REAL LIFE AU (u already know where this is going, hehehehe): Angenommen die Crew lebt im heutigen Tokyo, womit vertreiben sie sich die Zeit? Würden sie studieren? Arbeiten? Anderen (ilegalen) Geschäften nachgehen, die Stadt in den Ruin treiben oder jede Nacht Batman spielen? (i need this AU so bad, its haunting me in my sleep)

Vi

Der gute Vi hat keine hohe Schulbildung und ist schon aus Mittelschule rausgeflogen. Mit seinem Mangel an Wissen und Bildung an einen Job zu kommen ist so gut wie unmöglich, weswegen Vi sich schon seit seinen Teenagerjahren mit Gelegenheitsjobs und Straftaten wie Diebstahl durchboxt. Er verbringt die meiste Zeit seines Lebens auf der Straße oder pennt eben da wo er unterkommen kann. Das einzige was Vi so etwas wie Stabilität ist, wenn er einen Hundesitter-Job nachgehen kann. Im urbanen Tokyo gibt es genug Leute die jemanden brauchen, der ihre Vierbeiner ausführt, füttert oder mit ihnen spielt, während sie nicht zuhause sind. Vi ist dafür einfach wie geschaffen und das ist wohl auch einer der wenigen Jobs, die ihn wirklich erfüllen. Sagen wir mal so, Vi bräuchte einiges an Hilfe um auf eigenen Beinen zu stehen, er kommt schon irgendwie klar, ist er bisher immer.

Rhys

Obviously wäre Rhys ein Host in einem Host Club oder Butler Café. Er wird im Prinzip fürs Trinken und Flirten bezahlt. This is a no-brainer (': Ehrlich was will der Typ mehr? Ich denke Rhys wäre in dem Job auch noch mega erfolgreich, er ist in seinem Element. Rhys hätte auch die Möglichkeit zu Studieren, aber er macht mit dem Host-Job genug Geld um sehr angenehm zu leben. Leider hat Rhys auch eine handfeste Pachinko-Spielsicht, also bleibt von seinem Verdienst meistens nicht sonderlich viel übrig. Er denkt nicht viel über die Zukunft nach und lebt einfach in den Tag oder eben in die Nacht hinein, lässt sich Drinks spendieren und ist fleißig am Süßholzraspeln...Damen die genug hinblättern können wahrscheinlich auch bisschen mehr haben als nur...Gesellschaft

Liri

Uff. Liri ist schon etwas schwieriger, ich würde sie aber auf jeden fall als delinquent einstufen. Eigentlich hätte ich Liri jetzt in die Sukeban-Kultur verfrachtet, also diese japanischen weiblichen Highschool-Gangs mit den langen Röcken, aber die glaube die waren mehr in den 60er bis 80er Jahren herum aktiv? Deswegen würde vielleicht die Bōsōzoku-Subkultur besser passen. Die sind ähnlich westlichen Motorradclubs und die Mitglieder modifizieren (oft auch illegal) ihre Motorräder und rasen durch die nächtlichen Innenstädte. (Ich denke da Tokyo jetzt keine Pferde und weite Steppen hat, sind Motorräder eine nette Alternative? xD). Also sage ich jetzt einfach mal, dass Liri in diesem AU zusammen mit ihren Brüdern einer Bōsōzoku- Gruppierung angehört und auch nicht das beste Leben hat, ein Highschool-Abschluss ist aber noch drinnen. Da sie in dem AU aber noch mit ihren Brüdern abhängt, ist ihre Zukunft nicht so rosig.

Zelos

Zelos sehe ich so oder so mal als sehr privilegiert an. Entweder stammt er aus einer stinkend reichen Familie mit Connections und hat im Prinzip schon ausgesorgt und die Welt steht ihm offen. Er würde vermutlich studieren, aber mehr auf Wunsch seines "Vaters", als auf seinen eigenen. Oder er wäre Teil der Yakuza, was das vorherige natürlich nicht ausschließt (': Ich sehe es mal so, dass Zelos ein perfektes Hochglanz-Image hat, aber im Hintergrund einige illegale Dinge ablaufen, die nicht an die Öffentlichkeit sollten. Er wäre aber ein 1A Student, Mädchenschwarm (natürlich auch Typen lol) und würde sich nachts in Roppongi, Shibuya und Shinjuku ordentlich die Kante geben und wenn dann doch mal ein Skandal entsteht, dann werden genug Yen-Scheine und seine Connections es schon wieder richten.

