Why is it so hard to restart after you've stopped for a bit. - I got too busy and didn't have time to do any art for the past week. So I was thinking, let's do something. Now first of all, I am not saying either is wrong or right. This isnt a do and dont thing. I am just expressing what I think. I feel if you leave a layer of white between your layers, it gives a much more clean look to your mandala. "Rainbow Glory". Started out as a sketch on my phone and finally all done and completed. Watercolor and ink on 300gsm Fabriano Watercolor Paper. - One of my drawing process is such that, I just mess about on my phone drawing app (@infinite.painter ) drawing a million mandalas and erasing another million. And work on perfecting some of them. - If I like it, I attempt to recreate the same thing on paper using hands on tools and colors, because that is the best part about being an artist, isn t it? Working with materials for real. 😀😃 - I have nothing against digital artists, but I love being a non digital artist. 😀 what ARE non digital artist's called? An actual artist? With me it's always a problem of balancing the house chores and the cooking and the homeschooling and the mandalas. A little harder than the previous ones. After a lot of tweaking and changing, I ended up with this pattern, and when I lay them in a row like shown at the bottom, they looked quite the show stopper and I was happy. 😀 You can use this in the outer most circle of a mandala and it will provide you with a stunning finish. • I do hope you try it out and practice it.
