i think what makes milo/zack/melissa so fun is that each one is the world's biggest shipper of the other two. we already know milo is thee zalissa stan of all time. zack's like "oo, childhood best friends, don't worry i know there's smth between you ;)". melissa sees zack and milo hitting it off and goes "milo's finally hitting it off with someone new!!". of course, this could also be interpreted as none of them being in a relationship and tbh i think that's equally valid. i just think they're neat

We need to talk about Echo (and by talk I mean screm). S3 E13 + 14 Spoilers!

FRIENDS, I'M GOING TO EXPLODE. I need to talk about Echo for a minute. We need to talk about Echo for a minute,  because he has spent the last two episodes in the absolute thralls of complete and total danger, and I personally don't feel like there's been enough of a celebratory uproar for me to be satisfied with the level of appreciation and love that man deserves. (Remember when Hunter ran face first into a colossal exhaust pipe and we all collectively lost our minds because it was so impressive and so sexy? Remember when Tech drove a speeder really fast through a tunnel and we all fainted? I'M A TECH GIRLY. IT WAS ME! I FAINTED!!) but, Y'ALL, Echo deserves that right now!! And for all eternity!!! Because he is wholly submurged in the harrowing potential of torture and execution, and he didn't even bat an eye to put himself there. My awe of him is all-consuming, so please forgive me if this rant reads as nothing but incoherent screaming. 

Echo haters (first of all, we can't be friends....) come on this journey with me! Let's back pedal to the beginning of the last episode (13). He stole an imperial shuttle. Let me repeat, he stole an imperial shuttle. And not just an attack shuttle. Not just a lil one-pilot transport. Bro somehow stole a Rho-class medical transport, which is very large, obscenely conspicuous, and very easily tracked. And, to use his own words, it was "the best he could do on short notice." The man stole a shuttle on short notice. ON SHORT NOTICE? HELLO, HOW DID HE DO THAT. WHY AIN'T WE LOSING OUR COOL ABOUT IT. 

Next stop on this I-love-Echo journey through my mind: not only did he provide his brothers transportation in the complete void of their own (RIP havoc bb), but he also came equipped with intel and clearance codes, and, as Rampart stated, those things change DAILY. Echo somehow procured top secret imperial clearance codes, and a fkn SHIP, within hours of the Batch requesting his help. Not to mention, the ship had yet to be reported missing (which means it was only-freshly commandeered), and the clearance codes worked. Of course they did. Echo never fails. Never doubt Echo. "Echo's on it."  

Choochoo, next stop! Once they arrived on that station orbiting Coruscant, and made their way to the control room (lookin sexy as heck in his armour-au-noir), he broke imperial encryption, hacked into the Imperial database, almost instantly found them the location of a ship departing for the prison that holds their daughter Tantiss, AND THEN DIDN'T EVEN HESITATE TO CLIMB ABOARD AND STOW AWAY.  

He didn't even remotely have a plan, or have time to make a plan. He didn't know who or what else would be on board that mysterious vessel. He didn't know where it was going other than the name of the fkn mountain (which has proven to be nothing but unhelpful thus far). He just ARC-troopered his way through that crowded hangar, dodging aggressive astromech's and inconsiderate loader droids, shirking from the perspective eyes of highly trained commandos, and snuck his way onto a heavily guarded, extremely unknown science vessel. Then, of course, he wasted no time, hacking into the ships control system (may I gently remind- there were at least three pilots and an officer prepping the ship for jump and closely watching all aspects of its controls), disabling the proximity sensors without being detected, and then seamlessly covered the troopers absence by pretending to be him (which we all know is what should have happened on Serenno but... hindsight is 20/20.)  

So... SO.... now we're at Episode 14. Here we at fkn terrified station because HULLO ECHO IS ALONE ON A SCIENCE DIVISION TRANSPORT; we have literally seen them carry around Zilo beasts in that shit. What the heck else could be on there that they don't know about? Literally anything. Because THEY KNEW NOTHING before attaching themselves to it. Echo knew NOTHING before sneaking onto that thing and creepin' around. Thank heck he didnt come across a fkn fresh wave of slither vines ok?  