Having a normal one (lie) by making all my Blorbos in the sims, so I can do perfectly normal things to them (bigger lie).

Ra - Would they stalk you? How closely would you be watched while under their care?

Yes, like a ghost more or less. The thing is, he wants you to know that you are being watched. Timo wants you to become jittery and scared, that you feel his eyes following you. Should you not notice him so fast, then he'll help you along a bit. Furniture will be moved around the place you live and things will go missing only to reappear a few days later. Food would be taken out of your fridge and the bed you made in the morning would be rumpled. 

Terrorising you wouldn't be the primary goal in mind here, even though he is a hunter at heart, so don't worry. All of this would be to get to know you better. People only show their true colours in high stress situations, and this would just be one of many ways of cracking all your barriers open. Also, you would be seeking comfort because of the nerve wrecking experience, and he'd be happy to sooth your worries. If he'd go far enough, maybe you'll feel more comfortable in his living space than your own and end up moving to his place. Aside from that, there would be a novelty in the experience of visiting your home both officially and unofficially. 

When you are permanently with him, then matters would be very different. Home is where the heart lies and he wants your heart to lie with him - so, he'll try to make you as comfortable as possible. Though, he'd still watch you closely, and play it off as being besotten. Reflections would be commonly used to watch you discreetly and he'll set up a lot of motion-triggered cameras in the garden. The excuse would be that he likes to watch wild life. 

Ullr - How would they deal with competition? How do they deal with threats in general?

He'd first check how deep their commitment to you goes - asking subtly or not so subtly how they feel about you. Maybe he'll spirit you away for a week or two, a short holiday, and then inquire again. Limerence is intense, but once contact is broken it doesn't last long, so there is the hope a separation will solve the problem. 

If not, then maybe he just has to demonstrate that you are his. A hand on your waist, his jacket on your shoulders, the two of you going arm in arm down the street - all ways of showing you are his. Timo could even arrange for the competition to stumble upon him showing affection to you, be it simple teasing, giving flowers or outright kissing. 

Should all that not work, then he'll encourage you to break that poor fool's heart. If you are so important to them, then surely they will listen to your work. Of course, accidents can always happen, and people go missing constantly. If a bear or a pack of wolves comes to like the taste of that waste of space, then he is not to blame. 

Zelos - How does their jealousy look like?

Timo can be very direct when it comes to his feelings, and would be fast to confront you when it comes to his jealousy. Due to being aware that his feelings for you are very "intense" and him being territorial by nature, he'll want to make sure that no misunderstandings are afoot before acting on his jealousy. 

Though, displays of his jealousy would start small, like keeping you closer in public and doing what he can to absorb most of your attention. Should the green-eyed monster grow bigger and stronger, then he would start getting passive aggressive. This would worsen the longer he is left to stew in his negative feelings. 

It could culminate in him issuing a test of loyalty. Should you pass, then all is well, for the time being. If not, then maybe you need some time alone to reconsider your choices.

There's so much to be said here. Despite having a hand in every faction, Zelos is clearly apathetic in whoever's the winning side so long as they serve his interests -- enough to even swallow his own prejudices. Cynicism born from four millennia-long theocracies will do that to you.

...hmm, but Meltokio's a gated community. Where was he sneaking back from? I know we all use our headcanons to imaigne towns and inns populated across the landscape, but "sex clubs littered across Tethe'alla" is territory I'd rather not traverse.

-Any digs at Zelloyd aside, Zelos’s queer-coding is pretty, well, evident. You got the pink outfit, Masaya Onosaka's flamboyant performance in the JP version, annnnnd him randomly hugging Lloyd at random intervals (As seen here.)

Combined with all the women hungry for his status and good looks, and you got a classic recipe for repressed homosexuality. Not exactly a wonder that's Symphonia's most popular boy's love pairing.

