He relived the moment he first saw you in his mind daily. Amelia introduced him to you and your smile was warm as you set folded cards that had the names of the baked goods next to each tray. You were continuing a long tradition, started by your great-grandmother, using her recipes to raise funds for charity at a local fun day.

He stepped forward when you struggled to move a second table to put more baked treats on display and lifted it effortlessly, helping you get organized. You thanked him and gave him your favorite, and Zayto was impressed by the baked delight.

Over time as you grew closer you often surprised him with his favorite just to see his eyes light up. Your compassion and kindness were the first things he learned about you.

You recognized the look in his eyes that took over when he thought no one was watching. But you were. You related to the great loss he suffered, and while leaving out certain details, Zayto confided in you about his past. When he suffered doubts and felt his hope dwindling after a battle, it was common for him to seek you out and after five minutes in your presence, he felt invigorated - ready to fight the good fight until the end.

While his team also helped him adjust to Earth after he woke up from his stasis, you noticed that he looked as if he was experiencing the world for the first time and took him to his first movie, to a carnival, and to a concert.

During his second month on Earth, Zayto approached Amelia, asking what to do on a first date and where you'd like to go. The Pink Ranger smiled as she encouraged him to ask you out, sensing for a while that something was brewing between you.

Your first kiss happened in the spur of the moment. You were walking hand in hand, your free hand resting on his arm and Zayto looked over, seeing the smile on your lips and how the sun peeking through the buildings light up your features. You turned when he stopped walking and his hands rose to your cheeks, feeling the hesitance in his tender kiss. When you placed your hands on his chest he grew more certain of his actions and the passion that had been brewing finally boiled over.

You found out that he was the Red Ranger on your second date. Zayto was pensive throughout and when you asked what was on his mind, he revealed his secret and withheld information about his past. You were floored by the information and Zayto spoke through your shock, his eyes desperately searching your shocked expression to find out what you were thinking. When he was finished, the room felt suffocating due to the silence and Zayto felt his gut twist with each passing second. Your eyes flickered to his antennae then met his gaze, repeating over and over again. Then you reached out to hold his hand and watched as the tension left his body when you sent him a small smile.

The physical contact allowed him to read your mind and he was emboldened by what he heard. Your smile grew and he mirrored it, knowing you knew he was listening.

When Rafkon was destroyed Zayto retreated to the base and Ravi reached out to you, and the Red Ranger turned when he heard someone approaching. He was surprised to see you entering the base and realized you were sent there by a member of his team. You didn't say a word as you wrapped your arms around his waist and he closed his eyes, feeling his throat burn with unshed tears which fell when you rested your head on his chest.

He had lost everything, but he had you, and Zayto was determined to save Earth from the same fate.

The first time he said I love you it left his lips before his mind could catch up. But he never took it back, as deep down he knew that was the only word he could use to describe how he felt about you - you were the light at the end of a tunnel.

You took his broken and battered heart and put it back together with everything you did. Your smile, your laugh, the way your eyes lit up when you looked at him, and the way you would use his telepathy to have private conversations.

The day the light was extinguished, the day that he lost you, was the most painful one of all. By the time he reached you, you were too weak and he held you in his arms as your eyes closed, his tears leaving tracks down the dirt on your cheeks.

His team sensed the change within him. Zayto threw himself into training and when he fought it was with a ferocity Aiyon had never seen before. When he wasn't training or fighting he was lost in his thoughts and Aiyon got a sinking feeling in his gut during the final battle.

Zayto kept your necklace hidden safely in a place only he knew to find it. Before he left the base, Aiyon had looked back when he saw Zayto wasn't following and noticed him putting on the necklace, kissing it before steeling his emotions.

Zayto appeared overly calm, as if resigned to his intended fate, and when it was all over when their leader was destroyed, Aiyon realized why Zayto was so quiet.

He had lost Rafkon. But his greatest loss was you - the love of his life. Zayto was determined to save Earth, but couldn't bear to spend another second without you. In his last moments, Zayto sacrificed himself to save Earth, and hoped that Amelia was right - he would meet you again.

Summary: On a random day at BuzzBlast you decide to call your boyfriend, Javi, weird names as a prank and later on in the week he gets you back.

A/N: This fic is based on these videos.

It's a normal day at BuzzBlast, so you walk to your boyfriend, Javi, who was at his desk and called him weird names.

"Good morning, my buttery croissant." You said in a funny voice as you stood behind him. Javi gave you a 'really?' look, and you giggled. After a few seconds, he looked up at you and said with a straight face as he spoke in French,

"Oui Oui baguette."

You laughed at his reaction. An hour or so later, you walked over to Javi, who was making coffee.

"Hello, my little Yankee Candle." You smiled, hugging him from behind.

"Hi, sweetheart," Javi replied.

"Hi." You mumbled, kissing his cheek.

"How are you?" He asked.

"Good." You say in a baby voice.

"Am I a pinewood candle?" He joked. You laughed again, and he smiled.

You saw Javi sitting on one of the couches later on and walked over.

"How's my baby..." you asked, playing with his hair.

"You called me 'baby'." He smiled.

"Hippo. How's my baby hippo?" You added. Javi gave you an annoyed look as he moved away from you.

"No." You state to him while laughing.

You were now at Javi's house, sitting on the couch while he was in his room writing a song.

"Where's my blob fish? How's he doing?" You called out to him as you giggled silently. He poked his head out from the side of the door and looked at you as he spoke.

"You know, blobfish have feelings, too." Javi sassed, pretending to be mad at you.

It's been six days, and you've been calling Javi weird names non-stop, so he decided to get you back.

"Hi, my baby boo bear," Javi smirked, kissing your neck playfully as you made something to eat.

"No." You whined as soon as you figured out what he was doing.

"What's wrong, Love Bug?" He chuckled.

"Oh my god, Javi, stop." You whined again.

"No, I will not, my lil ketchup packet." He answered.

"Javi, I'm not even on my period." You state. Javi laughed, and so did you. You and Javi have the cutest and funniest relationship ever.

*Amelia's POV* "How are we going to get past all of Zedd's guards?" You ask

"Including Ollie?" Izzy asks, her brows furrowing

Since Ollie's Ranger composition was altered, even attempting to recompose it back and failing, it had been a difficult time for you to process it all.

"Guys, we have a lead as to where the Cosmic Dragon Zord is!" Aiyon comes running into the lounge

"Where is it?" You turn to him

"We have a transmission from Mick, some sort of TV broadcast," Solon casts it onto a larger screen

"Good afternoon, I'm here live from the planet Akraal, with none other than Bajillia Naire, CEO of Squid Ink Inc." The announcer speaks towards the camera

"One of the greatest mining companies in the entire universe!" She boasts, "This right here, we have discovered this giant eye... A giant eye that strongly resembles a Zord... The Cosmic Fury Dragon Zord no matter."

Scrozzle shows his computer monitor to the camera: revealing a giant dragon underneath the crust of the planet.

"There you have it folks, up next, we have an interview with the monster band, The Jawsnappers," The announcer says before Solon shuts it off

"Why does this feel like it could be..." Javi sighs

"A trap..." You say

"But, if this Zord is real, we can't let them get their hands on it," Zayto states, "If I can get in undetected, I can use the morphin master staff and awaken the Zord."

"No dude, we just got you back, and you'd be squid bait if you're caught," Aiyon states

"So... Now what can we do?..." Billy asks

The silence was broken when Javi begins playing his makeshift drum set.

"Bro," Izzy growls at him

"What?" He asks

"That is really distracting," She sighs

"Wait... Distracting!" Javi smiles, "Who wants to start a metal band?"

"Javi... Are you okay?" Solon asks

"They mentioned having a band playing, so if we make our own band, Zayto can get in and out undetected," Javi explains

"But, Ollie can count," You add

"Once he counts that one of us is missing, he'd go for Zayto immediately," Izzy adds

Fern walks up to the makeshift drum set and plays a catchy rhythm.

"I get his drift though," Fern jumps in, "The news broadcast said they liked music."

Fern throws down a catchy beat.

"Problem solved, consider it my audition," She smiles

"Genius!" Javi smiles, "You're in!"

"Hold on, totally not in!" Izzy immediately jumps, "You're willing to put my girlfriend on an alien planet, basically in the line of danger?"

"Izzy, you're going to need all hands on deck for it," Fern tries talking to her, "Besides, Javi and I are the only ones who really know how to play instruments."

Izzy sighs, brows still furrowed, "Fine. But, just know that I am not entirely on board with this..."

The six of you begin to haul in equipment through the mining field, hoping to sneak in without any of the workers recognizing you as humans.

"Stop! State yourselves!" One of the two guard workers state

"We're uhh..." Javi begin, in his 'as monstrous as possible' voices, "Here to perform. Mrs. Naire had asked us personally."

"Mrs. Naire putting a show together for us?" One of the monsters asks the other, "It's so nice of her! Considering she never puts anything together for us hard workers. What is your band name?"

Javi turns to you all, contemplating a name...

"We're uhh... Meat... Chrome... Yeah! Meat Chrome!" He puts together

"Yeah," The other rangers begin to chime in

All of you began chanting your made up and name as you follow the monsters to the main stage.

Fern throws down some rhythms and all of you begin playing the music you all rehearsed.

Izzy threw in the lyrics that Javi wrote down, but add a real scratchy voice.

Over at the tent, Zayto whips his head around; making sure that the villains weren't entering... However, before he could even enter the cockpit, he gets knocked over...

Ollie walks around the quarry; confused why all of the workers weren't... Working...

"What is all of this?!" He asks

"It was so nice of Bajillia Nare to provide us with such great entertainment!" One of the workers exclaims

*Ollie's POV* You look at the band that's on the stage... You were sure that you didn't order for entertainment... There was too much to do in order to claim the Dragon zord first.

"Hold on..." You lean close to the lead singer

"Rangers!" You yell

Your henchmen stop celebrating and raise their weapons. The rangers morph...

"Seize them!" You order

You watch as they engage the rangers. You turn your back and begin making your way to the dragon zord...

*Izzy's POV* You hear a yelp... Fern's yelp...

"Fern!" You attempt to jump over crates to reach her

However, you hear Ollie let out a pained yelp as he falls stomach first onto the ground. As you take Fern into your arm, the both of you look over off towards the hill of the mine: a figured garbed in a cloak... They retreat.

"We have to get you to safety," You look at your girlfriend

"I'm fine Izz," She reassures you, "Just a little winded."

"Zayto, how's it going with awakening the Cosmic Dragon Zord?" Amelia speaks into the comms

The ground rumbles...

"He did it!" Amelia cheers

"Not quite," An unfamiliar voice breaks through the comms, "I'm taking this Voyager back... So leave this to me why don't you."

You and your team watches them as the new Zord engages a battle with two of the copy guards.

*Y/n's POV* "Alright bud, lets do this!" You jerk the right control module forward

The Dragon Voyager shoots a streak of fire at the copy guards.

"Come on! Is that the best you can do?!" You taunt the two

You disengage your globe from the dragon and allow it to coil around one of the two, crushing them. Re-engaging your globe onto the dragon, you begin to activate the final finisher.

"Lock on," You chuckle

You pull the trigger once the target locked onto the final copy guard.

"Dragon Break!" You announce the finisher

The voyager shoots out purple flames from its mouth, destroying the goons.

*Amelia's POV* You watch cautiously as the ranger dismounts from the dragon zord and stand before your team.

"Who are you?..." You draw your hammer up, pointing at it the cloaked figure

You watch cautiously as they reach for their hood, removing it from their head. Your expression drops as you take in their appearance. Human, but with horns... Dragon horns... parts of their skin harboring purple scales... Just... Everything there was to a dragon...

"I only wanted to find the Dragon Voyager," They explain, "Apologies for attacking you..."

"It's alright," Zayto immediately forgives them, "You were taking back what was yours, and you helped us liberate the planet."

"That doesn't explain your reasoning for helping us, or taking one of our zords!" You continue to be cautious

"My home was destroyed by what you call 'Zedd'." They explain, "I'm the last of the Dragon hybrids from the Draco System. I escaped on the Dragon Voyager but, at some point we ran into Zedd. We got separated from each other."

"How does the Morphin Grid know you're not a villain?" You continue to interrogate them

"The Morphin Grid?" They ask, "What's that?"

"The Grid that bestows the ranger energy onto people like us," You explain, "What you use to transform?"

"Oh. This?" They ask, lifting a small globe, "This... This power doesn't come from the 'Morphin Grid'. It comes from the power of the constellations."

"How does that work?" You ask

"Don't know, it just... Bonded with me," They explain, but shrugging

Your eyes narrow at them. You're not sure what to think. You could tell they were being genuine about what they were talking about, but it was that... Smug look on their face...