NEXT, Echo shoots (not stuns- lol) a sassy fkn droid (they had it coming, not sorry), then another trooper. AND THEN discovered his only option for departing the ship once it enters atmosphere is going completely undercover, because (in true "we improvise everything" CF99 fashion that gives me heart burn just thinking about it), they had zero fkn plan to get off the ship. I will repeat: completely undercover. On Tantiss. COMPLETELY UNDERCOVER ON TANTISS. NO COMMS, NO BACK UP, NO RECON, NO PLAN, BARELY ANY GEAR, and I would just like to stress... no neuro brace. He left his neurobrace on that ship. Left it. LEFT IT AND TOOK A HAND INSTEAD. PLEASE FKN SEDATE ME.  

We can't leave this station yet... This I-love-Echo train needs to linger at this point for a sec because I think it's lost on some people how wild this is. Echo without his neurobrace is huge. It's a bigger deal than Echo without his armour. Armour is, in the grand scheme of things, inconsequential (one can find more- see Howzer). Echo's neurobrace is not armour, it's a computer and it's so so so crucial to how his mind processes information and events. Don't forget, the Technounion HIJACKED HIS BRAIN. They took every memory from him and manipulated it for their gain. Pruned it, tweaked it, blanched it, poached it, turned it into scrambled eggs, and then fkn ate it up and used it to defeat their enemies (Echo's family- I'm sobbing). They implanted him with an unfathomable amount of information; they changed the way the neurons in his brain fire in relation to stimuli. That neurobrace is so so critical for him. Now, we know he can operate well enough without it, we saw it in the last episode of the TBB arc in season 7 of Clone Wars, but... please.... to what extent? We don't know what an extended time without that neurobrace looks like for him... especially when all other aspects compliing his surroundings foreign, unknown, and dangerous, and that scares me.

AND NOW HE'S ABOUT TO RUN AMOK IN TANTISS with Emerie who, (I'm sorry) is wishy-washy as heck (who are you loyal to!!!!! What is your history!!! Are you trustworthy and what are you looking to gain!!!), trying to adopt a collection of Jedi children whove spent maker-knows how long playing space tetris, WHILST ALSO ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE AND ESCAPE WITH HIS BROTHERS UNDER THE EYE OF THE GALAXY'S SECOND MOST DANGEROUS MAN. 

So yes, short of d-d-d-di... can't say it... short of THE WORST CASE, Echo has made the ultimate sacrifice to save not only Omega who is literally the only person we've seen able to make him truly laugh, but all the clone brothers that he's been desperately trying to locate and rescue. His bravery and determination are literally unrivalled, and he did it while feasting on nothing but humble pie because that man wouldn't know arrogance if it danced naked under his perfect nose.  

Okay so welcome, we've finally pulled into I-Love-Echo station. Before departing the ride, please stand and do a hip hip hurray for the miracle that is Echo, including but not limited to, everything he's done, is doing, and is willing to do for other people.

MY THOUGHTS ON TBB 2×04 "Faster"

I think we can all agree that it was a filler, and I don't say it as a bad thing. I'm glad that it was. After the intensity of the first 3 episodes, it was time for one fun and lighthearted episode that seemingly doesn't push the plot much further, but I know that what happened here will connect with something else in the coming episodes. So the fact that it wasn't super intense like the previous ones, it doesn't mean it isn't important for the overall plot. And just like the title, it went by faster than I thought it would, which it's a sign of how enthralled I was by it.

I really liked that it was Tech-centric, keeping up with this season's trend of focusing on one character at the time and flush them out. I'm glad that Techie is getting more screen time. He deserves it. I cannot deal with how done he was with everybody. His expression was just so done, especially here:

And talking about that moment, why is it that I love every new droid they show us, because I love Tay-0!! So funny, even as arrogant as he was.

And the race was so exciting! It was super cool! I loved that Tech received a well-deserved ovation.

Like I said, it was a filler, but with a piece of blatant foreshadowing at the end. Millegi's warning about Cid will be addressed later on. My guess is that she gets into a tight spot (probably with the empire) and she will have to decide if she betrays them or not. It could be that she betrays the batch without much remorse, or she betrays them but then regrets it and help them afterward, or protects them from the beginning as a way to pay her debt to them. We'll have to wait and see which route she chooses. And we also need to see if the batch will continue trusting her. I mean, Cid herself told Hunter that they shouldn't trust her back in season 1. I think it was in episode 10, when Hunter left Omega with Cid before going Raxus. So, it's not that if she betrays them, it won't come without warning.