I could discuss Tales of Symphonia's enemy variety, but I know some of you are curious about this particular baddie following my Colloyd Week fic -- as it happens, I never had any particular affinity for them until recently when @frayed-symphony's illustration of all the Gaoracchia Forest monsters was reposted before Colloyd Week.

Somehow, my eyes fell upon the Boxer Iris with its big weepy eyeball and bulbous boppers and I just went, "...you know, that's a really fun enemy design. I gotta use that critter somehow." How that morphed into "non-verbal mugger", I dunno, but it became one of my favorite details. Now I feel kinda bad slicing it up.

Anyway, she's now living happily with Fred in one of those thorn bushes, I'm sure. They'll be back.

-Ugh I swear shining the light on those bushes drives me crazy. Y'all know what I'm talking about? why you gotta come at them from different direction

-Colette’s one-armed strength…is that how angelic senses work? Housework must be a breeze for her -- imagine her just lifting furniture around. There's a fic here!

It seemed that even with massive changes taking place in the world, some things took longer than others to adjust. People and their opinions of half-elves were unlikely to change overnight. Genis had known that even before everyone had set out to unify the worlds. There wasn't a day that went by when he didn't think about things Mithos had said, such as how he had thought there was no place for half-elves in the end. Genis wanted to believe Mithos was wrong about that much. There had to be someplace. They just had to keep working toward making change possible so that, someday, that long standing desire to feel like they belonged would be achieve.

Today was not the day for it, of course. Genis was helping Raine out, trying to make a case for allowing half-elves to take up specific residence in Meltokio, and it had gone about as well as expected. The cities of what once was Tethe'ala were always going to be harder to work with than what was once Sylvarant. Both of the Sage siblings had known that as fact. Still, it didn't make Genis feel any better known that both he and Raine had gotten things thrown at them over it.

Raine was off getting healing supplies. Genis had taken gotten hit on the head with one of the objects that had gotten thrown at them while protecting Raine. A rare moment of reaction time that had allowed him just enough speed to help his sister. She'd scolded him for it, of course, but he hadn't minded in this case. He'd done what he could to protect her.

Maybe things would've worked out better today if Zelos had been helping, Genis thought. Of course, the redhead was out of town for the time being. Something about helping Sheena with something. In any case, he and Raine had been on their own. He adjusted the ice pack Raine and he had made and grimaced a bit. Soon the pain would be eased much more. Much as he hated gels, he didn't have the enthusiasm to cook right then. So gels would have to do.

After a few moments, Genis went back to looking around the part of Meltokio he'd been sitting in. That was when he noticed something. Rather, someone he hadn't seen before. He blinked.

"Excuse me," Genis said, getting to his feet. "I'm sorry, I didn't see you there. Is there... something I can help you with?" Had she specifically been looking at him? Or was Genis just assuming? He hadn't seen Sunny around Meltokio before, and there was something about her.

Was she... like him and Raine?

Meu DS está em seu ultimo suspiro e meu 3DS já não está funcionando há anos também. Adoraria jogar o novo Zelda…

Bom diazinho… No meu caso, boa tarde. Ao contrário de si, posso afirmar que minhas consolas continuam como novas, acabadas de sair da loja. Sempre tive muito zelo por minhas coisas, apesar que neste natal tive que comprar um joystick novo pro PlayStation… Sobre PlayStation… tenho o baby, do baby pulei pro 3 , o 4 e o 5… Não tive aquele primeiro PlayStation que era maior, o meu era o baby. Não tive o 2… Na época , desejava, todavia, não dava pra comprar, mas quando deu , foi só coleção hahaha… Apesar de estar por dentro do mundo da Sony, Nintendo era o meu ponto fraco, por conta de como disse te anteriormente, Pokémon. O Charizard sempre foi o meu preferido. Sempre fui tão apreciadora de Pokemon, que cheguei a participar e ir para a final em torneios de deck… Sim, só parei de comprar busters e investir meu dinheiro nesse ramo, quando calhou para mim um Charizard raro da primeira edição . Todas as minhas cartas estão até em capas protetoras… Pois bem, tenho os game boy pocket, game boy color, advance, Nintendo 3dsxl, só por causa de Pokémon… Mas, obviamente, jogo o queridinho Mário e a partir do momento que você conhece Zelda, é um caminho sem volta…

