Currently Watching: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

I watched Fullmetal 2003 a good while ago and loved it, so tried once to watch Brotherhood... But I got kinda peeved by how they handle the first bit in comparison. Recently, though, I've been inspired to give it a proper shot since my childhood friend is watching it for the first time, and we both REALLY wanna talk about Fullmetal without going "wait so is that different in your version?" 20 times lmao

Current Obsession: I just recently found out I can make boba pearls with FRESH FRUIT instead of syrup!!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Fresh blackberry pearls soaked in lychee syrup with matcha milk tea. My favorite thing, instantly brings me out of a bad mood. The texture hell I have to go through to make the pearls is worth it for the wonder that follows

I also somehow got playing Clangen, and I love it, it's like little kitty Sims x Oregon Trail. I keep telling myself I'll draw Rootclan but hahaaaa artblock

Hey dude! 18 and/or 23 for the end of year asks? 👀

18: OOGH,,, I've had so many good meals this year honestly, m a n

But I think if I pick one, it's gotta be the first meal of my aunt's visit in late September. It was SO fucking good, and it was super fun to make too!! The whole time she & I were just brainstorming and hyping each other up, and my mom was having a blast fetching fresh veggies and herbs from her garden for us. I wound up making hand-churned pumpkin ice cream with homemade chocolate sauce & whipped cream, while my aunt made a steak (from a local farmer!) with an INCREDIBLE savory sauce... I can't remember what all was in it (sage, rosemary, thyme, some other stuff? She moves very fast lol) but I could NOT get enough, holy cow (badum tiss). Everyone got to chip in to the meal, and everyone was super proud of the result!
