1. They live in a world where aliens exist and live on Earth. They're also heavily stigmatized, to the point where they have hate groups after them and the government watching them constantly.

2. They're all at least half alien

3. Heterosexual? Never heard of it

4. They're on a team that fights evil on planet and off planet

Ok, first character: Korivina Merdar/Cristal De Signe

- Human form is that of an African American girl with a cute bob

-The only full blown alien on the team

-From the planet Nazatyera

-Has horns and 3 stomachs

-Made out of magicial fire but somehow has the most chill

-Has the worst case of bitch face you'll ever see

-Is very stoic and calm

-Is a good hand to hand fighter, but excels at sword fighting

-Doesn't look ticklish but is the most ticklish person to ever exist

-Is genderfluid, but mostly uses she/they

Likes: winning (anything), Harry Potter, her cyborg bf James, their ice alien gf Zaroka, her 7 pets, animals in general, magic, makeup, making clothes, her weapons

Dislikes: losing (anything), animal abusers, being misgendered, puns, zoophiles, people who talk down to them, pecans, evil magicians,

Powers: fire blasts, heat resistance, flight, teleporting discs, summoning

Dinner of the top 7

One thing that has been constant through my time at Yale is a quarterly dinner gathering with a diverse mix of gentlemen. Everyone in the group has been taking turns to introduce others to their country’s food. Today when I hosted everyone at Zaroka the Indian restaurant, attendees included a Russian, a Colombian, a Brazilian, an American, an Ethiopian and a Turkish guy.

It is that time of our lives when we are all moving ahead in our careers and the conversations inadvertently turn towards women and marriages. I felt blessed to be with this group of friends and at the same time felt a little old.