Like In said at the beginning, the episode went really fast. I was expecting like a last scene while returning to Cid's parlor and finding Echo and Hunter there. I suppose that Tech let them know that they were going away with Cid, but can you imagine if he hadn't? Hunter and Echo returning to Ord Mantell and finding nobody there. Azi (who also was missing this episode) doesn't know either? I can see Hunter panicking a bit. And then, Cid strolls in with Tech Wrecker and Omega in tow. And Hunter going "Where were you?" and Omega all happy telling the story of Tech racing, and Hunter "WHAT?!" 🤣🤣 and Echo letting out a long-suffering sigh 😂😂😂

Summing it up, it was a fun episode, really nice to change the pace a little bit. But it was not my favorite.

What is for next week? Entombed!! I guess it's when we'll see the cloned Zilo beast. I mean, the scenes in trailers seems to be from the first half of the season and these guys appear just a few seconds, so…

Well in 2021, I started as a student in the MACIE (Masters of Arts in Creative and Innovative Education) at Georgia State University. During my matriculation I have been exposed to the inequities in education and different ways to combat the issues.

Upon my graduation in 2023, I have been exposed to some of the issues in education and how we as educators can make changes to make education more inclusive for all students.

Not me rereading My Boyfriend Who Lives In Coruscant agian and noticing the line "Captain Rex gets to talk with Lt Hardcase today about what are appropriate methods of getting Commander Wolffe’s attention ..."

Which for some reason made me think that Torrent Command/command track have a list of social/personal problems they've noticed among the troopers that they add to over a period of a few days/weeks/months, and then hand out responsibility for handling each problem raffle style which range from helping some of the newer squads with team building, to having the sex talk with the new kids while Kix sits in the back staring into your soul daring you to not take it seriously (Jesse weirdly volounteers and gets away with the most shit stirring), to please someone try to explain the concept of appropriate flirting to Hardcase it's been on the list for years dear god

Also having the sex talk with Anakin makes it on there a few timed because he will not be a teen dad, but they have to pretend not to know he's married so the metaphors get more and more ridiculous as time goes on and Anakin is just so confused because he doesn't even carry a blaster what. So then they just get the new kids to do it to show what they learned from their talk but " I can't tell the general where to holster his decee Captain!!!"

They call it Decee Maintenance and it's a CAR mandatory course general we swear definitly not one of the 1000 extra things we added onto the (non-regulation) regs manual we gave you

And I just !! The possibilities!

Rex and Kix basically Brady-Bunching 140+ wild children as little better than kids themselves is such good vibes.  The Sgts all have to take rotations doing these “extra curricular trainings” and I guarantee they viciously trade favors for who has to do what.

And it’s not just Torrent either.  We know for sure that Ghost at least at one time had Crys escorting shinies on their first Coruscant adventure.  This is GAR-wide!  Fox putting the fear of Vod into Guard Shines with Thoughts Of Being Disorderly (you keep that crap out of public eye and on Playground).  Galle holding Appropriate Levels Of PDA In The Workplace seminars and pointedly inviting both Bly and Aayla.  Doom, hammering in ‘plausible deniability and if not always have a fall guy’ into his group.  Wolffe and ‘please stop letting Torrent goad you into fistfights, our Jedi is a council member and we’re making him look bad’, while Plo is off to the side going ‘Did you win, son?’  Ponds having to schedule ‘Why We Can’t Keep The Zilo Beast As A Pet, Yes I Know You Named It George’.  Just CC teen parents all across the galaxy.

PART 30

They are in the middle of a topic with her parents about the time Zilo finally convinced her to experience the Nightclubs of Mexico for the first time where she ended up knocking out a drunk stranger humiliating a girlfriend in front of a whole crowd and of course, who would rather talk about it proudly other than the inviter himself yes it is. She cannot believe that her foster parents will actually invite the young Alcaziar. If only she knew he’ll be much closer to them than now, she wouldn’t rather have introduced him back then.

“You did that, mi hija? If It was me, I would also do much than that. You did a good job, honey...”

A grand compliment from her mamá followed by laughter around her for she can only think of a silent grudge in mind, stern look wishing to throw Zilo on its own grave. ‘Aish. This dimwit.’

Including, the prudent man who’s chuckling beside her. “I can’t argue more. If you could only saw what happened that time, I am the proudest. She did a good job indeed.”  

