Unsurprisingly, the blend gives a really crisp, clean, zingy, acid led cider which isn’t unusual for Kentish Pip as this wine like appearance and taste is rather their signature. There’s young green apples skins and a zesty lemon flavour in the mouth with something tropical loitering behind.
