his red hair, which are both anxiety-inducers for Z.

Trivia:

Terry's usage of the surname Kashmere is actually a reference to his father's business name. His father foolishly used his real name, Leocadio Vicario, when doing camboy work as a young adult, and had to use a pen name, Lloyd Kashmere, when switching to business. Terry does the reverse.

Terry's dad's name, Leocadio, means 'pure white as snow', a possible foreshadow to Terry's albinism.

Terry originally went to college to become a doctor but partied so hard he flunked out in a year.

Terry is deathly allergic to bees and nearly died as a kid when he was stung by one while playing frisbee. Z regrets this as it was because of him that he encouraged Terry to go retrieve the lost frisbee from the bee-ridden flowerbeds.

Terry is a bottom-preferring verse.

He also prefers softcore sexuality, and actively hates any form of sex that results in pain or discomfort. He fails to understand the appeal of BDSM and BDSM-adjacent things for this reason.

Zytaveon's name was randomly found online and has no meaning.

Z's favorite food is BLT (to eat) and black forest cake (to make). His favorite color is red.

Z works as a waiter, but resents this job highly.

Z's favorite music style is hard rock. He used to make music on YouTube under the handle Zephyr.

Z can speak fluent Spanish.