She’s lying if it didn’t make her fluster because she did that she needed to hide her bashfulness by glancing her dinner plate instead. Though not long before a realization slip into her. A sudden frown which came so easily, a piercing lobe ready to kill someone in an instant. “Wait, what?! You were there?”

He can only purse his lips in-between, learning how deadly her stare at, taking a bite of his steak instead. He was busted. How table shifted in a snap that it was his turn to get cornered yet not wanting to face his defeat, he restrains his composure, reminiscing the moment he witnessed everything right in front his eyes. An unbothered Jang Taeyoung responds to her. 

“Uhm, including you dancing your surprisingly infamous moves after smashing someone with a bottle. Yes, I was there.”    

She can only torture her own spoon and knife. Fisting both of it as if literally choking the man who’s currently talking to her. She’s been holding enough. If not because of her parents’ presence, she can definitely make an outburst already. But enough is totally enough. Processing every single detail that had been unwanted to her knowing for years and would possibly still if this dinner would have not happened in the first place. A deepening exhale she needed to ponder, a bloodshot eye obligated to stay hidden. A masking coldness finally responded onto his belated actions. “Let us talk.”

A pure emphasis of three syllables she firmly put into words at last. “Honey? Is there’s something wrong?”

That subsequently noticeable to her parent’s eyes. “Uh. Mamá, I think a little misunderstanding is---“for Zilo trying to cover up, ended up being jolted by the harsh dumped she did with her utensil. Turning to face her parents with a subtle smile. “No. Nothing serious, mamá. It’s just that I and Taeyoung here, needed only to discuss something important. Isn’t it?”

 Coping how she wanted it to be for so he played along, curving the same decisive smile as her. “Yes! yes, it is. Actually.”

 “Oh, is that so? Then you better be.”

 Giving her foster mom another of her smile, she responded. “Definitely, Ma. So, if you’ll excuse us please.” Before turning a glare attention to the one she assumed accomplice. “Including you.” Gulping for his safety, he tried to defy. “Wait what? Sis, me? Why do I have to be drag as we--- Ah, ah, ah. “

But it was too late, for Zilo been literally dragged by Sung Eunyoung already. Pinching his ear as he has been towed with them outside. “O-Ouch! It hurts, eh?” finally releasing from her hold, he complains eventually while rubbing his now red ear. “Shut up. You owe me otherwise. And when did my mom become your mom, huh? Ugh.” Bringing her arms crossed as she targeted the two of them this time. “Now,” her first word, eyeing between the currently grumpy youngster and Jang Taeyoung who remained cool on his own, tucking both hands in its pockets.

 “Care to explain to me what was happening, huh? You, two?”

 “Hey! Don’t ask me, you ask him.” the swift defense of Zilo indeed, the moment her sight stop at him by which he’s been answered with her piercing stare. Jang Taeyoung, needed to blow out an air. “I was supposed to, alright.”

 “What?”

 “I was supposed to when I said I’d like to tag along.”

 “Then, why didn’t you?”

 A smirk came to him flawlessly. “Well, you teased me. You even dared to decline my request so… might as well make use of it against you, right?”

 “Seriously?” shrugging off, he beat her by his words. “I told you, you never know.” For she can only groan in frustration. “And you knew about this.” Passing her accusing anger to Zilo instead. “Hey, I just learned about him few days ago as well!”

 “I’m not buying it.”    

 “I swear, Sis. The last time we’ve talked, I don’t have any idea at all. Cross my heart, I’m innocent. ---- Hey, back me up!”  a matter of truthful excuse from the youngster himself actually as he intended to ask Jang Taeyoung even to prove his innocence. Just to be ignored. “Well, except for being chess buddies. Yes, he is telling the truth.” butting a different back up instead.

 “Damn it. That’s a foul!”

 Just to receive the smug face of his brother. “Chess buddies? And few days ago, you texted me--- yah! You, dimwit! Come back here!!”

 She cannot continue her sentence anyway for Zilo taking the chance to escape, sprinting back inside her parents’ home. “Mierda. Yah! You still owe me, you cul---“for she dared try chasing, only to be gripped by her loco. “Let go…”  

 A warning she hoist to convey. Just to simply responded by a chuckle. “You’re laughing?” a sarcasm she needed to voice out. Shaking his head with quirkiness, he replied. “Screws on you. Like who’s talking now?” a playful parallel he wanted to tease. “Tss. Shut up and let me go.” A consecutive warning, she obliged to embark yet rather felt the rubbing circles of his thumb on her hand. Before she knew it?

