Tonys foot tapped anxiously as he paced back and forth in the hospital waiting room. Pepper was in labor. In the process of giving birth. Tony had never been so afraid.

He was scared he'd be a terrible father. That he'd mess up with you. He was snapped out of his racing thoughts when Natasha placed a hand on his shoulder, getting his attention.

"You okay?" She questioned tony, he nodded his head quickly in response before asking Steve how long it had been for the seventh time.

"Two minutes since the last time you asked." Steve smiled, looking at his watch. He had asked this every 2 or 3 minutes.

Tony sighed anxiously, gasping as the nurse he had been bothering for the last 30 minutes asking about pepper walked through the door, her pink scrubs swooshing as she walked toward him, with a warm smile on her face she spoke.

"Shes here." She giggled at the worried father. Tony immediately brushed past her into the room. His eyes immediately fell on pepper, sitting up and holding a small pink cloth too her chest.

His jaw fell agape, hitting the floor. He waddled over to her. She smiled at him.

he placed his hand on her arm, she folded his arms in the correct position and placed his daughter in his arms. She was swaddled in the soft pink cloth.

He looked into her deep e/c orbs as she blinked at him lovingly. Making a funny face, which made you smile and coo at him.

All of the avengers rallied into the room, all taking turns holding you. Tony holding his arms under theirs, afraid they would drop you. Even bucky.

Eventually they all went home, tony held you in his arms, sitting near the window, and fell asleep there too.

The nurse he'd been bothering all day had to pry you out of his grasp and put you in a crib.

He woke up 0.3 seconds after you would began to cry. Immediately jumping up to sooth your cries.

Of course he treated pepper like a queen. Helping her to the bathroom whenever she needed to go. Ordering breakfast for her, going out to target to get her fluffy socks when her feet were cold.

Pepper knew he'd be an amazing father as he rubbed her feet and rocked you to sleep in his free arm.

Doing everything and anything to allow his wife to rest.

About Reader's Spider:

Reader's Spider name is Spider-Gazer (nickname = Gaze). She comes from a dimension where there are no firm lines or edges and everything is slightly blurred instead. However, this slight blurring of lines has given her the power to gaze through the barriers of the Acracnoid Humanoid Poly Multiverse and communicate and see into other dimensions. When this happens, her eyes roll back into her head and become completely white. Yet if she is wearing her mask, the spider eyes which are usually white turn the same glowing orange as the paths between multiverses.

She also has an amulet that was passed down for generations in her family along with the legend of the one who would be gifted the power of the spider and use it to bring peace to this and every universe. When she holds it, it helps magnify and focus her powers (since it comes from her universe, it also does not have firm edges).

Sorry I know it's kind of a weird topic I just thought it would be a funny and awkward situation haha 😄

First period Dad!Tony stark x tween!daughter!reader

summary: you get your first period......oof

Warnings: mainly everything involved in periods

A/N: this is gonna be so awkward to write oh my god 😆

You were extremely close to your first period, but you and tony did not notice this. Pepper definitely did.

she watched as you spent more time in your room. how your emotions could turn around so fast. She noticed the mood swings, and soon, the cravings kicked in. And tony being tony he did not notice all of this, and neither did you.

One day at school, you suddenly felt wet down there. You asked to go to the restroom, and you were greeted with a pool of blood in your underwear.

You gasped in shock, looking around frantically in search for something to help in the small stall. You only found the toilet paper as an option. So you rolled it up quickly and stuffed it in there.

You uncomfortably walked back to your class, blushing in Embarrassment, you sat down and zoned out quickly.

When tony came to pick you up, he noticed your uneasiness, and asked about it, "whats wrong kid?" He asked, wrapping his hand around yours for comfort. "....i got my p-period" you replied, not taking your eyes off the window.

"Oh......ill call pep to come help you when we get home, dont worry, she'll take care of it" the rest of the car ride home was silent.

As you got home you walked into the bathroom waiting for your mother to come, given that you sent her a text saying 'hey, i need you. Its an emergency'

She ran in as fast as she could, in a frenzy she panted out the words "what happened" she asked leaning on the counter.

"I...umm...got my period." You were extremely embarrassed and couldn't even look her in the eye. She simply laughed and walked out, returning a few minutes later as she got back from the store.

She had a few boxes of pads, some wipes, and a few other things as well.

You thanked her as she helped you through all of it. You sat in your bed for a while before tony came bursting into your bedroom, with lots of cookies, chips, snacks in general.

He also had a heating pad for cramps. And he had gotten you ice cream ❤️

You ate them up in the few days of this dreadful week. But luckily it was over quickly for you since you mainly slept through it.

Once your period fell into a track, he had Jarvis set a alarm ⏰️ so if you had a mood swing, he'd ask Jarvis like "hey J, is it....you know"

"Deadly week sir?........yes"

Maverick opened his mouth, but he was unable to speak.

He had stayed up all night working on what he was going to say today. He had gone through draft after draft until the morning light began to creep across his papers and his hand cramped painfully. However, he had thought he had finally settled on something he could be proud of.

Yet, as he stood next to the portrait of the man who had been closer than a brother to him for over three decades and stared down at the shiny mahogany box in front of him, those perfectly crafted words failed him.

He knew his elegy would give Ice the farewell he deserved, however, it still wasn’t good enough. How do you condense 30 years of loyal friendship down to a few lines on a page? How can you recall every laugh, every tear, every moment of support or encouragement in just a few minutes? How can you say a final goodbye to the person who was always there? 

Maverick opened his mouth again but the words refused to come out. They remained lodged in his throat, making it nearly impossible to breathe. He tried to swallow, but it just made it worse. Tears threatened to slip from his eyes and wondered what everyone else saw as they stared expectantly at him.

Scanning the crowd full of friends old and new, his eyes were drawn to one person in particular. He hadn’t consciously sought him out—he hadn’t even known where he would be standing—but when Maverick locked eyes with his godson, he paused.

For a moment, they held each other’s gaze, almost daring the other to make the first move. Bradley looked stoic and strong as he held his head high, but even despite their years of separation, Maverick knew him well enough to see the clenching of his jaw and the tightness in his shoulders. It seemed like he wasn’t the only one struggling to keep his composure. 

Then, so slightly that Maverick almost wondered if he imagined it, Bradley nodded his head. 

The gesture was so small, yet so meaningful, that Maverick’s knees almost gave out as a wave of relief and calm washed over him. The last time he and Bradley had talked was back on the base when Bradley finally confronted him about pulling his papers. Maverick had always known when that moment came, it would be painful but he never expected to hear Bradley say the things he said that night. If Warlock hadn’t interrupted with the news of Ice’s death, he could only imagine what else his godson would have thrown furiously in his face.

And yet, at this moment, when Maverick needed it more than he ever had before, Bradley gave him an olive branch. It might be small and it might be fueled by the loss of someone who meant the world to both of them, but it was a sign that there still might be hope for them after all.

Glancing down at the casket before him, a smile slowly spread across Maverick’s face. Even in death, Ice had found a way to help him one last time. They might have always disagreed about who was the better pilot even until the very end, but there was never a doubt about who the better wingman was.

Clearing his throat, Maverick opened his mouth and began to speak.