Aqui pela Europa, tem algumas lojas próprias de Lego espalhadas… Estive há pouco, numa localizada num shopping na cidade lusitana de Porto. INCRÍVEL! Sim, foi em caixa alta mesmo para expressar o quão espetacular é… Adquiri , obviamente, alguns legos… Legos de Hogwarts… No entanto, lá você também pode montar seus próprios bonequinhos de Lego, monte três e pague o pack de três , que sai por uma bagatela de 10 euros o pack de três bonequinhos montados a seu gosto com cinco acessórios. Sim, acabei por fazer alguns packs de três………

Sobre Draco… Ele me chamou a atenção desde a primeira cena a qual encena… Sempre tive atração pelos personagens mais complexos ou os que ninguém teria por sentirem atração pelo principal… De Hogwarts, meu favorito é o Draco, mas também tenho um queridinho… Cedrico Diggory. Tenho até um amigo que construí uma amizade aqui que ele me chama de Luna por ser sonhadora, por me preocupar com as pessoas, por ter responsabilidade afetiva, e eu o chamo de Cedrico. BANG YONGGUK’s ‘III’ THE US TOUR 2024 brings the 34-year-old rapper, singer-songwriter, producer, and art director across a span of 11 cities beginning in April 2024. His most recent stop landed in Northern California, under the intimate lowlights of Harlow’s, which holds nearly 500. Performing in Sacramento for the very first time, Yongguk proved to a crowd of buzzing fans why he’s a powerhouse in his industry.

Yongguk served as the leader of the fan-favorite infamous K-Pop group B.A.P for six years into his career. He is no stranger to packed venues and ferociously loyal fans—to the average viewer, he appears a cool and collected veteran who flows through energetic and soul-scratching discography for nearly two hours. But for true fans of Yongguk who know his story, every performance, no matter the space, means far more than a great setlist and screaming crowds.

Yongguk is not your traditional former idol rapper heralding from Korea’s monolithic pop music industry – his beginnings are rooted in Seoul’s underground rap scene, where his early writing bloomed with the hip-hop group Soul Connection. He was later invited to train and join the eventual overseer of B.A.P, TS Entertainment, where he would slowly feature and debut collab singles and duo projects before promoting with all of the members of B.A.P in 2012.

Regarded as one of the earliest K-Pop groups to attempt gritty, authentic concepts with their hard-hitting lyrics and powerful live performances, the group was able to recruit a passionate following for years before lawsuits, hiatuses, and internal mistreatment by their company plagued the group for the remainder of their career. Despite their undeniable talent, and to the dismay of BABYz (B.A.P’s fandom name), Yongguk was the first to leave the company and the group once their contracts had expired in 2018, with each member following suit shortly thereafter.

There’s a reason for the quick history lesson – I promise.

Like so many others, I’ve been a fan of Yongguk and B.A.P since they were actively promoting. I’ve been following his career for years, from Bang&Zelo (look it up, thank me later), to his solo self-titled album and EPs. Hearing and reading about an artist’s journey is not the same as feeling like you walked the path with them, something I know every longtime fan of Yongguk can attest to experiencing. Watching him grow from a reserved, budding rapper into the assured, multi-dimensional accredited artist he is today has been a gift – then you stick him in front of me in my own backyard, fresh off a new vibey six-track project release? It’s a miracle I wasn’t crawling on the ceiling of the bar like Toni Colette in Hereditary.

Yongguk’s roots in the underground rap scene are still evident in his modern artistry and style – on top of the smaller venue space, DJ Babynine has been opening for him on his US tour. His set was a perfect taste for the rest of the evening, mixing crowd favorites from Daddy Yankee’s “Gasolina” to “Water” by Tyla – even throwing in some old-school with Kurtis Blow. It felt like a genuine nod to hip-hop and set the mood for the rest of the show, where Yongguk wasted no time taking the stage and immediately going into a set of older and newer tracks like “OFF,” “Xie Xie,” “Ride or Die,” “IXLU,” “NUMB,” and “RACE.”