"Amelia, maybe we can trust her," Javi tries to ease your mind

"No," You say, "Don't try to persuade my decision... But, we'll keep you here. But, you are not to go into battle with us. We don't know your true motives yet."

"I just said-"

You walk up to them and stare at them. Unwavering.

"I know," You say, "But, your endgame... You got the Zord you wanted... The endgame is the real question..."

You saw the determination in her eye... Something about it just... Enticed you. You couldn't explain it.

"Say what you wish red," They tell you, "But deep down you know you want extra hands in your team."

"Fine..." You growl

"There. Finally finished." Y/N stated as he walked into Javi's room inside the Cosmic Cruiser. He laid on the bed as Javi raised an eyebrow. "You okay?"

"Fine. Guess I never realized that getting new ranger powers meant I'd have to get new clothes too. Zayto said I could have his old clothes before he left to match my status as the Cosmic Fury Phoenix Ranger."

"But you look so cool." Javi smiled.

Y/N smiled too. "You're not so bad either in your new black suit."

Before Javi could respond to his boyfriend's comment, Solomon's voice came on the coms. "Rangers. Attack at Pineridge park. Hurry!"

They both stood up and nodded their heads.

"It’s Morphin time! Nova star, lock in! Phoenix star, locked in. Star change!"

"Cosmic orb! Link to Morphin Grid!"

The Winged Knight

Pairing: Izzy Garcia x (FemKnight!)Reader

Summary: It follows a girl: Y/N Y/L/N, who currently owns the "Pteradon Champion Zord", along with its DinoSoul Key, who is currently a Professional Box Fighter. The youngest ever to be a pro. What she doesn't know is that she is a direct descendant of the supposed Mythical "DinoSoul" Tribe. [Equivalent to the Ryusoul Tribe]. Her partner, she calls him, "buddy" as she doesn't have a proper name for him. The two of them embark on a journey to figure out who she is, finding an old flame and developing a new crush in the process.

As you wait outside for Izzy once more, helping her with her morning training session, you go on your phone to check on the ranger hotline news and news in general. You've been helping Izzy the last several mornings to prep her for her upcoming competition she talked about with you and for the two of you to get to know each other more.

"Arctic Knight Ranger," a sudden voice calls to you from your phone, "I know you would sacrifice a lot for your partner. But, what will you sacrifice for your little girlfriend?" 

Your phone's screen then cuts to Izzy.. 

"Bring me the Pteradon Champion zord and she'll live," the Sporix villain demanded, "We're at the 23rd floor of buzzblast.”

"That's where the editing and broadcasting room is," you say to yourself

"Don't do it," Zayto says, offscreen, "Wake the Pteradon Champion zord!" 

That's the thing, you haven't been able to awaken his form in weeks. Years even.

"I can't... You can't." he says, "I'm scared..." 

"It's okay bud," you say, petting him, "We'll figure something out." 

You place him in your backpack and begin heading over to BuzzBlast, "MY lord, it's too early for this kind of thing to happen..."

"You're not giving him to me are you?!" He freaks out 

"Of course not bud!" You say, "You're important!"

As the rangers watch their Dino Keys be taken, they all squirm in their ropes further, but getting tighter each time they nearly get free of the ropes. You see, those 'ropes', are actually made from Vinepault; a sporix beast.

"The Arctic Ranger's gonna come!" Izzy says, trying to reassuring her teammates

"As if," the Sporix monster laughs, "They're probably wallowing in their own fear right now!"

As you hold onto your egg for life, watching the Dino Fury Rangers' Dino keys get taken, your egg begins moving. 

"What's your plan Y/N?" He whispers 

"Can't help but to use this," you whisper, holding the HieHie Ryusoul, "You get out of here." 

He does but you didn't realize he had stayed behind. 

"HieHie Soul," you whisper, turning your ryusoul into its knight mode, inserting it into your Ryusoul Ken 

"HieHie Soul," you sword announces 

You open the hilt and open and close it consecutively, twice.

"Kyo!", "Ryu, Sou, Sou!", "Kono Kanjii!!", "HieHie." 

You stab your sword into the ground and freeze it, along with the Sporix beasts standing on it. Stopping right at the base of the rangers' captivity; flying over to the rangers and slashing the constricting vines they were enveloped in.

"Arctic Knight oh thank god!" Amelia sighs 

You put your sword into your holster and walk over to the frozen sporix beast and take the Dino keys back. 

"Thanks man," you smile, kicking him as the ice breaks; causing him to fall back 

You run back over to the rangers and hand them their keys back. 

"Arctic Knight Ranger," Zayto smiles, "Where's your champion zord?" 

"He's somewhere safe," you say 

Before you could say anything more, you could easily hear his cries. 

"Watch out!" Amelia says, everyone ducking but you

You feel a pair of arms wrap around your midsection as you begin falling down, hearing an explosion in front of you; realizing the sporix beast made a hole in the wall. A decently sized one at the least. You look down and notice it was Izzy that grabbed onto you to move you out of harms way. You stand up, helping Izzy in the process and turn to him and the sporix beast has him in his hand. Izzy immediately charges at the sporix beast and back-hand slashes its hand; freeing your partner. But in exchange, she's the one in your partners' place.

"Buddy I told you to hide somewhere safe!" You sigh, looking down at him in anger

"But I'm not leaving you to do this alone," he says 

You smile slightly. But still wanting to scold him for staying behind.

"Hand me your Dino key and she won't get hurt." The beat demands, gesturing to your partner

"Don't do it!" Izzy yells

Her teammates agree with her. However, you wanted to get Izzy out of there without handing over your partner over to the sporix beast.

"Quiet, Green Ranger" he growls 

"Hand her over first," you demand, 

"You give me your Dino Key first!" He demands, holding up one of his arms toward Amelia's neck area

You sigh, realizing the sporix monster won't come to reason. Reaching for your sword, opening the hilt and taking out its Ryusoul.

"Y/N?!" Amelia and Izzy ask at the same time

"Hey," you smile slightly, "Been awhile Ameils."

Izzy couldn't believe it either. You've kept this 'being a ranger' a secret from her and you've known her for a couple of weeks; being her trainer the two of you pretty much getting to know one another over training. Truth is, you didn't want Izzy finding out so you wouldn't get into a situation like this one. The other thing Izzy knew was that you know Amelia; the two of you were best friends in high school.

"But-but how?!" Amelia asks

"What are you doing?!?!," your partner asks 

"Don't worry, I got a plan," you whisper, "Now get over there." 

Your partner does so. 

"Now, hand her over," you demand 

The sporix beast doesn't say anything but immediately runs over to you and punches you, sending you out a gaping hole into her wall. 

"NO!" The team yells, Izzy letting out a scream

You let out a blood-curdling scream as you begin falling toward the ground way below the floor you were on. Your champion zord screams and chokes on a cry as he manages to pry himself out of the sporixs' grip and jump out after you. 

"No!!" He screams 

With all of his might, he grew and he grew into a giant Pteradon. He catches you in the nick of time before you made contact with the ground. 

"Y/N, are you okay?!" He pants, nearly gasping for air 

"Buddy?" You smile, "Oh my gosh you did it!! Celebrations aside I gotta get back in there and defeat that sporix beast!" 

"How?!" He asks, "You don't have your Ryusoul!!" 

"あいぼう, 私たちのソウルを一つに." You say [Translation: "Partner, our Souls are One."] 

"Alright!" He says, flying up toward the gaping hole 

You hop off of your partner's back and once more stab your sword into the ground, freezing the ground; immediately freezing nearly the entire ground, looking up at the sporix beast slightly, whose legs are frozen. 

"Not again!" He screams 

You inhale deeply then let out an exhale; your breath being visible due to the now cold temperature.

"翼の騎士, リュソウル シアン!!" You announce for the first time [Translation: "The Winged Knight, Ryusoul Cyan!"] 

The rangers watch you take your sword out of the ground. Although your Ryusoul was with the sporix beast, a bright, vibrant Cyan aura forms around you, enabling your Ranger form and acquiring your Dino-Freeze armor. 

"おれの騎士を見せてある!!" You announced again as you pull Izzy out of his grip and into yours, slashing at the monster  [Translation: "I'll show you my Chivalry!"] 

You push her towards her teammates, hinting to her to free them. Keeping the sporix beast at a distance from the rest of the team, you engage a battle with him. 

"あいぼう!!" You scream holding your hand up into the air [Translation: "Partner!"] 

You hear him battle cry as he shrinks, taking the ryusoul back and throwing it to you. You catch it and activate your final move. 

"Blizzard, Dino Slash!" You scream, slashing the air, creating a freezing vortex towards the sporix beast 

He gets caught up in the vortex and explodes, a slime-looking ball is formed. You watch Zayto catch it before Void knight could get to it. 

"Y/N. Right?.." Ollie asks 

"That's me" you answer, turning back into your civilian form

"Since when did you have a Dino key?" Zayto asks

"Family heirloom, and he's been around all my life," you say, looking behind you

You notice he's sitting on Izzy's back. You immediately run over to her and try to shake her awake.

"Hey, hey! Izzy!" You try to wake her, but to no avail

You place two of your fingers up to her neck.

"Still got a pulse, but she's unconscious," you say, picking her up into your arms

You walk past the other rangers as you teleport, using Izzy's communicator and disappear.

"Who are you?!" A dinosaur asks, walking over to you 

"I'm a friend, but, Izzy's hurt bad and I didn't know where to take her, " you sigh, placing her down into a bed, "So I decided to come here."

"Good choice coming here," she says,  "Thank you."

You nod to her as the dinosaur-humanoid begins observing her, figuring out a way to tend to Izzy's injuries.

After a couple of hours you see the rangers teleporting into base. You stand up to formally greet them.

"Y/N Y/L/N," you finally introduce, shaking Zayto's hand, "What you guys call me, the 'Arctic Knight' Ranger."

"We have more people on our team?" Ollie smiles, "The sporix beast won't stand a chance now!"

"Didn't know the Arctic Knight Ranger was cute," Javi tries to flirt with you

"Whoa whoa whoa there champ," you back up," I like girls... 100%."

Ollie laughs as Javi becomes embarrassed at your remark and the fact he tried to flirt with you. You smile and chuckle as you play it off as a joke from him. 

"Guys will you keep it quiet?" Izzy groans as she sits up

Javi immediately goes to her bedside and comforts her.

"Hey Izzy," he smiles, "How are you feeling?"

"Considering I almost became a ragdoll, I'm fine, " Izzy jokes, "W-wait how did I get here?" 

"This woman carried you back," the Humanoid-Dinosaur says, gesturing to you

"Hey, thanks," she says, stretching out her arm

"Don't mention it," you smile slightly

"Now, with introductions aside," Zayto states, "We have to train."

"No worries, on it," you state

"Ryusoul Change!" You said, inserting your ryusoul into Izzy's morpher

You were figuring out if you could change into your ranger form without the use of your sword. Once you spun the silver 'helmet' on the morpher, nothing happens. You sigh in disappointment and take out your ryusoul.

"Guess it only works with your keys," You sigh, "No worries though! I wanted to see if it worked anyway!"

You hand the morpher back to Izzy.

After the training session, you were about to make your leave for the night however, get a tap on your shoulder.

"Hey Izzy," You smile

"Hey, I just want to thank you," She says, "For the last couple of mornings and carrying me here."

"Don't mention it Izzy," You say, slinging your backpack onto your shoulder, "Thank me when you win that competition tomorrow Izzy!"

Request: Can you do an Amelia Jones imagine where the reader is a reporter at Buzz Blast? Maybe the reader can be going head to head with Amelia for a story and they end up getting paired up for it? Thanks! 💜

Summary: You’ve worked at Buzz Blast for quite some time now. You’ve worked up your way at a quite fast pace. What you didn’t know is that you are in neck and neck with Amelia Jones, another Buzz Blast employee. The both of you constantly compete for trying to get the most reports in by the end of each shift. However, Jane has had enough of your quarrel with her. She purposely assigns one report for the both of you to do together.

As you clock yourself into buzz blast, you immediately beeline it to Jane's office to snag any reports before Amelia Jones could. However, as you knock on the door, you open it to see Amelia already sitting in one of her chairs. 

“Oh! y/n! Just in time, sit,” Jane smiles

You were already uneased with Amelia looking right at you with the look of ‘I hate you so much right now’ look. 

“Now ladies,” Jane starts, “The two of you have been doing an excellent job at filing report after report. We’re beginning to have less and less reports for our workers to do. As of right now I only have one report to give.”

“I’ll be happy to take the job Jane,” Amelia jumps the chance, “I’m sure I’ll get it done on time and-”

“Actually I’ll do it,” You jump your chance, “Whatever it is, I’m going to get it done Jane.”

