Another quiet knock at the door. This time, it was accompanied by the sound of a very vocal cat.

“…brought some food… um… apparently Ziggy wanted to see me, and you as well… So he… um… well, he teleported into the hallway… He’s mostly a normal cat otherwise, just- figured I should let you know since it seems important…”

Her voice sounded a bit shaky. The cat gave her quite a scare.

He sounded a lot more alert than he had been when she'd left.

"He teleported here, you say? That's an interesting development."

Beginners Guide to Chaos Gardening is a follow up to A Disaster Puppy and His Dog. Crowley and his beloved Iggy, Ziggy Pawdust, launch a social media campaign to encourage people to go out and chaos garden - preferably on land that doesn't belong to them. It features him musing about a bit of history concerning the Diggers, a group of religious and political dissidents in the 17th century who fought for agrarian socialism-

Both took credit for the Diggers. Aziraphale emphasized their advocating for a communistic utopia - how Good to love their neighbor! Crowley highlighted their rebellion for a communistic utopia - how Wicked to foment dissent! Both Heaven and Hell chalked it up for a win.

This is pure fluff, and has been sitting languishing in my WIPs for way too long, so I supposed I will actually finish it now...

9. Is confidence cute?

Confidence is incredibly sexy.

10. What is the last beverage you had?

The last drink I had was a cup of hot chocolate, with just a little bit of peppermint schnapps mixed in. 

11. How many people of the opposite sex do you fully trust?

A few. I fully trust each of my employees, and a few of them are women.

12. Do you own a pair of skinny jeans?

No, I do not. 笑

13. What are you gonna do Saturday night?

Tomorrow night, I’ll be curled up with my boy, probably drinking a couple of beers with him, and enjoying the chance to be lazy with him until it’s time to go back to the store on Monday morning. 

14. What are you going to spend money on next?

I’m thinking about going to my favorite bakery sometime tomorrow and picking up a cake, just because. 

15. Are you going out with the last person you kissed?

Mhm. I’ll be married to him soon. 

16. Do you think you’ll change in the next 3 months?

The moment a person stops changing, they’ve ceased in growing, haven’t they? I would hope to be a different person three months from now than I am in this moment, even if the change is slight or gradual. 

17. Who do you feel most comfortable talking to about anything?

My fiance, without question. 

20. Are you starting to realize anything?

Yes, that a person is only as old as they feel, and quite recently I’ve been reminded of what it’s like to feel properly young again. 

21. Are you in a good mood?

Yes, I’m very happy. 

22. Would you ever want to swim with sharks?

This sounds like something Nerokun would talk me into doing, yes.笑

23. Are your eyes the same color as your dad’s?

Yes, I think so. 

24. What do you want right this second?

A kiss from my boy.

30. Does everyone deserve a second chance?

I think that giving people second chances is something which is mostly circumstantial. It would depend on what has been done, and if that person has indicated that they will do better the next time. 

31. Honestly, do you hate the last boy you were talking to?

Quite the opposite, actually. I’m hopelessly in love with him.

32. Does the person you have feelings for right now, know you do?

I would hope so! 笑 I did recently put an engagement ring on his finger, after all. 

33. Are you one of those people who never drinks soda?

I used to drink a lot of soda, actually 笑 However, coffee is my main source of caffeine now.

35. Do you ever write in pencil anymore?

I write my inventory lists and ledgers in pencil, yes, before going back over them in ink pen when I know that the numbers are correct.  

36. Do you know where the last person you kissed is?

Upstairs, hibearnating. 笑

37. Do you believe in love at first sight?

Not necessarily love at first sight, no, but when Ziggy Pawdust blesses your connection with someone, there isn’t anything you can do to resist after that. 笑

38. Who did you last call?

My last phone call was with one of my employees, letting her know that she could have the day off. 

39. Who was the last person you danced with?

It’s been a few years since I’ve danced with anyone, and unfortunately I’m not able to remember their name. 

40. Why did you kiss the last person you kissed?

Because he’s too adorable when he’s smiling for me not to kiss him. 

41. When was the last time you ate a cupcake?

Earlier this week, when we were spending time with Shinzilla.

He enters the library holding two mugs, setting one on the small table next to the chair she'd curled up in.

He was wearing a pair of black sweatpants, a white turtleneck, and a pair of black and white trainers, along with his signature gloves, it was a much different outfit than those he typically wore, but he seemed just as comfortable in them as he would be in anything else.

The mug held hot chocolate... with whipped cream and marshmallows!

"Hello, my dear, how's the search going?"

Vera looked up from her book and smiled.

“Hi again! It, uh- I’m gonna be honest this is a lot harder than I thought it would be. He doesn’t talk, he’s not pastel, he has four legs, he doesn’t look very intelligent (sorry Ziggy), he doesn’t really fit the description of any of the other cats in this book. He’s even really passive by Kitling standards, they usually at least actively search for carcasses. I guess he sort of does that by staring at the replicator and bonking his head against it, but- everything else? There are too many differences.”

She set the book down on the table and took one of the mugs of hot cocoa and took a sip. Hell yeah. Best beverage. Marshmallows and everything. This is awesome.

Ziggy stared at both Time Lords at once and, as usual, his tongue was sticking out.

“I’m thinking I might have to make him a device that makes it so he can’t teleport… Other than that, he behaves like a normal Earth cat, so if I can suppress that one thing, it should be enough to fool the Master… But it feels weird, suppressing something Ziggy is naturally supposed to do. He should be allowed to zip around as he pleases… but for the sake of safety I might have to take that away from him…”

Oh I have, don't worry Miss Vera! He's very fast though, so it can be quite difficult, like... I could have sworn he wasn't in the kitchen earlier, and then suddenly he was on the counter next to me, meowing at me for food! It's okay though, because Croissant has been taking to the vents to try and beat him, I think they're making a game of it!

... Also, Croissant is climbing the walls like a spider now, is that normal?

A Disaster Puppy and his Dog

It turns out that Crowley is one of THOSE Puppy Parents. It’s an embarrassing realization, but honestly, it’s not surprising at all. Takes one sad disaster puppy to know one. Anyway, Crowley has decided that even if he’s done this to himself, he’s going to make this newfound obsession everyone’s problem.