The crowd was unstoppable the minute he came out – mind you, this was a room of maybe 100-200 fans. Every song was sung back to him, and every pause to address the crowd was filled instantly with words of affirmation, hollers, and infamous “barking.” Yongguk was caught off guard a couple of times, at one point laughing into the mic and stating: “I love your f*cking energy, Sacramento.” It was a great back and forth as the show progressed, even into slower, more sentimental tracks like “I Remember,” “히키코모리 (HIKIKOMORI),” and “AM 4:44.”

That’s kind of the beauty of Yongguk – his stage presence, coupled with the range of his music, is wildly captivating. He’s towering, a 6'0 handsome man who could still pass for a teenager with his boyish smile, but he opens his mouth, and you’re hit with a husky baritone voice that somehow weaves excellently through his crooning and heavier rapping sections. His lyrics are deeply personal, and you really can’t help but lose yourself in the moment of his music. In fact, “여행 (Journey)” was probably the most silent the room would be all evening – a plucky, bossa nova melancholic track where he explores his sadness feeling lost in life. It’s one of those quiet rarities where the language barrier doesn’t really matter, where everyone can understand as you watch him sing one lone note over and over under a single light, and the rest of the room fades at the edges. As a fan, you already know why you love him, and what, as an artist, he does for you, but experiencing something like that in person confirms why he does this for himself, too.

The second half of the night was a complete vibe switch as he let loose into his most popular hype tracks. Bouncy trap-inspired songs like “UP,” “UFO,” and “BUSS IT DOWN” had the crowd going feral, jumping and bouncing with him as he swayed through hit after hit. Two of his staff members were on stage with him for English translations, and even they were grooving and smiling at fan reactions. I even caught the security guards beside me at one point elbowing each other as bass-destroying head exploder “YAMAZAKI” started, one of them saying: “This is that one you know – it’s dope.”

“MOVIMIENTO” off of his latest EP release is my current hyper fixation, and once it started, I vaguely recall telling the friends I came with “I’m about to go full monkey.” I cannot emphasize enough just how pleasing to the ears this man’s music is, and how there is a little bit of something for everyone in all of his discography. There’s a reason fans ride or die for him, and it was felt in the room when green B.A.P lightsticks and phone flashlights lit up the room for his final setlist track, “Green.” The lyrics are very reassuring and sweet, emphasizing a place of comfort and a shoulder to lean on in hard times, and many fans especially love the title being a nod to the official color of B.A.P’s fandom. Yongguk watched with relaxed shoulders as the crowd showered him with love, a look of pure gratitude on his face as he bowed, thanking fans and heading backstage.

But it didn’t end there – after disappearing beyond the velvet curtain, Yongguk and DJ Babynine returned rocking tour merch and vibing into an encore set. “BUSS IT DOWN” made a reappearance, as well as “야해 (Ya),” “Rain On Me” and “Orange Drive,” and at that point it was a full-blown party. He took special time to laugh with the crowd and thank everyone for coming out, swapped hats and beanies with lucky fans in the front row, even messing with videos and photos by doing cute poses and throwing water on himself and the crowd. My friends and I took part in the revelry, holding heart emojis and kind messages in Korean on our phones up by our foreheads and absolutely losing it every time he pointed and sang his lyrics directly to us. He was a class act, finally taking his bow to an eruption of cheers and officially closing out what was close to a two-hour showcase.

Bang Yongguk’s legacy means far more than a name on a marquee – his artistry not only reflects the early tenacious fire of his humble beginnings but has only developed and matured as time goes on. An artist who has never been afraid of vulnerability and pushing boundaries, Yongguk’s sound and style transcend every venue space into a raw retelling of his inner self. Fans see someone who has dealt with public scrutiny and underestimation, has admitted to personal struggles involving depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and even life-ending thoughts, and has chosen again and again to overcome every odd with a vengeance. An industry rarity, Yongguk not only wears his entire heart on his sleeve but invites fans to take a piece of it with them after each and every performance.