 She was already trap by the softening sight she least expected. “I’m starting to doubt, Sung Eunyoung.” Stared by the globes that seems to dive into the depths of her soul. He succeeded.

 “What really beat you into anger,” he went to caress her shoulder. “was it because I was late to tell you about it?” chills of his touch that just flows onto her veins so naturally. “Or was it the fact that I intended to scratch you with my presence?” coming closely as he lifts her chin up, “Admit it, Eunyoung...” filling the last space between them, he continued.

 “You waited for me.”

 And it was a statement. ‘He doesn’t know.’ Of course, he doesn’t. How can he when he’s been absent to her all those years. Drown by the trances of their long stares. Dazed by the concealed feeling screaming to break free. Not until she has been reminded by one sensible thought in mind.

 ‘He played to me. He played to me, otherwise.’ Fighting the last pride of herself, she avoided his gaze. Averting her face to look sideways, she retorted. “I bet Zilo told you that nonsense.” Denying the truth for her own.

 “He didn’t tell me anything.”

 “Liar.”

 “You are.”

 “Don’t be so full of yourself, Jang Taeyoung.”

 “Am I?”

 For to shut her eyes, is her last resort. “Enough.”

 “You sure?”

 “Jang Taeyoung.” The piercing coldness innate her. But too late as Jang Taeyoung already towering over her. Caged by his emanating presence, admitting her obvious defeat. She has lost. “Look at me, Eunyoung.”

 But she didn’t for the next thing she knew, it was his softest touch waking her up to reality, once again meeting the eyes of the man who creates chaos of her whole being. The reason of her vulnerability.

 “All along, I thought it was the guilt that holding you back to me when it was actually you waiting for me.”

 The drizzling rain, answered for her. It was too sudden that Jang Taeyoung needed to dragged both of them to a nearest shade. Except for the fast downpour of skies, it was their heaving hearts that’s left in deafening silence. Stuck by the sight of his intertwining hold which only help her unrevealing emotions to surrender. Is she ready though?

 He needed, to look at her. Right before a chime from her parent’s doorstep broke it. Just as how she glanced to the person behind it. “Mamá.” Pulling away from his hold, leaving Jang Taeyoung halfhearted.

 “Mi hija, Taeyoung. I think both of you should need to continue your conversation inside. It’s raining cats and dogs already.”

 They had to look at each other for a while before turning back to her foster mom. “Sure, Mamá. We’ll follow. “Smiling to the both of them, “Alright, then.” Her mom answered.

 “And oh! I already ask our housekeeper to clean a room. This rain might stay long. The three of you should better stay for the night. Zilo already went up first as well.”

 Reminding them another, before finally deciding to go back inside. Entertaining their unresolved tension once again, she broke the silence. “W-we…” for she had to clear her voice the moment she’s been stare by his awaiting lobes. “I think we should go back inside.”  

 As quickly as her words, she turns her back to go ahead of him too late for his gripping hand swiftly taking her wrist, making her go back close to him. “Hear me out tomorrow. Will you let me?”

 His straight request as all she can do is agree.

“Okay.”

Biography

She and her mother were refugees on Coruscant after Separatists conquered their homeworld, Checcond. But tragedy followed them to their new home, and Nassa was left an orphan when her mother died when the Zilo beast attacked the city. It was when Orys Kinall, a doctor working in the free clinic her mother used to take her, adopted her.

Nassa is a sweet and caring kid who loves drawing and painting. She's determined and tenacious, but sometimes gets frustrated by the limitations of her disability; she has cerebral palsy, which affects the motor skills of her left arm and leg, as well as her speech.

I feel like no one talks about the Zilo Beast episode of the Clone Wars enough. Like Dave Filoni literally rewrote Godzilla, with a sprinkle of King Kong, and slapped Star Wars on it and it is a DAMN SHAME I never see anything about it.

honestly I get mad with the zilo beast episode cause mace is like “it’s the last of its kind so we HAVE to SAVE it” yet they talk about studying it and removing its armour for their OWN benefit! Like, bro just place it in a safe habitat, leave it alone and let it live it’s life, thinking of yourselves for a change. ALSO can i say how dumb anakin is cause palpatine really said kill the beast like it was nothing??? Anakin my dude how could you not see the evil???