Before you could even argue with Amelia if either of you should be worthy of the single report, Jane loudly clears her throat before you or Amelia could go at each others’.

“I’m assigning you both on this report,” Jane says, “If you thought I haven’t noticed your little quarrels with each other, the both of you are wrong. You two are my best reporters, I don’t want the either of you ruining it because of your little rivalry.”

You sigh as you sink into your seat. You knew Jane was right. But, you didn’t want to be bested in at such a simple job. At least simple in your eyes. 

“Okay then,” Amelia sighs

“Give us the run down,” You say

“Well,” Jane starts, “I’m assigning you two to go investigate the Pine Ridge Asylum-”

Before Jane could go over the synopsis of the report, both you and Amelia cheer. With the sudden realization that the two of you having a similar interest, you look at her. But, before you could even ask questions, the both of you continue listening to Jane.

“Apparently there have been recent reports of a ‘ghost’ wandering its halls, I need the two of you to go find out what kind of person this ‘ghost’ was while being a patient there,” Jane explains, “This doesn’t have to be due until the end of the week.”

Once the two of you exit Buzz Blast after listening to Jane give the run down, Amelia heads over to her scooter. However, you were heading to your vehicle as she was preparing to take off already.

“Amelia!” You call out, running up to her

You catch her in the nick of time before she sped off.

“What y/n?” She asks, “I’m going to get this report done.”

“Don’t you think it’d be better if we carpooled?” You ask, “I mean- we are doing this report together and-”

“With you? Not a chance,” She scoffs before taking off

You stand there for a couple of minutes before heading to your truck to take off to try and follow Amelia.

With no luck, you just decide to head there by yourself. You’ve done your shares of going to abandoned places alone. But, you didn’t want to go there alone. However, once you were driving through a winding road, you notice a familiar pink scooter. You pull over in front of the familiar pink scooter and hop out.

“Amelia?” You call out

“Y/n?” She looks up, almost relived, but the relief dropped not a second after, “What do you want?”

“More like, what do you want?” You ask, “Did your scooter break down?” 

“Well what does it look like to you captain obvious,” Amelia snarls, “I’m fine. I don’t need your sympathy or help.”

You knew trying to pry into Amelia further, you just turn your heel and begin walking back to your car. 

“Wait,” Amelia sighs, caving in, “Y/n... I might need some help.”

Once you get Amelia’s scooter tied down into your truck bed, she gets in the passenger side of your truck. You continue down to the Asylum. However, the drive being eerie silent.

“Thanks y/n,” Amelia sighs, breaking the silence between the two of you

“No need,” You reply, monotonous, “Told you we should have carpooled though.”

You take your key out of the ignition as you get out of your truck, with Amelia following suit. 

“Yeah yeah,” Amelia says, “But, you didn’t stop me.”

“You think I’m going to jump onto your scooter whilst you were driving away from me?” You ask, grabbing your backpack

She looks at you.

“Why didn’t I think of that?” You ask yourself, “Why the heck would I do that?!”

“Who knows,” Amelia says, getting a contraption out

“What do you have now?” You ask, groaning in frustration, “We aren’t here to catch a ghost...”

“I don’t know about you but I sure am,” Amelia giggles in triumph

“Well, I don’t know about you either, but I am not about to make a fool of myself and help you,” You sigh, walking into the asylum entrance

While you record through a thermal vision filter in your camera, you could easily hear Amelia make a whole talk show about how she’ll be catching a ghost on the adventure. But, out of respect, you don’t make any commentary to her video so she could get her report in. However, whilst you were recording, you’d write down how the experience made you feel, or any kind of interesting thing you found. The two of you stop in your tracks as you hear footsteps in the corridor in front of the both of you. The two of you quietly beeline it for the closest hiding spot. Although the space was tight, keeping the two of you closely packed together, you both managed to fit. The both of you still recording, you two hear a faint, low laugh. 

“Okay, here’s the plan,” Amelia whispers as best as she can, “You get out of here, I’ll go continue investigating.”

You catch Amelia’s wrist just before she could leave.

“Are you insane?” you whisper back, “I’ve had my shares of exploring places like this alone, don’t start that streak on yourself.”

“Are you scared that I might have a better report for this than you?” She asks

“No- forget the dang report right now Amelia,” You say, still holding onto her wrist, “I don’t want you getting hurt. You’ll never know who or what you’ll encounter in here.”

This was the first time Amelia saw the vulnerability in you. Although you two have been going at each others’ throats report after report, you were genuine about not wanting her to journey off alone. Especially in an asylum. 

“Okay... I’m sorry y/n,” Amelia sighs

Before you could tell her you were too, you could hear the laugh coming closer. You look over her shoulder and see something coming towards the both of you. 

“Amelia look out!” You call out to her before jumping at her

You wrap your arms around her midsection, pivoting your body so you’d have more of the impact than her. The mysterious object that was thrown at the both of you narrowly misses Amelia. Amelia stands as you try to regain your bearings, she kneels in front of you. She looks up and realizes that a sporix beast had thrown the mysterious projectile.

“Let me take care of this,” She says, before positioning your camera so that it was facing away from the direction where the sporix beast was spotted

You look up however, your vision was still blurry from the hit you took on your head.

“Link to Morphin’ Grid!” a muffled voice announces

The next time you gain your consciousness is when you see a trail of pink disappear. When your vision came to, you noticed Amelia on the ground, groaning in pain.

“Amelia?...” You call out to her breathlessly

You look over and see the sporix beast drawing its weapon. Unconsciously you move your legs and grab the closest thing that was durable enough. Just before the sporix beast could use its weapon on Amelia, you use said object and shield yourself and Amelia from the hit.

“Get out of here Amelia!” You shout, grunting

While you were holding the sporixs’ beast weapon back, she runs away with no hesitation. It kind of upset you that Amelia left you in the hands of a sporix beast. The monster lifts his weapon, but just as he lifts it he begins swinging at you. Luckily you dodge them. Someone’s gonna come... Hopefully. You duck down and leap forward, hitting the sporix beast in the arm, making him drop his weapon.

“My arm!” He screams, “Oh you’re going to get it now kid!”

As you jump back into the original spot you were just in, the sporix beast comes running at you instead. However, just before the sporix beast could reach you, you feel a pair of arms curl around your waist and your legs. The next thing you see is the monster stumbling backwards.

“Are you hurt?” The pink power ranger asks

“No,” You say, breathlessly

You look into the pink ranger’s visor, in awe. You’ve never had a power ranger save your life... Ever. Even if you did, you never expected it to be the pink ranger.

“Get out of here!” she says, letting you down

“Wait, where’s Amelia?” You ask 

“Don’t worry, she’s safe,” She says

You follow the pink ranger’s suggestion and run right out. You spot the supposed other rangers approaching you.

“Are you hurt at all?” the green ranger asks

“I’m fine,” you say, “But, the pink ranger is in there but I can’t find my friend, Amelia...”

“Just get yourself somewhere safe right now, we’ll find your friend!” The red ranger suggests

Not wanting to get yourself into more harms way, you follow what the red ranger says and walk back to your car. You contemplated on leaving or waiting for Amelia to show up. However, you contemplated too long as you hear a voice calling out to you. You look up and to your left; Amelia running over to you.

“Amelia?..” You ask, jumping out of your car, “A-Amelia!” 

You break out into a run and jump into her arms.

“Are you hurt?” She asks

“Am I hurt? Are YOU hurt?!” You ask, “You leave me to fend for myself against a sporix beast?!”

“Technically you said for me to get out so, I did,” Amelia teases, “But, you also risked your life to save me?”

“Yeah, well,” You blush, trying to find the right words to come out of your mouth, “You shut it.”

“Oh, you sure you don’t have a crush on me?” Amelia teases

“Shut. It.” You growl

“Awww you do,” Amelia continues teasing you, a smile curving around her cheeks

You just stare at her, contemplating whether you should kiss her or punch her. I wanna punch her for leaving me, but I also want to kiss her for... everything else. 

“Earth to y/n?” Amelia chuckles, snapping you back to reality

“Yeah?” You ask

She doesn’t respond back as she just stares at you. You notice how she stared at your lips then back into your eyes. Taking your chance, you step closer to her to put your lips on Amelia’s. Amelia stands there, in shock. However, she begins melting into the kiss.

“I wanted to be like you when I started working at Buzz Blast,” You confess, pulling away to breathe, “So I took report after report to get up to your speed. But, I didn’t think I’d be going neck to neck with THE Amelia Jones.”

“When I heard someone coming up the reporter ranks I was worried I was going to lose my streak of being the best reporter,” She confesses, “But, I guess in reality I was trying to impress you. Impress the rookie in other words.”

“Well,” You smile, “I’m glad we’re on the same page.”

You give her one last kiss before she pulls away to speak.

“Shall we settle this over dinner?” She smiles, “On me, for saving my life.”

“If you say so,” You smile back

Amelia kisses your cheek before walking over to the passenger side of your car. If anything, you thought Amelia hated your guts. Turns out the both of you were trying to gain each other’s favor and attention.

As you waited outside of the Diner for Izzy, the two of you decided to go out, celebrating each others' wins. Although you still had a lot of time to recover, you miraculously recovered faster than you expected. Also, today [a Thursday] was pretty much the only time the two of you can really get to know each other, getting to know each other other than through sports.

"Hey stranger," Izzy calls over, catching up to you

"Hey yourself," you smile, opening the door for her

"Why thank you my knight in shining armor," Izzy jokes again as you sigh, following behind her

As the two of you seat yourselves as far from people as possible, you don't notice the door opening. Not bothering to see who it was.

"My treat Izzy," you state, looking through the menu

"Oh no MY treat Carly," Izzy states back, "It's a thanks for prepping me for my competitions."

"So how will I repay you for preparing me for my biggest match?" you ask, smiling

"You can save it for another time love," she smiles

After you guys paid for each others' food, the two of you decided to take a walk through the woods to get fresh air.

"Wait so you've had your zord since you were 5?!" Izzy asks

You nod, "He was given to me by my mother. Well, since she long passed, he's been looking after me."

"Oh, I'm so sorry," Izzy sighs

"It's alright," You sigh as well, "She was trying to rush home to me on my birthday. It was a rainy night and she was driving alongside the cliffs.."

"I see." Izzy sighs, "Well, you have him right? Isn't he like your family too?"

"Oh he's family alright," You agree, "It's just, I didn't have parents growing up."

"Where was your father?" Izzy asks, "If you don't mind me asking."

"He disappeared after my 6th birthday," You say, "It was a mystery on where he went."

You weren't sure where to go on from there, as that was pretty much your entire story on your family.

The rest of the walk was silent, but with the ambience of the wildlife. You didn't realize you and Izzy were holding hands on you way back into town.

"Oh, jeez, my step-dad is yelling at Javi again," Izzy sighs, "I gotta go talk to him."

"No worries," You smile, kissing Izzy's cheek, "Tomorrow morning's session?"

You don't hear her answer you but you gently shake her back to her senses.

"Yeah," Izzy sighs into a smile

You watch her run off further into town to meet up with her step-dad and Javi.

"Did you have fun?" a familiar voice calls out to you

You turn a whole 180 before meeting Amelia's gaze. You sigh, knowing what she's up to.

"You know what?" You scoff, "I did have fun. More than I did with you in high school. Listen here Amelia, I'm okay with still being friends but you're starting to become too much with you coming back into my life, and being jealous. Yeah, didn’t think I’d notice? I don't need you to be jealous of your friend Izzy okay?!"

You slightly bump into her shoulder and begin walking back to your apartment; having enough of her presence.

"Hey how'd it go?" He asks as soon as you walk through the door

You slam the door shut, "Fine."

"You okay?" He asks

"Yeah I'm fine bud," You sigh

"Did you run into her again?" He asks

"More like she wanted to find me," You sigh, "I don't know what her deal is. She's the one that broke up with me."

"Well, you should talk to Amelia," He suggests, "Tell her that you're beginning to like someone else."

"Well, I believe she saw that cheek kiss I gave Izzy before she left," You sigh, "She should get that hint by now. I'm gonna head to bed early. Goodnight buddy."

You wait outside of the rec center on any other morning, waiting for Izzy to train her for her next meet. However, at the corner of your eye, you spot a hint of pink.

"What are you doing here Amelia?" you ask, while you're waiting outside of the rec center

"I wanted to come say hi," She says, "Maybe you'd want to grab a bite to eat after your training session with Izzy?"

You scoff at Amelia's request, "Come on, you really think 'getting a bite to eat' is going to make me feel better about what happened in high school?"