Fand es witzig die einzelnen Crewmitglieder einer Hunderasse zuzuordnen, nachdem Vi als Käpt'n ein dog theme hat :') Sagt mir gerne, ob ihr der Meinung seid, dass ich die Hunderasse eures OCs getroffen habe oder ob ihr vielleicht eine bessere Idee habt :D

Vi | mixed-breed dog

Vi sehe ich als einen Mischlingshund mit spitzen Ohren und schwarzem Fell. Bild zeigt (glaube ich) einen Kreuzung zwischen Husky und einem Groenendael und aber so in etwa stelle ich mir auch immer Vi's Hunde vor :3 Liebe einfach wie perfekt die Heterochromie zu Vi's Auge passt.

Rhys | golden retriever

Rhys gibt mir einfach peak golden retriever boyfriend energy :') Für mich persönlich ist diese Hunderasse auch immer so freundlich, happy und etwas aufgedreht, was zu Rhys passt :D

Zelos | doberman

Der Dobermann ist für mich so ein "eleganter" Hund und mit dem Wissen über Zelos Hintergrund passt der Vibe für mich einfach :') Die Hunderasse hat so etwas fancy, athletisches, gepaart mit etwas Arroganz.

Bastet | American Cocker Spaniel

Wenn ich an Bastets Haare denke und wie sie beschrieben sind, dann kommt mir sofort Susi von Susi und Strolch in den Sinn :') *little nostalgia vibe* und Susi ist eben ein American Cocker Spaniel, not much brain went into this :')

Liri | Vizsla

Der Vizsla oder der Kurzhaarige Ungarische Vorstehhund (was so viel uncooler klingt xD) ist eine Rasse die u.a. vielseitig als Jagdhund eingesetzt wird. Die Hunderasse oder Vorgänger davon sollen von den Hunnen nach Ungarn mitgebracht worden sein und wenn ich mir Liris kulturellen Hintergrund so ansehe, der an die Hunnen und Mongolen angelehnt ist, fand ich diese Hunderasse sehr passend.

Der Prophet | Xoloitzcuintle 

Ich schwöre, ich war hier so kurz davor, dass ich einfach einen Hund mit Kapuze hinsetzte, weil keiner der Leser weiß wie der Prophet unter seiner Kutte aussieht :'D Aber dann bin ich über den Xoloitzcuintle oder Xolo gestolpert und fand diese Rasse ganz cool. Sie stammt aus Mexiko und geht auf Azteken zurück. Sein Name bedeutet so viel wie "Hund des Gottes Xolotl ", welcher wiederum die Gottheit des Blitzes, des Todes und des Unglücks ist. Der Xolo soll die Seelen der Verstorbenen ins Jenseits begleitet haben und der Hund gibt mir etwas ein uncanny feeling, je länger ich ihn anschaue, deswegen hat er einen guten Propheten-Vibe :'D

Fly | Pomeranian

Pomeranian ist einfach super cute okay? :') Nein aber ehrlich, Fly ist natürlich eine kleine süße Hunderasse, aber meiner Erfahrung nach können die kleinen Wauwaus auch ganz schön laut rumbellen und knurren oder auch aggro werden, also auch wie die kleine Fly, sollte man sie nicht unterschätzten und nur als süß abstempeln.

Askuka | Afghanischer Windhund

Für Asuka wollte ich einen hübschen, eher "feminin" wirkenden Hund haben und ich bin der Meinung, dass der Afghanische Windhund einfach gorgeous aussieht (: Der gibt mir so richtige Modelallüren xD

Jay | Portugiesischer Wasserhund

Für Jay musste ein wasserliebender Hund her, da kam diese hier gerade recht. Der Wasserhund war früher in Portugal in der Fischerei essenziell. Er bewachte Boote und half sogar beim Fischfang indem er Fischschwärme erschnüffelte, in Wasser sprang und Fische ins Netz trieb etc. Außerdem liebe ich es, dass Jays leicht wellige etwas das Fell/die Ohren des Wasserhundes widerspiegeln :'D

Sune | Katze, die denkt sie wäre ein Hund

Bitte auf die Katze achten, nicht auf den Hund xD Ich glaube Annie hatte diese Referenz bereits schon mal auf ask gebracht, aber ich finde die es passt einfach so verdammt gut zu Sune und seinem Verhalten, dass er sich für einen Hund hält und versucht das Rudel/die anderen Hunde nachzuahmen, obwohl er eine Katze ist. I just love it :D
