When clipping, does one's position on Earth translate to the farplane? Basically, if you were to clip in one place on Earth, would you end up in the same spot in the far plane every time?

If you are skilled enough, you can get anywhere on Earth or in the Far Plane via clipping. However, certain locations in the Far Plane are "threaded" to certain places on Earth. Someone in Seattle, USA may find themself in the Rain Lot when clipping without experience.