"Come on," Amelia whines, "I barely get to see you already."

"So you think you get to just break up with me all that time ago and now you want to have lunch with me?!" You ask, angrily

"Yes?" Amelia answers your question with another question

"Why are you so obsessed with me Amelia?!" You ask, beginning to raise your voice, "you're the one who broke up with me! You're the one who said 'we aren't working out'. So why all of a sudden you're jealous of me and Izzy?! Do you not want me to be happy?!"

"You really don't know do you?" She says

"Apparently not," you say, still angered, “So what do I not know that you do?”

She grabs the collar of your jacket and brings you closer to her; your lips touching hers. You were in shock so you didn't do anything other than let Amelia kiss you. However, once she pulls away, you could see a pair of feet from the corner of your eyes.... You look over and....

"Izzy, wait- it's not- it's not what it looks like," you stutter, trying to chase after her, "Izzy!"

Once you finally caught up to her you gently place your hand onto her shoulder, "Izzy, wait let me explain-"

"What are you trying to play at here?!" She asks, angrily, "Did you have a thing with Amelia?"

You hesitated to tell her. You didn't tell her before. You believed you didn't really need to talk about it. Oh man you were wrong... You could see tears forming into her eyes... Wait... Does she like you back? It won't matter after now....

"Yes," you confessed, "But, she broke up with me and I was on shock not even a minute ago, I don't have feelings for her anymore Izzy-"

Before you could go on, explaining yourself more, Izzy looked like she had enough and walked away, walking past Javi. He looks at you, confused but mix of anger in there too.

"Before you even go off on me, I'll explain everything if you want to settle this over food," you sigh, pinching the bridge of your nose, "Go talk to her for me will you? Please?.."

He could hear the hurt in your voice. So he follows Izzy. You felt alone.... Your partner was at your apartment. As you didn't see a need to bring him along. But, you immediately felt like an idiot. You should have pulled a a ay the second your lips touched Amelia's.

"God I'm an idiot," you scold yourself before walking away

You found yourself at the rec center again, punching your frustration out on a punching bag. You were so caught up on what happened you didn't even hear Javi calling out to you once you finally stopped punching the punching bag, wincing at your now bleeding knuckles.

"Hey Javi, how's Izzy?" You ask, beginning to put ointment on your knuckles and wrapping them

"Upset," he sighs, "You want to explain yourself? So do it."

"You want food in that combo my guy?" You ask

"Yeah," he smiles slightly

The two of you head to Javi's favorite food joint. You could barely eat, still scolding yourself on what happened earlier that day.

"Amelia and I had a thing when we both went to high school together. She was a Junior, I was a Sophomore," you sigh, explaining to Javi, "However, come near the end of my sophomore year I got recruited by the most popular boxing manager by 16, I told her the news that I'd be training immediately after the school year. She feared that we'd barely see each other, so she broke up with me. Who knew she would one day, magically still have feelings for me?"

"That's a whole lot to process," Javi sighs, "But I have to be there for my sister."

"That I definitely get," you agree with him, "But I want you to know to know that I'm going to make this right."

He slightly smiles at you and gives you a pat on the back before he slides a $10 tip to the waitress and makes his leave. Leaving you alone in your own thoughts. You really scolded yourself for hurting Izzy, you wanted to just march yourself over to her place and just kiss her right in front of her brother and step-dad. But, you shoved that idea into the back of your head as you believed that was also a bad idea not only for you but for her too.

Once you get home, you were so busy in your thoughts you didn't even hear your partner greet you like he always does. However, he believed you were just tired from the days work, so he let you go into your room.

"You okay?" your partner finally asks, coming into your room

"I screwed up today bud," you sigh, patting the spot next to you for him to jump up to

"What happened?" He asks, seating himself next to you

"It has come to my realization, Amelia hasn't moved on from me," You sigh, scratching the back of your head

"What makes you say that?" He asks

"She kissed me," You sigh, "Izzy saw and got upset. I tried telling her my feelings toward her are valid and true. But, I think Izzy's attraction towards me is no longer something that's there."

"I think it's still there," He states, "You should try to talk to her."

"I keep trying to call her but it always goes to voicemail," You sigh, a single tear falling from your eye, "Think I lost her bud."

"Where's the Y/N Y/L/N I know?" He asks, "The Y/N Y/L/N I know wouldn't be moping about a girl she loves."

"Well," You sigh, "It's too late for it buddy. But, thanks for trying to cheer me up."

You hop under your sheets, trying to force yourself asleep.

As you watch from afar, another battle with a sporix beast, you wince at your arm in pain from your weekly practice-boxing session.

"Don't you think you're over doing your job?" A voice asks you

You turn to a Cyan colored egg, "It's a consequence I'm willing to pay."

Later, you were at the recreation center to get your workout in for the day. Nothing too rigorous. As you were heading off to the treadmills you didn't realize you bumped your shoulder into someone, nearly knocking them over. Your instincts immediately kicked in and caught whoever was falling.

"You okay?" You ask the girl wearing green

"Yeah," she sighs as you let her back onto her feet, "You're-you're Y/N Y/L/N! The Best Female Pro-Boxing Fighter!"

"That's me," you smiled but let out a sigh

"I watch your matches every Friday," The girl smiles, "I'm Izzy."

"Do you now?" You ask, "I'm glad you do though. Hey, I'm just about to head over to the treadmills. You possibly want to join me Izzy?"

Before she could answer, she notices her watch going off.

"Another time?" She asks, sighing in disappointment

You could easily see the disappointment in her eyes. You felt for her. You actually looked up to the Power Rangers. The Green Ranger specifically.

"Here's my card," you smile, handing it to her

She mouths 'thanks' before heading off. You go to the treadmills to finish out your workout.

When you walk your way back to your apartment, music blaring into your ears as you don't even realize the people running past you before you see their shadows and with that, you finally look up. Although you weren't as terrified as the other civilians, you were scared. However, before you could even engage battle, the five rangers jump in front of you; the Green Ranger helping you up.

"Get somewhere safe," the green Ranger says

The green ranger sounded familiar.... Was she-? No, not possible. You don't linger on to think about it and run away.

"I thought you weren't afraid anymore!" The small voice says to you

You pull your backpack to face you and you open the zipper; the same Cyan-colored egg.

"I don't need them to know," You whisper, "Not now at least, next time for sure."

The next day, you're at the gym, practicing your punches for an upcoming match.

"Y/N Y/L/N?" A familiar voice calls

You happily stop your workout and turn to Izzy.

"Hey!" You said, "Izzy right?"

She happily nods, "Would you possibly give me some pointers on workouts? And maybe your boxing style?"

"Sure Izzy," you smile, beginning to unwrap your hands

"Green wraps?" Izzy asks, pointing to your bruised hands

"Green's my favorite color," you smile

You could see the pink flush in Izzy's cheeks as she looks at you.

"You want to get started Izz?" You ask, fanning out your hands from their sweat

She shakes herself out of her daze and walks over to you.

After the day, you two walk out of the rec center, you hear her watch beep again.

"Gotta run," Izzy sighs, "But I had fun today!! See you Friday?"

"See you Friday Izzy," you smile

You watch her run off. As soon as she rounds the corner, you look into your backpack.

"It's time buddy," you whisper, beginning to trace Izzy's footsteps

"Finally!" He says

As you round the corner to the downtown courtyard, you watch closely as the Rangers fight a sporix beast; waiting for the right opportunity to make your debut.

"What are you waiting for???" He asks

"The right opportunity to morph bud," you say, taking out a Cyan-colored key and a caliber, similar to the rangers' sabers.

As you continue watching the rangers fight, you notice how they're getting knocked back over and over.

"HieHie soul," you say, opening your caliber's 'mouth'

"HieHie Soul!" It announces as you insert it

You close the mouth of the hilt and open and close it rapidly twice. Your sword begins emitting a triumphant tune as you open and close the hilt

"Kyo!", "Ryu, Sou, Sou!!", "Kono Kanjiii!", "HieHie."

A cold steam emits from your area and is easily noticed by both the rangers and the Sporix beast. You launch yourself off the ground and fly towards the beast, slashing it twice. You land between the rangers and the sporix beast.

"You know, I've been told once," you start, "The more you bully people the harder it is to make friends."

"I'm not here to make friends I'm here to get more Dino keys for Void Knight," The sporix beast explains

"Ooooh," you sigh in disappointment, "You see, that's where We come in; The Power Rangers. This is where we stop fools like you!"

You break into a run and slash the sporix beast, however, he deflects your slash and slashes you. You almost fall back, not until the Green Ranger catches you.

"Hey, Thanks," you sigh, opening and closing your hilt rapidly once more, "Combine our final smashes?"

"You know it," the green Ranger agrees, following your movements

"Ptera-Tiger Slash!" The both of you say in unison, making an 'X' slash toward the sporix beast, defeating it

As soon as it turns into a sporix ball, you immediately catch it just as Void Knight appears. Using your 'cape' you immediately fly backwards, still holding onto the sporix.

"You-Gaisoulg!" You say, recognizing the armor

"I don't know what you're talking about kid but I'm not that person anymore!" He says, "You may have won this round but I will get you next time, Arctic Knight."

He teleports away. You hand the sporix to the red Ranger as they de-morph.

"Who are you?" Amelia asks

"Why don't we save introductions another time yeah?" You suggest, flying away

"Wait!" Izzy calls out to you, but you were long gone

Once you reached your apartment, you de-morph.

"Why didn't you tell them who you are?" He asks

"I know the green ranger and the pink ranger..." you say, "The pink ranger is my ex and the green Ranger is my trainee."

"Oh... Oh that's bad." He says

"Yeah..." you sigh, "Hey I'm going to make food what do you want to watch while you're waiting for me?"

"Cartoons!!" He screams happily

You sigh but oblige to his request and put on the first cartoon channel that was there and leave him to watch his cartoons as you begin making food for yourself; enough to last you the next couple of days.

Throwing whatever food you made into the oven, you clean your hands but hear a vibration coming off the island counter. You turn around and notice your screen lit up. You walk over to it and open your phone back up.

"Oh, it's Izzy," you say to yourself, opening the text

Hey, it's me. So my trainer is helping Mona, who has a broken leg. She told me she wouldn't be able to train me until 2pm, you wouldn't mind helping me out until she's able to come? I have a competition next week and I don't want to train by myself.

Hey, I can definitely help you! What time do you need me to be there? And is the rec center a good place to train at?

5 am, sharp. And yeah! So I'll meet you there! I owe you one Y/N!

No worries!

The following morning you wait outside of the rec center, waiting for Izzy to show. You wanted to be there early, wanting to show her that you'd be a great trainer by showing up early.

"Morning coach," Izzy calls out to you, smiling

"You ready kid?" You ask

"Listen here Coach, you have to be no older than 23," Izzy jokes

"I'm 18," you smile, "And yes, I got recruited at 16. Thus, I'm the youngest pro box-fighter. Ever."

"And I thought you were about 16-17," Izzy teases, "But that's a good thing right?"

"Oh yeah," you say, "It's fun when you give servers your ID to check if you're old enough to buy alcohol and they need to do a double-take to make sure its actually you."

You and Izzy break out into a laugh as you follow her into the rec center to train her.

"Now, what you want to do is make a 'thumbs up'," You explain, "You'd want the trajectory to line up with the tip of your thumb as it begins to land. That way, you can get a greater distance."

You watch her line up her javelin with her thumb and get a running start; throwing it when she had enough momentum to throw it. 

"Wow you were right Y/N!" Izzy says

"Why don't we call it  day?" You suggest, "We've been at this for hours. It'd be nice if we got a break. Unless you still want to keep going?"

"I was actually hoping you could get me started on your boxing style?" Izzy asks, nervously

"Okay," You break into a smile, "But, it's not an easy style to work with. So I'm only starting you with basics today."

Izzy nods, "Okay."

The both of you pack your stuff and move over to the where the punching bags were and you take a moment to rewrap your wrists. 

"Here put these on," You say, gently tossing Izzy a new pair of wrist wraps and padding, "You're gonna get bruises and almost break your skin open and we don't need that. Well, if you overdo it then it will."

As you finish wrapping your own wrists and hands, you look over and notice Izzy having trouble wrapping hers.

"Here, let me show you," You say, kneeling in front of her, gently taking her hands into yours as you thoroughly wrap her hands, “No worries, I’ve had this happen to me too when I began Professional Boxing.”

You didn't realize it as you were so focused on Izzy's wrists/hands, you didn't know she wasn't paying attention to your wrapping skills, but how you looked. You were close to her face, pretty much kissing distance, she fought the urge to pull your face to hers but she managed to win that battle.

