he was hesitant abt her at first, but now they both have a great relationship. zoey takes the comforting mother role when chester has 1 of his identity crisises, which hes (not so) secretly thankful for

svetlana is kind of like the sister zoey never had. they do makeup together, giggle n gossip, n go to malls together. the only difference is that theyre yk dating

zoey is also like the sister svetlana never had. being the only girl in a system full of boys, zoey is a nice break from them. she also appreciates how zoey accepts her gender identity, regardless of biological gender

even tho he acts tough, vito loves being the small spoon. after getting a taste of the wonders of a healthy relationship, he loves zoey as much as she loves him

after the events on tdas, mal thought that duncan went through that whole "redemption arc" bc he was weak. then, mal went through the same thing. he noticed how un-malevolent he acted w/ zoey, n in all honesty, he didnt mind it
