I'm supposed to be working on Yuma's design for my Zexal x Kimetsu no Yaiba AU but all I've done instead is this, I have no motivation to finish this ;-;

YES THE KEY IS AN EARRING NOW I THOUGHT IT LOOKED COOL. I really need a name for this AU...

Eternal Darkness

All numbers and some monsters are trapped within a void of nothing, the ship within the key crashed within it. Yuma lost his kattabingu and now he's hearing 'cries' for help.

in the yumadon Au is yuma actually a part of Don thousand like a piece of soul or Split personality created for a purpose or is Don just possesing yuma ?

exactly! actually i did a small summary those days about that

Don Thousand released a part of his soul before being sealed by Astral in order to find the legendary numbers that were what sealed him and weakened his powers. This soul was Arcus and he arrives precisely with Vector to begin his plan to corrupt those who have these cards using Vector.

However, Arcus begins to doubt the mission and does not want to do it, so Don Thousand sends another weak part of himself that is only power in order to eliminate Arcus and possess his body, which causes his death at the hands of Vector, which corrupts him and creates war. Here Arcus accepts who he is and decides to continue with the plan to corrupt all the Barians, but his mortal body fails and he dies, causing him to be reborn as a human again, this time as Yuma.

Don Thousand after seeing Vector's memories when he fuses with him to give him power and turn him into a demi-god to go against the other Barians decides to use Vector's revenge to go against Yuma to also make the boy recover his old memories and powers and so once the boy is more susceptible Don Thousand can possess him and recover his body so he can eliminate Astral.

At the same time, there is this part of Yuma that feels extremely guilty, which is what remains of Arcus, and he appears to help Yuma fight against Don Thousand's influence and prevent him from eliminating a friend again. In this case, Astral is Yuma's friend, just as Vector was to Arcus.

Gonna spill some oc/au info :)

So a few of my OCs from my Zexal AU have this symbol present in their design. Hoshi has it on his wrist, Gi has it on her waist and in right her eye, Cyrus has it on his back, Eve has it on her right shoulder, Nami has it on her forehead and Ai-Hoshi eventually ends up with it in his left eye. They're all born with it (Ai being the exception)

But its just a normal symbol right?

WRONG!

Its something that symbolizes a sort of 'connection' to a higher being named Zayhara, these people are known as "Children of the Stars". But is that all it is?

Nope. Its practically a curse. The people who have this symbol are condemned to live a life of tragedy, die young or in some cases both.

No one knows why this happens, they just know that if you're born with the symbol (or develop it in Ai's case) you're fucked.

Why is Ai the exception? Ai was supposed to have it but his older sister got the mark twice, hence 'sparing' him from from the curse. Although Ai's life is still full of tragedy even though he was 'saved' from it.

This AU is on hold for now, but a concept I still enjoy very much uwu other character concepts are already complete and will show those eventually.

Interesting Yugioh Zexal AU idea (and yes, I'll be using the dub names, I don't watch the sub). What if, instead of the girl Yuma hangs out with and the bully he duels in the beginning to become friends with being Tori and Shark, it was Anna and Alito instead? Yuma and Anna are friends but butt heads due to sexual tension and Yuma and Alito duel and Alito is legit impressed by Yuma's passion, drive and determination and becomes his rival.

My zeXal AU OC is getting a rename, because bless my friend's soul he found AN ACTUAL STAR NAME that keeps the Mira essence! I had found a concept with mira variables but I wanted a star name for her like the other barians and now she has one.