"There," You finish, looking up at Izzy, who was just dazed looking at you, "Izzy? Were you even paying attention?"

You got no response other than the 'dazed' look on Izzy's face. You smiled, you thought she looked cute.

"Come on," You say one more time, wrapping your hand around Izzy's and dragging her up off the bench to get her started on your boxing basics.

As the next couple of days go by, you and Izzy meet up for both of your daily work outs and for Izzy to practice for her own competitions, she wanted to work with not only her cousin Lily but you as well.

"Hey, where's your cousin?" You ask, "I Thought you told me she was going to be free this morning?"

"I did, I guess it was an emergency" Izzy grimaces at her thought, "I got mad the last time she didn’t show up for my training session."

"Well, things happen," you say, gleefully, "Let's stretch while your coach runs her errands. It's extremely helpful."

You motion for her to begin following your movements to stretch out your muscles for today's workout session.

As you seat yourself next to Amelia, you could feel her leaning over.

"You look good Y/N," Amelia says

"You too Ameils," you say back

As you see Izzy come out for her competition, she looks up and spots her friends, especially you. You give her a thumbs up and a wink, hinting to her that its a "good luck wink".

"What was that?" Amelia asks

"Just.. A good luck wink Ameils," you say, noticing Amelia's change in tone, "Not very sure why you're on edge about it."

Your focus never left Izzy as she preps herself and her javelins for the javelin throw event.

"Now in the first round of the javelin event , we have, Izzy Garcia!" The announcer exclaims

You and the team cheers as she take a javelin. You watch her shake off her nerves and beginning to prep her wrist for the throw. You watch intently as Izzy gets her running start, seeing her use your technique that you taught her your first training session with her. It lands farther than the throws during your training sessions. You and the team applaud for her loudly as others do as well, but not as enthusiastic.

After Izzy's competition, she is given the gold medal in the javelin event. She looks at you whilst you were watching her. She mouths 'thank you' to you. You mouth 'you're welcome' to her back. After the awards ceremony, she hugs her step dad, Javi and then her teammates. Then Lily; for helping her with her afternoon sessions. When she turns to you, her hug was more tighter than the others' hugs.

"Thanks for waking up at 5 am to train me," Izzy smiles

"Always Izzy," You smile, "Always happy to help."

“Izzy Garcia was it?” a voice asks

Izzy turns to the direction of the voice: a well dressed man goes up to her and shakes her hand.

“That was a fine race you ran kid,” He smiles

“Thank you,” Izzy says

“I was also impressed with your race I’d like to offer you a full ride scholarship to Pine Ridge’s Upstate College.” He blurts out

The both of you stand there, in awe that Izzy is getting the recognition for her outstanding athleticism as she deserves.

“Can I have time to think on it?” She asks

“Of course,” He says, “Your deadline is the beginning of your summer vacation.”

He turns on his heel and begins walking away. You turn to her, kind of dumbfounded that she didn’t accept the offer right away.

“Why didn’t you say yes?” Izzy’s dad comes up to her

“I wasn’t sure if I’m ready for it yet.” Izzy says nervously

“Not ready?” He sighs, “You’re more than ready pumpkin. You proved to them you were the best!” 

“Mr. Garcia is it?” You call out to him

“That’s right,” He says, “You’re Y/N Y/L/N, Izzy couldn’t stop talking about you.”

He goes to shake your hand and you shake his hand out of respect.

“If you don’t mind me saying,” You start, “It is Izzy’s choice to accept the scholarship or not. However, I think it’s great she’s getting recognition for her athleticism.”

After the competition, Izzy’s dad invited you to a celebration dinner at Izzy’s favorite restaurant. You park your car in the parking lot and get out just as Mr. Garcia comes up to you.

“Izzy’s told us so much about your winning matches whenever she gets the chance to watch them,” Mr. Garcia smiles

“Is that so?” You ask, smiling whilst looking at Izzy, “Well, I’ve also taught Izzy some of my basics to my style of box-fighting and she’s picked it up fast.”

“Izzy’s also told us about how you’ve been coaching her in the mornings too,” he adds, “I appreciate you waking up early to train my daughter.”

“Always happy to help Mr. Garcia,” You smile

Izzy wanted a ride home from you, so you ended up driving around for a little bit.

“Your dad sure seems very enthused about your sports accomplishments,” You sigh

“Yeah, he does not talk about Javi’s accomplishments at all,” Izzy sighs with you

“Javi’s a great musician,” You state, “I’ve seen BuzzBlast videos of him jamming out with different instruments. Color me impressed, I only know three.”

“Wait, you’re also a musician?” Izzy asks, turning to you

“Well, not professionally,” You answer, “Before I went into pro-box fighting, I wanted to be a musician. However, I was also worried I wasn’t going to be able to make a living off of it, so I turned to Boxing instead. I do still play bass guitar and drumset though.”

Izzy doesn’t answer but you could feel her nodding at your slight past facts about you. Once you pull into the Garcia’s driveway, Izzy turns to you again.

“Thanks for the ride Y/N,” Izzy smiles, giving you a quick kiss on your cheek before hopping out of your car

You watch Izzy enter her house just so you know she’s in her home safely, you head back to your own home; thinking about Izzy’s cheek kiss she gave you.

The only thing that was left for the week was your upcoming boxing match. You personally asked Izzy to coach you as you prepare for your own competition. As you throw your signature; 'rapid punch', you felt a strong ache in your upper left arm. You immediately stop and Izzy brings an icepack and places it onto your sore spot on your arm.

"Thanks Izzy," You sigh

"You overworked yourself," Izzy states, "Let's call it a day."

You instantly agreed to it. Izzy threw a towel around your neck to cool you down. You begin unwrapping your left hand wrap but when you went to reach for your right wrap, you drew your arm back.

"Here, let me," Izzy says, kneeling at your side

As you watch her unwrap your hand, you thought back to the first morning training session you had with her, you were in Izzy's place and she was in yours. You didn't realize you let out a small giggle, making Izzy look up at you.

"What?" she asks, smiling

"I'm just thinking about our first morning training session," You smile, "You were barely paying attention to my wrapping tutorial, and now look at you. Maybe I'm the one that needs a lesson or two."

"We'll see after your match," Izzy says, now helping you get dressed

She helps you hoist your sore arm through the arm hole of the shirt. However, once you got it through, you still felt Izzy's hands gently placed along your waist. Hoisting your right arm through its sleeve, you turn to Izzy, facing her. Your arms resting on her waist and hers resting on your arms. You took notice of how Izzy was looking at your lips then back up to your eyes. Your head leans down instinctively as hers meets yours halfway. Her hands slowly move around to the back of your neck as you could feel yourself getting goosebumps just by the movements of her hands and her smiling in the kiss. Not caring about how sweaty you were, you wanted to never let that moment go. It was only ruined by both of your communicators going off. You didn't realize how long the both of your guys' lips were locked together until you almost gasped for air. The two of you smiling at each other before you decided to answer your communicator.

"What's up Zayto?" You ask, answering your communicator

"A sporix beast was spotted near the park," he explains

"We're on our way," You say, looking at Izzy one more time, the moment she looked at you before you kissed her was on your mind. But snapped back into reality as the two of you decided to talk about it another time.

After the sporix beast was defeated, Void Knight managed to get the sporix glob before any of you could reach it. You remember you have to do something ack at your apartment. So Izzy wasn't able to catch you to talk about your guys' kiss before you two left to defeat the monster. And you were kind of relieved. You weren't sure why you kissed Izzy. But, you weren't complaining about it either.

"Hey partner! Welcome back!" he says

"Hey buddy," You smile

"How did your training session go?" he asks

"Good," you say

"That's it?" he asks

You nod, "Well, if you really want to know, I kissed Izzy."

"YOU WHAT?!" He yells, but immediately regrets it as you shush him

"I kissed Izzy," You say, once more

"How did she react?" He asks

"She didn't push me away," you say

"She's so into you!" He teases

"Is she?" You ask

"And you're so into her!" He adds

"Listen here bud," You begin, but not knowing what else to say

"You have to tell her how you feel," He suggests

"How?" You ask him, "I have a match tomorrow and I have a sore arm, on my way home all I could think about was Izzy. I need to focus bud. Okay, I'll ask her to get brunch with me. A thanks for her helping me."

"There you go," he says, "Then after the fact, tell her how you feel!"

"Thanks bud. I'm going to-wait, did you make me food?" you ask, inhaling a delicious scent through your nose

"Yeah! Your favorite!" He says, "Well, now that you mentioned your sore arm, I'll pull out some bath salts and run a hot bath when you're almost done eating."

"Hey bud, actually, get that bath started right now,"  You say, stretching your arm, "I've heard from Amelia once you should wait 30 minutes to get in water."

"Y/N... It's a bathtub!" He says

"But, I'll still take my bath first!" You say, "Change that, I need a shower. But I can do all that. Just get that bath started bud!"

"On it!" He says as you follow him into the bathroom

Your partner was given to you by your mom on your 5th birthday. Yes, he's able to talk to you. However, little did you know, on your 13th birthday, your mother had driven off of a cliff on a very rainy evening. Trying to get home in time for your birthday. Since then, you've disliked your birthday; a reminder of the day your mom died. However, oddly being raised by a Champion Zord was difficult. But, you and your partner are inseparable. He was like your second family.

After your shower/bath, you reheated your food that your partner made for you. You throw on the news via your phone and watch a recap of your fight from earlier that day.

"How's your arm?" he asks

"A whole lot better," You answer, "Thanks bud."

The next morning you get to the arena early to get in your "cold morning stretch". You'd often do this on match day to relax yourself and to get a feel of the ring. You have a tendency to analyze the ring whenever you get in there. You don't come up with the 'winning strategy'. All of that come up on the fly as you're in the ring, facing your opponent.

"Hey Izzy!" You call her over, watching her run over to you

"Wait! No admittance!" The security guard states, stepping in front of Izzy

"C'mon Mark, she's with me, let her through," you sigh

As Izzy walks past him, you take her into your arms; hugging her. Once you let her out of your arms you look over her shoulder and see the team.

"Hey guys! Glad you could make it!" You say, hugging each of them, "Welcome to The Pine Ridge Arena!"

you enter the ring, stripping off your robe, you look around the crowd, spotting Izzy; giving you a thumbs up. You smile at her but then spot Amelia, who didn't look amused at all. You also give her a smile out of your love for your still having a friendship with her. You look ahead to your opponent for the night; quite larger and more muscular than you already are.

"Y/L/N and Hall," The referee starts, "No head blows not any blow below the waist."

"Got it ref," You reply

"Whatever ref," The opponent growls

The two of you take a couple of steps back from each other, preparing the first round of your match. But, this time, Izzy was watching you in person over seeing it on her Television at home.

"Come on Y/N. You've got this.." Izzy whispers to herself, but hoping her words of encouragement would reach you

The bell rings and you get into your initial stance. Hall immediately throwing out a punch, to which you ducked. You send a punch to her shoulder, making her stumble backward. However, she sweeps your feet and you're knocked onto the ground, wheezing for air. Using your arm strength to push yourself back up you hear the ref's whistle.

"Foul!" he calls

Izzy comes up to you as you wheeze for air.

"Deep breaths Y/N, remember?" Izzy says, gently stroking you arm

You nod, not able to form words, still affected by the sweep you were just under.

"Hey, you got this okay?” Izzy smiles before sitting with your teammates again

You force yourself to stand back up, going into your starting stance for the second round to start. Although you already feel winded and weak, you were still able to dodge Hall's punches and throws. However, she gave you a suckerpunch to your stomach, sending you back onto the ground; Izzy and your teammates watching in pain. As you hit the ground; your chin hitting the ground first, you struggle your way to stand back up.

"1,2,3-" The ref began counting before you picked yourself back up

You took a low blow to your side. However, you managed to get yourself back up, despite the fact you took a low blow. You put your hands up into their initial stance as you pant for oxygen. You could hear Izzy and the rest of the team cheering for you. You took this last one minute break to get your mind together. You really wanted to look at Izzy and watch her encourage you and boost your confidence. But, hearing her was enough for you.

"You got this Y/N!" Izzy finally screams out

When the bell for the third and final round sounded, you took a deep inhale of breath to get more blood flowing in your veins, to your arms. You immediately dodge a punch Hall flung at you, sending out your own right against her shoulder. The punch was enough to send her whole arm to fly back; obviously not enough to break it. That wasn't your goal. Breaking your opponent, let alone accidentally killing them is never your goal. you send another punch to Hall's side as you begin your signature move; keeping it all above the waist. As you sent your final punch to Hall's other shoulder with as much force as you could give out; she falls back.

"1,2,3,4,5!" The ref calls, "Y/N Y/L/N is the winner!"

The whole crowd cheers as paramedics begin taking a look at Hall's injuries. Izzy comes running into the ring as you begin to falter; holding you up as the ref holds your other arm up high into the air. The whole team cheers for you outside of the ring as a medal goes around your neck.

After paramedics had checked you out, you head to the locker room to change into sweats. Each time your even so slightly moved your limbs though, it was hellfire to you.

"Need a hand?" Izzy asks, standing in the doorway to the locker room

"Sure," You sigh

"Your opponent really took that last hit, so they're going to take her to the hospital," Izzy says, helping you get your legs into sweatpants

"I hope she'll be fine," You sigh, "I'd immediately retire from boxing if I ended up killing an opponent."

"Well, so far you haven't," Izzy states, getting your head through a hoodie you packed

Izzy takes your duffle bag and puts it around her, "I'll help you get home."

"Thank you Izzy," You sigh, having your arm sling around her

Her arm coils around your waist and her other hand holding onto the hand that's slung around her shoulders. Everyone applauds you as you emerge from the locker room, with Izzy under your arm. Javi helping you with the other side of your body.

"That was a real match you had there," Gale states

"Oh, hey Gale," You sigh, "Did you come to the match?"

"That I did kiddo," She says, "Hey, I'm going to give you three weeks for everything in your body to recover. But, someone will need to help you out as you recover."

"I'll do it," Izzy jumps the chance

"Alright, done," Gale smiles, "See you in three weeks kid."

"My manager," You explain to Javi and Izzy

Three weeks huh? Well, at least Izzy will be by your side while you recover. But, the downside to that is that you'll miss out on taking on sporix beasts.

"She really took a beating huh?" your partner recaps

Izzy nods, "Well, I also volunteered to keep an eye on her."

"Good," he says, "You know, there was one time she couldn't stop talking about you."

"Bud!" You try to scream but wince in pain

"Is that so?" Izzy asks, smiling at you

You could feel the heat go into your cheeks; flushing a deep pink as you try to look away to avoid eye contact. Izzy breaks eye contact as she ooks at her communicator go off.

"Go," you say, "I'll be fine."

She makes her leave from your apartment, going to catch up with the other rangers

You've been purposely missing sporix beast fights as you didn't want to stir up an argument with Izzy and Amelia mid-battle. You've also been talking to your manager; thank god for her super-chill personality. However, she wasn't able to give you more time off. So, whenever you'd be at your matches; you'd lose. It's been different at the rec center without Izzy training you and vice versa. However, there was one occasion you had bumped into her. The two of you only exchanged looks before she walks away.

"I'm sorry Izzy," You sigh under your breath

You really hoped Izzy would have heard what you said, but to no avail. You packed your things without even checking your knuckles for bruises or skin splits.

However, eventually you found yourself to head back into fighting sporix beasts as you were bored of being in your apartment for days on end or at the rec center for hours on end.

"Just focus on taking down the sporix beast," He says

"I'll try buddy," You sigh

As you morph into your armor, you launch yourself right from your balcony to go meet the rangers, who were already engaging the sporix beast. You use your ability to fly and slash any hengemen and sporix beast. Oddly enough, there were two of them out today; the main sporix beast and Mucus.

"Y/L/N," Zayto sighs in relief," Glad you could make it out today."

"Glad to be back Zayto," You sigh, "Had enough punching a punching bag for a change.”

After taking the sproix beast down, you were close to its powered-up self. You were in the process of your arm reaching out for it when Void Knight appeared. You try to reach out to the sporix anyway, but he slashes your shoulder and sends you flying back to everyone else; de-morphing right as you hit the ground. Despite what happened yesterday, Izzy was the one who helped you right back up.

"Looks like the cocky newbie ranger doesn't have much fight in her," Void Knight laughs

"You say that about her one more time I swear to god I will end you-" Izzy begins talking down to Void Knight

"I'd like to see you try green ranger," he laughs once more but then teleports away just as Zayto catches up to him

After everyone de-morphs, Izzy turns and looks at you. She scoffs and begins walking away.

"Izzy-" you exhale, catching her wrist gently

"What?" She asks, turning to you, annoyed

"Listen," you sigh, "Whatever you saw yesterday-"

"Yeah I know what I saw Y/N," Izzy interrupts

"It's not Izzy," you say, trying to reassure her the best you can without breaking in front of her, "If you could let me explain-"

"No!" Izzy yells, gaining attention from the others, "I know what I saw. And I thought you liked me back..."

She officially turns her heel and begins walking away from you. Again.

"Iz-Izzy wait!" You plead, hearing the hurt and the crack in your voice each time you called her name

You didn't bother to try and chase after her. You did it once, didn't end well. You even tried to tell her to let you explain; didn't work out either. Everyone else went to go comfort Izzy while you.. You were alone. Only Amelia remained behind. The both of you made eye contact before she makes her leave. You walked into the opposite direction and went home.

"Still a 'I'm not gonna talk to you' ordeal huh?" He asks you

"No," you choke on a sob, "I'm-I'm going to be in the shower... Try and relax with water...."

Not too long in your 'contemplating life choices' shower, a crying session ensued before you heard your phone go off. You don't bother answering it as it was on the bathroom counter. You only continued your crying session. However, you finally gain enough self-esteem to check your phone; Amelia... Plus, your phone didn’t stop ringing. You just slide the notification so it disappears. Not another minute later, your phone goes off again. This time though, it was from Izzy... She's calling you.... You let it go to voicemail as you finish out your shower.

Once you step out of the shower, you throw your phone onto your bed and then step out onto the cold apartment you owned. However, you hear a knock on your door. Not giving a care in the world, you just go and answer your door.

"Do you-do you have a minute?" Amelia asks

"Fine," You scoff, "What else do I have to lose?"

She lets herself in and seats herself at your island counter. She fidgets with her fingers as she looks at them.

"So," You start, putting on one of Izzy's hoodies she gave you, "Why are you here?"

"I wanted to apologize," She answers, "I've processed the entire situation and I have come to a realization that-"

"You're not fully over me." You finish her sentence, "Why am I surprised when I shouldn't be?"

"Because when I broke up with you, you expected me to be already moved on from you right?" Amelia asks

You turn to her and nod.

"When you came back into town, something in me just 'snapped' in me and then every time I'd see you around Izzy, I'd just get... Get.." Amelia tries to find the right word

"Jealous?" You ask, sighing

She nods.

"Look Amelia," You say, sitting next to her, "I'm okay with being friends. However, what we had before, we can't do that again. At least, I just wish we didn't leave off where we did. If it were different circumstances, maybe we could have still been together. But, time's changed. And I really like Izzy. If anything too, you should also be apologizing to Izzy."

"I agree," She says, "But can you tell her at least that I will? I want to do it when I'm ready to apologize to her. Which will be very soon."

"Yeah," You sigh

"I'm going to get out of your hair now Carls," Amelia sighs, "But I'll see you around."

"See you around Ameils," You reply back as she leaves

"Well, that's one amendment you have down" He says

"Now it's getting the girl I love to love me... Again," You say

"That's true," He says, "I really like Izzy. She really makes you happy."

"Okay thanks dad," You tease, "But you aren't wrong about her making me happy. She's also gotten me that big win the other Friday."

He doesn't reply with anything else but you decided to go to sleep; still trying to figure out to get Izzy back into your life, confess your feelings to her.

It was a pretty restless night for you as you are already on your 2nd mug of coffee. You slept in the hoodie that Izzy gave you, hoping it would give you enough confidence to figure out a way to confess your feelings to Izzy. You were zo deep into your own thoughts you didn't even hear your phone going off until your phone touched you.

"Javi?" You pick up your phone

"Hey, so BuzzBlast needs me for a last minute report on the history of the mysterious DinoSoul Knight tribes that inhabited the town way before this place was Pine Ridge." He explains

"And you're telling me this why?" You ask, somewhat annoyed

"I told Izzy I would take her out for breakfast, the same place you and I went to," He says, "I told her I'd meet her there. But, you want your chance to get her back, this is that chance."

"Okay," You say, "Thanks Javi."

You hang up the phone and quickly get yourself dressed. Without talking to your partner, you rushed out the door.

You tap your foot against the floor, waiting for Izzy to show up. Javi called you not even an hour before; saying that he was going to treat Izzy out to breakfast but told you to step in for him as he got a 'last minute call in' for a BuzzBlast report he was tasked with. You thanked him and immediately made you way to where he was going to meet her.

"What are you doing here Y/N?" A familiar voice calls to you

You look up and see Izzy, her face reading confusion mixed with annoyance.

"Javi got a last minute call in for a BuzzBlast report," you explain, "So he asked me to treat you out instead."

"Weird," she sighs, "Well, I have barely have any time for this-"

"Izzy wait," you sigh, immediately standing up and catching her hand in yours

"What?" She asks

"Why don't I take you somewhere else so I can explain, privately," you suggest

"Fine," she sighs, "You have one hour."

Still having her hand in yours you make your way out of the diner and out to your vehicle; a Forest Green 2001 Ford F 150 XLT. It was run down but it got you wherever you needed to go. You open the passenger side door for her, trying to show her that you really like her.

"Why thank you my knight in shining armor," she smiles

You sigh in relief, you accepted the fact she now says that every time you do something chivalrous for her. You hop into the driver's seat and begin driving to one of your favorite spots you like to be in whenever you wanted to be alone.

Once you arrived there, you again, open the passenger side door for her and hold her hand, leading her to a cliffside, a bench overlooking the ocean. You and Izzy seat yourselves and take the view all in until you look over and notice Izzy beginning to shiver. You take off your jacket and put it around her. Not knowing what to do next, you just look back out to the ocean.

"Amelia wanted me to tell you she wants to apologize to you the next time you see her," you break the silence, "She processed the whole situation and felt guilty for what she did. We talked it over and we both agreed she wouldn't do that again, let alone become jealous."

"Does she now?" Izzy asks, monotonous

"Listen," you sigh, scratching the back of your head, "What happened between Amelia and I- we used to date when we were in high school together. However, she broke up with me near the end of sophomore year; I was recruited to train to become a professional box fighter. She feared we would barely have time to see each other, so broke up with me to not suffer the pain of barely seeing each other. But, I guess it donned on her that she wasn't fully over me."

"And you?" She asks, "Are you over... Her?"

"100% yeah," you answer immediately, "I began liking another girl, though I've only known her a couple of weeks to a month, she's one of the best people I've ever met."

"Do I possibly know her?" Izzy asks, having a hunch on who it is

"Try looking in the mirror," you say

You sat back into the bench to let her process what you told her. You look out to the ocean to avoid Izzy’s eye contact out of fear of being rejected once more. Her arm begins slinging around your neck as she makes your head to turn to look at her. You notice how she was the first time the two of you kissed. You could easily see her contagious smile creep across her face.

"Guess that answers my question," Izzy laughs

The two of you were about to lean into each other for a kiss before the both of your communicators go off.

"They really need to stop interrupting us," you say, sighing, but in a joking manner

Izzy let's out a giggle as she gives you a cheek kiss right as you answer your communicator.

"A sporix beat is located near where you guys are, we're on our way right now." Zayto explains

"Okay," you sigh

"We'll keep him busy," Izzy adds

You turn off your communicator and begin running towards the direction of where the sporix beast is located.

"Link to Morphin' Grid," Izzy says as she morphs

"Ryusoul Change!" You say as you morph

You launch yourself into the air, taking Izzy's hand to have her fly with you rather than her catch up to you.

"Can't wait to drain the earth's entire ocean!" The sporix beast says excitedly

"Think again fish brain!" You say, launching Izzy for the initial attack

The sporix beast stumbles back when Izzy slashes him.

"Who the heck are you two?!" He asks, stumbling to stand back up

"Glad you asked," you joke, "We're the ones who will stop you from... Whatever it is.. You're doing."

Before you could really get into the fight, everyone else shows up. With Zayto jumping into the front.

"T-Rex Fury, Red Ranger!" He announces

"Ankylo Fury, Pink Ranger," Amelia announces

"Tricera Fury, Blue Ranger," Ollie announces

"Tiger Fury, Green Ranger," Izzy announces

"Stego Fury, Black Ranger," Javi announces

"翼の騎士, リュソウル シアン!" You announce, not knowing any other role call except your own [Translation: "The Winged Knight, Ryusoul Cyan!"]

"Dino Fury Power!" The core 5 Rangers say

"せいぎつかいえる,いっぽんのつるぎ!" you say, making a knight-like stance [Translation: "The Single Blade that is pledged to Justice!"]

You follow the rangers into battle as Void Knight appears. He raises his blade at Amelia. You hold your blade on its blunt side as his connected with yours.

"I got him!" You yell, "Go! おれの騎士を見せてある!!" You add [Translation: "I'll show you my Chivalry!]

You lift his blade away from you and slash at his armor. You could see the deep slash you made in his armor and you swore you saw cloth on the inside. IT was... Navy, just like your dad’s before he left on some kind of mission, desappearing.

"You really pack a punch kid," Void Knight, he teleports back to his base

You stand there.... You remember those words when your dad used to get knocked back whenever you were play-fighting with him when you were 4.

"Wow, you really pack a punch kid," he says, patting you on your head, "Maybe you'll be a great DinoSoul Knight when you're older."

Then it hit you. DinoSoul... Ryusoul... We're you...

"Y/N!!" Izzy calls out to you, snapping out of your daze as a Hengemen hit you in the head with the butt of their weapon

You slash them, without your body, with he exception of your right arm, flinching. You turn to Izzy who just came up to you.

"You okay?" She asks, placing her hand on your waist

"Yeah-yeah I'm fine," you sigh, meeting back up with the other rangers

The sporix beast suddenly grows; beginning to absorb the water.

"Leave this to me guys," you say, taking out your Ryusoul, "Bud!"

You see him flying around the corner, letting out a battle cry.

"Ryusoul Gattai!" You and your partner yell, throwing your Ryusoul to him

You launch yourself into the air, emerging into your zord, that transforms into a giant winged mech.

"Yokuryu-Oh!" The both of you announce

"Whoa," Izzy says, breathlessly, "This is really her zord?"

"I've never heard of a Pteradon Champion Zord," Zayto says, "Solon, can you do some research on Y/N Y/L/N's zord?"

"I'm already on it," She says

"Okay partner, let's do this!" You tell him

The sporix beast sends out beams to shoot at you however, using your ice abilities, you freeze them, slashing and kicking at them; letting them disintegrate.

"Yokuryu-Oh, Blizzard Storm!" You call out

Your partner launches the both of you up into the air. His head; that's attached to his chest, lets out a freezing breath, freezing the area of water the sporix beast is standing. However, it doesn't phase the sporix beast as it shoots out another beam. You and your partner raise the "Claw-Shield" and it bounces right back at the sporix beast; falling over into the water.

"Yokuryu-Oh, Blizzard Claw Strike!" You yell out your final move, moving your arm out in front of you; the claw-shield piercing through the sporix beast

The powered-up sporix lands in front of Zayto before mucus could get it.

"Hey! That's mine!" Mucus says, pointing at the sporix

You emerge from your zord and slash at Mucus who falls back.

"Not anymore," You laugh triumphantly

You land between the rangers and mucus, ready to fight him if need be.

"Not you again!" Mucus says before teleporting away

You de-morph and watch your partner shrink back into his egg form and fly over to you. In that moment, Izzy runs over to you and immediately wraps her arms around your midsection, giving you a tight hug; you return the same thing. The other rangers catching up with the two of you.

"That was some fight out there buddy," You smile at him whilst still holding Izzy in your arms

"Why are you complimenting me?" He asks, "It was all your moves after all Carly. When we fight together, my soul merges with yours. So I technically follow your every move."

"Come on buddy I was trying to be emotional about this one," You laugh it off

"I see the both of you kissed and made up?" Javi asks, noting how Izzy was still clinging onto your midsection

Your cheeks flush after you felt her lips gently touch your cheek.

"Izzy, you got a minute?" Amelia asks

She nods and the two of them walk a distance away from the rest of the team.

"Listen," Amelia starts, "I really want to apologize for what happened the other day. Seeing Carly again had made me realize that-"

"Your feelings for her never really went away," Izzy finishes, "And you weren't 100% over her either. It's okay Amelia."

"The truth is too," Amelia adds, "When I see her being around you, she looked... So happy. Happier than she ever was with me and it-it made me jealous."

Izzy instantly gives Amelia a hug; Amelia returning it as well.

"Do me a huge favor and take good care of Carly for me okay?" Amelia asks

"I promise," Izzy smiles

After the fact, you join the rangers in their outing to another one of Izzy's competitions. You haven't been to one in a couple of weeks.

"You know, before I decided to become a pro-boxer, I actually wanted to be a musician," You tell Javi, "Well, in my free time, I'd pick up my instrument and self teach. I can give you some pointers if you ever want to learn guitar."

"That'd be great!" Javi smiles

You watch Izzy as she begins prepping herself for her race. She looks away and spots you; You give her a big smile and a wink like you did at her first competition you attended.

A/N: We need more Power Rangers x male readers on here. That’s all I have to say.

“Uh, are you sure Zayto and I should interview for this reporting job?” Y/N asked hesitantly as he, Zayto, Amelia, and Ollie walked into the busy building of Buzz Blast.

“I agree with Y/N. I only have experience fighting monsters,” Zayto said.

“Ditto,” Y/N said.

“Call that tackling tough tasks,” Amelia countered.

“And piloting a giant Zord.”

“You have flashy style.”

“And taking care of Sporix Beasts.”

“Add that to fighting Orgs and Putrids,” Y/N said.

“And umm, you both recycle. Y/N is an animal lover just like his dad and he plays a mean game of pool like his father and Zayto has spirit,” Amelia said. She turned and grinned at them. “See?”

“Okay, gotcha,” Zayto smiled back. “Cool, cool, coolio.” He did finger guns. Y/N, Amelia, and Ollie frowned at that.

“I don’t know where you learned that, but your interview is this way,” Amelia said, pointing to the stairs as Zayto followed her.

Y/N glanced at Ollie. “You taught him that, didn’t you?”

Ollie smiled sheepishly. “Don’t tell Amelia I taught him that.” They followed the others up the stairs.

Y/N, Ollie, and Amelia waited for Zayto to finish his interview with Ms. Jane Fairview, the editor-in-chief at Buzz Blast. Y/N already conducted his interview first and now was waiting patiently for his friend to finish his.

The sound of a harmonica caught Y/N’s attention as a young guy around his age was playing on the small instrument. He had dark brown hair with lighter highlights mixed in. He wore a black leather jacket and boots with ripped jeans and a black messenger bag. He had an earring on his left ear and a ring on his right thumb. He was really cute.

As if sensing his thoughts. Harmonica–guy turned to Y/N and winked as he continued to play. Y/N felt heat creep up on his neck at that wink. Not that he had a problem with looking at other guys. He just gets really flustered sometimes. Especially around cute guys.

“Umm, cool harmonica,” Amelia said. “Catchy tune.” The guy in the leather jacket gave her a shy smile.

“Hey, are you going for the reporter's job?” Ollie asked him.

“Yeah, Jane told me to wait,” Harmonica–guy said. “I’m trying to earn money so I can buy a keytar.”

Amelia and Ollie frown at that. Having never heard of a keytar before.

“It’s like a keyboard that you can play, like a guitar,” Y/N mumbled.

“Exactly!” Harmonica–guy cries. “You know your instruments?”

“Sort of,” Y/N admitted. “My father is really big on music. He likes to play the flute.”

“Cool,” Harmonica–guy smiles. “They're not cheap, so fingers crossed.”

The door to Ms. Fairview’s office opens up as she and Zayto step out. She has three green binders in her hands. “Thanks for coming in. Y/N, Zayto, and Javi,” Jane Fairview says. “As a final test, I’m giving you each an assignment. Whoever does better gets the job. Cool?”

“Ah, yes. Cool, cool, coolio,” Zayto says again. Everyone is silent as they look at Zayto. “Umm… My friend Ollie taught me that.” He clears his throat. “Amelia, you didn’t hear that.”

Amelia looks at Ollie. “Hmm.”

Ollie smiles nervously.

“Javi, you’ll do a story on the Nephrite Orb. It’s a gemstone said to have mystical powers,” Ms. Fairview says as she hands him a folder. “Go check it out at the museum.”

Y/N smiled. So, Harmonica–guy was named ‘Javi.’

“Cool. Thanks,” Javi said as he left.

Ms. Fairview turned to Zayto. “The state’s top teen athlete trains at Pine Ridge High. Go find out what makes her tick. I wanna know her coach, her routine, her name.”

“Her name is Izzy Garcia,” Zayto said as he read the file on her.

“Wow. You’re fast, kid. Oh, right? It’s in the file,” Ms. Fairview jokes. “Ok. Good luck.”

She looks at Y/N. “There’s a new exhibit at the museum about the ancient warriors from the fairytale story of Animarium that protected it 3000 years ago. I want you to tell me all that you can about this new exhibit. Okay?”

“Yeah, sure,” Y/N smiled.

Ollie and Amelia went with Zayto to the school while Y/N checked out the new exhibit at the museum. He knows the story of the ancient warriors. His father was the sixth member of their group before he put on the wolf mask. He would be sure to add the part about a sixth warrior, minus turning evil and being entombed for all eternity in his article.

He talked to different curators and asked about the artifacts and how their presence could have an impact on the modern world. Once Y/N got all the interviews he need; he decided to look around the museum. Looking at different weapons that were foam, a voice behind him said. “Are you following me?” Y/N turned to see Javi smirking at him.

Y/N blushed a bit. “No, I'm not following you. Ms. Fairview also gave me a story here at the museum.”

“Oh, about what?”

“About the six ancient warriors who protected Animarium,” Y/N said.

“Six? I thought there were only five,” Javi said.

“Nope, there are six.”

“Cool.”

“So, how’s your story going?” Y/N asked.

“It’s going great. I got a professor to talk about the Nephrite Orb,” Javi said.

“That’s awesome.”

“Yeah, it is.”

Javi extends a hand out. “I’m Javi, by the way. Javi Garcia.”

Y/N smiles and shakes his hand. “Y/N. Y/N Evans Baliton.”

They hold hands longer than normal before Y/N pulls back and blushes again. Before they can continue their conversation further, Mucus, Boomtower, and Draknarok teleport into the museum as people panic and scream as they run out of the museum. “And scream!”

“Sporix Beasts!”

“Now, where’s that orb?” Mucus asks as they look around.

Y/N wants to morph and stop them, but Javi is right there, so he can’t. “Come on, Y/N.” Javi grabs Y/N’s hand as they hide somewhere next to the orb.

“It’s mine. All mine!” Boomtower says.

“And also mine,” Mucus says as she grabs the case with the orb inside.

“Keep up, beast.”

“My name is Draknarok!”

“Who cares?”

Y/N looks at Javi. “Javi, you call the Power Rangers hotline. I’ll follow them and see where they’re going.”

“No, Y/N, it’s too dangerous to follow those beasts. You could get hurt,” Javi protested.

“I can protect myself. Promise,” Y/N winks as he runs after the Sporix Beasts before Javi can stop him.

Javi sighed as he dialed the phone and put it to his ear. “Power Rangers hotline? There’s Sporix Beasts at the museum.”

Y/N made sure there was no one around as he brought out his dad’s Growl Phone. He pressed the center button of the morpher as he brought it to his ear and shouted out: “Wild Access! HA!” His clothes shifted to his ranger costume as the lion visor roared as it became a solid lion-shaped helmet around Y/N’s head.

“Ooh! I don’t know what Nephrite is, but I know power when it’s in my hand,” Boomtower said.

There’s a car that parks right in front of them and comes to a halt. It has ‘Pine Ridge Park Warren’ on the passenger side. “Huh? What’s this?” A man gets out as he glares at the monsters. “That belongs to the people of Pine Ridge. Put it down!”

“How about I put you down?” Boomtower asks as his sword flashes purple as he slams it down and a wave of purple energy rushes at the Warren.

“Look out!” Y/N cries as he grabs the man and jumps as high as he can as they escape the attack. The man was okay, but fainted from shock. Y/N glares underneath his helmet. “Give the orb back now and walk away while you still can,” Y/N demands.

“I’d listen to him if I were you!”

"Ugh, what’s happening now?” The Sporix Beasts and Y/N turn to see Zayto, Amelia, and Ollie.

“He’s got the Nephrite Orb from Javi’s assignment,” Amelia said.

“If Void Knight wants it, then we gotta stop him,” Ollie agrees.

“Those are the other Rangers,” Mucus whispers to Boomtower.

“Those pipsqueaks? Impossible!”

“Don’t believe it? See for yourself,” Zayto says.

“Yeah, you show them you guys!” Y/N says.

“It’s morphin’ time!” They switched from their communicators to their morphers as they held out their keys to activate them. “Dino Fury Key activate! Link to morphin’ grid” They spin their morphers as they begin to transform into the Dino Fury red, blue, and pink rangers.

“Dino Fury power!”

“I’ll show you power,” Boomtower draws his sword as he and Draknarok charged at the others. Y/N jumps in the mix as he draws his Crystal Saber. Javi runs down the stairs trying to find Y/N, when he sees the Power Rangers fighting the Sporix Beasts. As he watches them, he sees an unconscious man on the grass.

“Oh, no.”

“I’m spitting’ fire!” Draknarok shoots out a purple flame as Y/N and Zayto roll to the side and the attack hits Mucus instead.

“Think this robot body is tough now? With the orb, I’ll be invincible!” Boomtower said.

“Invincible? That’s not good,” Javi whispers.

“Not so fast.” Y/N jumps into the air and switches weapons from a saber to a lion blaster as he blasts the monster as it drops the orb in its hand. “No! My orb!” Draknarok uses his tail and knocks the other Rangers down to the ground. “Good job. What's your name. Now I’ll just grab my—”

“Gravi ball Ha!” Zayto wraps a chain around the two monsters, keeping them from moving. Javi sees an opportunity as he takes the orb from the ground and gets in the car and drives off with it.

“Hey! We stole that first!��� Mucus cries.

“Mucus, you’re our only hope. Stop that car!” Boomtower commands. The Sporix Beast runs after the car as she jumps at it and turns into green goo and sticks to the car (That’s actually what happened).

“I’m going after them,” Y/N tells Zayto and the others.

“Good luck. We can handle things here.”

“Wild Force Rider!” Y/N summons the flying falcon shaped motorcycle as he goes after Javi.

….

Javi stops the car in front of a ‘keep out’ fence sign. This was his secret spot that he went to practice his music, since his dad didn’t approve of it. He gets out of the car and holds the orb tightly in his arms as he hops the wooden fence. He walks down the beaten path towards the trees and towards his special spot. The green goo on the side of the car melts as it reforms to reveal Mucus. “My plan worked!” She cries out as she notices Javi walking with the orb. “Does he still have the orb? Yes! Better tell my buddies!” She teleports in a flash of purple light.

Javi is walking down the path, carefully holding the Nephrite Orb as Draknarok jumps in front of him, causing him to fall down in surprise. “Well, what do you know?” Javi turns to run the other way, but Boomtower blocks his path. “Mucus was right. You better give me the orb, otherwise, we’ll take it.” They began to close in on Javi as his eyes darted nervously back and forth.

“Actually, you won’t be taking anything from anybody!” Y/N flew by on his motorcycle as he blasted Boomtower and Draknarok. Y/N jumped down in front of Javi protectively. Y/N looked at him. “You alright?”

Javi nodded his head. “Yeah, just fine.”

“We’re not afraid of a little kitty cat like you,” Boomtower boasted.

“No? How about a wolf?”

Y/N switched morphers to his father’s Lunar Caller. He pressed the center button. “Wild Access! HA!” His red ranger costume melted off as it was replaced by a silver and navy blue suit. His visor howled as it became a solid wolf-shaped helmet around Y/N’s head.

“Howling wolf!” Y/N did his father’s pose as he pulled out his Luner Cue from its holster. “Lunar Cue, Saber Mode!”

“Excellent. Now for some fun.” Y/N and Boomtower exchanged blows as their weapons battled back and forth. While he was distracted, Draknarok closed in on Javi. “It’s easy, kid. Just hand over the orb or I’ll do this the fun and painful way.”

“Stay away from him!” Y/N says. He can’t help Javi without letting up and letting Boomtower get the upper hand. A green javelin sailed through the air and hit Draknarok as he stumbled back in surprise. “Hey, who dares?” The Rangers and Javi’s sister run to him as Javi runs to them.

“Javi!”

“Izzy!” Javi hugs his sister as the Rangers run to aid Y/N. “Amazing throw!”

“Ready for round 2?” Zayto asks. Y/N and Boomtower finally separate from each other as Y/N joins his friends.

“Bring it,” Boomtower says as the Rangers charge the monsters. The Dino Fury Rangers triple team Boomtower as Y/N fights Draknarok.

“We gotta keep this orb safe. Come on!” Javi grabs his sister’s hand and leads her to a nearby tree as they watch the Rangers fight the Sporix Beasts.

“Get off my back!” Draknarok throws Y/N off of him as the Lunar Ranger hits the ground on his back. Boomtower slashes Zayto, Amelia, and Ollie with his sword, as they go sprawling to the ground. “Tonight’s menu roast Ranger. Yum, yum, yum!” Boomtower and Draknarok close in as the sound of a harmonica is played and Draknarok grabs his head in pain.

“Aargh! My ears!”

“What is that infernal ruckus?”

Y/N smiles underneath his head. Good job, Javi.

“Please stop.” Y/N and the others get back up.

“Did someone lose a paperweight?” Izzy asks.

“Huh? Yeah. That thing will make me invincible,” Boomtower says.

The orb glows around Izzy as she stares at it in shock. “Wow. It really does feel powerful.”

“Give it to me!”

Javi takes the orb from his sister and smirks at the Sporix Beasts. "Okay, but I can be a bit clumsy, and… uh-oh. Thing’s slippery.” Javi slams the orb onto a nearby rock, smashing it to pieces as a green light of energy engulfs him and his sister. It’s blinding. Once the light has subsided, the siblings walk towards the rock and pick up two items that were trapped inside the orb.

“What are these?” Javi asks as he looks it over.

“They’re Dino keys!” Y/N says.

“I thought those were lost,” Zayto says.

The objects hum with energy as they zap Javi and Izzy with their power. “Whoa. What’s happening?” Izzy is bathed in a green light, while Javi is surrounded by black energy. It allows them to morph into Power Rangers.

“They morphed?”

“Are you…? Am I…? Are we the…?”

“The Green and Black Rangers?” Y/N says. “Yup.”

“Sweet!” Amelia says.

“This is a dream come true,” Izzy said.

“I know, right?” Javi asks.

“Hold that though.” Izzy rips the skirt off her suit. “Skirts aren’t really my thing.”

“Hey! That orb was meant to be my thing,” Boomtower says. “You’re going to pay.” He snaps his fingers. “Hengemen!” A purple portal opens up as foot soldiers appear. They charge forward as the Rangers battle them. Javi and Izzy are totally in sync during their first fight as Rangers. Y/N’s honestly impressed by their teamwork.

“Javi, catch!” Izzy throws her saber as Javi catches it and uses both to fight. “We’re rocking it, sis!”

Izzy grabs her green javelin. “I’ve trained for this. Sort of.” She battles minions left and right as she and her brother are back to back. “You good?”

“Yup.”

“That’s some brother-sister synergy right there,” Zayto says.

Javi throws Izzy’s sword towards her as uses her javelin to spin it around and spend it at Boomtower, knocking his sword out of his hands. “Would you stop doing that!”

Javi jumps over and grabs Draknarok’s tail and slams him against a tree as Izzy throws her javelin high into the tree and uses Boomtower as a step stool to get up there and sit on it.

“What do you think you’re doing?” Boomtower asks her.

“Oh, just hangin.” Izzy falls backwards and grabs her sword and javelin in mid fall and slashes Boomtower with both.

“I don’t believe this!” Boomtower cries out.

“Wow! I was thinking that too. You and I are really vibing, dude,” Izzy says.

“Vibing? With a teenager? No thanks!” Boomtower disappears, leaving the Rangers to only deal with Draknarok. “Big scary monster ran away. You love to see it.” The Rangers surround Draknarok as he warns. You know what happens if a Sporix Beast fights long enough? Spoiler alert!” He says. We grow!” Draknarok growls as he grows to a massive size.

“It’s not like he was gonna shrink,” Javi said.

Draknarok roars loudly as he towers over everything. “Ooh! Is it Zord time?” Izzy asks Zayto.

“You’re a quick learner.”

“Yes!”

“Solon, deploy the T-Rex Champion, Tricera Blade and Ankylo Hammer Zords,” Zayto says into his communicator. The respective Dino Fury Zords is summoned as Javi looks at Y/N. “What about you? Where’s your Zord at?”

“Right here.” Y/N pulls out three Animal Crystals and switches his Lunar Cue from Saber to Breaker Mode. He swings his Lunar Cue horizontally, generating a massive green energy pool table and shoots the Wolf, the Hammerhead, and the Alligator off of it and into the sky. “Wild Zords, descend!” All three of Y/N’s father’s Zords are summoned together as they head towards the Sporix Beast. “Wild Zords, combined!”

The three Zords combine into one massive Megazord and join the Dino Fury Megazord as they fought and destroyed Draknarok together. The defeated monster shrunk as Zayto saw a purple light coming towards them. “The Sporix.” He jumped into the air and caught it. “One more for us; one fewer for Void Knight.” They all teleported away as Void Knight angrily stated. “Six Rangers! And still not enough to stop me!”

….

Back at the Dinohenge, a hidden underground chamber Y/N, Zayto, Amelia, and Ollie showed Javi and Izzy around.

“Whoa.”

“Big superhero mood.”

“Welcome to our humble base,” Zayto said.

Javi and Izzy demorph back to normal and so did Y/N, Zayto, Amelia and Ollie.

“And welcome to the team.” Y/N smiles.

“Y/N? You’re a Ranger? And you three as well?” Javi asked, shocked.

“I had no idea,” Izzy said.

“We had no idea that the Tiger and Stego Dino Keys survived.”

“I wonder what else is out there, waiting to be discovered.”

“Maybe a couple of Zords for us?”

“Possibly. You humans sure do love Zords,” Zayto says. “And here’s another surprise. Hey, Solon!”

The half dinosaur, half cyborg walked into the room, much to Javi and Izzy’s surprise. “Welcome, friends. You look hungry. Can I get you a snack?”

“You’re a–”

“Half cyborg, half dinosaur,” Solon says. “Strange I know. Took some adjusting for me too. But that’s nothing. Zayto’s a knight from the Planet Rafkon.” Zayto shows his antennas and smiles.

“So you are a knight,” Izzy says. “This is the coolest day of my life.” She looks at her brother. “Javi, I’m glad you broke that orb.”

Javi’s smile disappears at the mention of the orb. “Oh, no! The orb! It’s history. And so is the deadline for our Buzzblast stories.” He looks at Y/N and Zayto. “There’s no way Jane will give any of us the job now.” Javi looks down. “I need to find a new way to pay for that keytar.”

“There are plenty of jobs around,” Izzy said. “You want 10 bucks to clean my room?”

They all laugh at that. Later on, they all head to Buzz Blast to tell Jane that they couldn’t complete their stories. “Zayto, Javi, Y/N, there you are.”

“I’m afraid we couldn’t finish those stories for you,” Zayto says.

“I’m sorry I let you down, Jane,” Javi apologizes. “Please, let me explain.”

“There’s no need. What you did at the museum today, jumping in to protect the orb, it showed guts and dedication. Two things every great reporter needs. It would be a privilege to have someone as brave and resourceful as you on our team.” She holds out her hand. “Welcome to BuzzBlast.”

Javi laughs as he shakes her hand. “Thanks. I really appreciate it.”

Jane Fairview looks at Y/N and Zayto. “Close. But no chihuahua.”

Y/N frowns at her choice of words.

“Well, congrats. You’re the right man for the job,” Zayto says.

“Yes, he is,” Jane Fairview says. “Now, Javi. For your first story, you gotta find the best hamburger in Pine Ridge.”

“Actually, Ms. Fairview, I have a confession to make,” Javi stops her.

“Oh, and what’s that?”

“If it weren’t for Y/N telling me to call the Power Rangers' hotline. Those Sporix Beasts would have gotten away with the Nephrite Orb. He’s the one that deserves the job, not me,” Javi said.

“What? No, Javi, you deserve this job. You protected the orb when no one else did. You’re amazing.” After he said that, the Wildforce Ranger blushed. Izzy and Amelia looked at each other with a knowing smirk on their faces.

“But Y/N–”

“–Hold on a minute,” Jane Fairview says. “Since you were so honest, Javi. I can maybe squeeze Y/N in as well.”

“Really? That’s great!”

“What do you say, Y/N?” Jane Fairview asked him.

“I’d say thank you so much!” Y/N cried.

After Ms. Fairview left, Javi pulled Y/N to the side. “So… I was thinking I might need some help on my first story. Care to help me out?”

Y/N smiled, gently. “What, like a date?”

Javi smiled back. “Yeah, like a date.”

“I’d love to.”

As you wait outside for Izzy once more, helping her with her morning training session, you go on your phone to check on the ranger hotline news and news in general. You’ve been helping Izzy the last several mornings to prep her for her upcoming competition she talked about with you and for the two of you to get to know each other more.

“Arctic Knight Ranger,” a sudden voice calls to you from your phone, “I know you would sacrifice a lot for your partner. But, what will you sacrifice for your little girlfriend?" 

Your phone’s screen then cuts to Izzy..
