CHAOS MANIFESTED.
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD there was nothing . no earth . no land . no sky . and no gods . nothing . a very vast and very dark NOTHING . except this nothing has life . and for eons , it’s life is nothing but to exist as a swirling , yawning void in a dark , cold world .
it was called KHAOS , and it was the fundamental building block of the universe . it was a RANDOM being . a confusing , cacophonous . and uncertain being . but somewhere in it’s randomness , in it’s cluttered , docile mind , sprung HARMONY and everything was born .
WITH FOUR FACES.
THE PRIMORDIAL KHAOS . the original form . he lied in wait before to give way to the creation of the universe , and he lies in wait again for it's eventual end . he walks the earth under the name abraham doe . he is a well-know fiction writer .
notably aloof , introverted , and peculiar . versatile ( prefers to bottom ). fc: hugh dancy
THE DESTRUCTIVE THOUGHT . the first phase . the first thought made by khaos was not something gentle , nor something with a goal . instead it was destruction , and it's destruction formed the first building blocks of the universe . he walks the earth under the name adam moore . he owns a dive bar called the cradle .
notably blunt , impulsive , and domineering . bottom ( power bottom ). fc: charlie hunnam
THE CRADLE OF THE WORLD . the second phase . after the first gave way to creation , he labored with the things that float in the primordial soup ... and he created , and nurtured , until the universe was born . now , he walks the earth as ben parks . he is a university professor .
notably kind , patient , and welcoming to all . versatile ( anything goes ) . fc: henry cavill ( main ) chris hemsworth ( alt ) .
THE WANDERING LIFE . the third phase . the accidental avatar of khaos brought down to the universe as it was being created . his first set of eyes that saw the potential in this creation-- however confusing and mind-melting it might be . today he walks as agustin richards . he is a bartender at the cradle .
notably crass , promiscuous , and insatiable . bottom ( non - negotiable ) . fc: aaron taylor johnson ( main ) zane phillips ( alt ) .
THE NEWEST LIFE . the last phase . the new avatar of khaos , still in his youth on earth . the symbol of a new life , who will see and experience life with a fresh set of eyes . to see if the creation of the universe amounted to something . to see if it's worth preserving . on earth , he walks as arni ender . he is a university student .
notably care free , gregarious , and passionate . bottom ( non-negotiable ? ) . fc: cody christian ( main ) taron egerton ( alt )

Character Actress
Vivi Janiss (born Vivian Audrey Jamison; May 29, 1911 – September 7, 1988) Film and television actress.
From 1952 to 1955, Janiss appeared in five episodes of Jack Webb's original version of the Dragnet police drama television series. From 1953 to 1957, she was cast in four episodes of the Schlitz Playhouse of Stars anthology series. From 1954 to 1959, Janiss appeared as Myrtle Davis in 11 episodes of Robert Young's Father Knows Best situation comedy series. From 1959 to 1962, she was cast in six episodes, none in the starring role, of the NBC Western series Wagon Train with Ward Bond and John McIntire.
In 1955, she played the historical Mary Todd Lincoln in "How Chance Made Lincoln President" in the anthology series TV Reader's Digest.
In 1957, Janiss joined Frank Ferguson as guest stars in the roles of Mabel and Frank Cliff in the episode "No Blaze of Glory" of Rod Cameron's syndicated series State Trooper. In 1959, Janiss was cast the role of Ella Westover in a second State Trooper episode, "Excitement at Milltown”. On December 4, 1959, Janiss was cast in the CBS anthology series Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse, hosted by Desi Arnaz in the episode "The Hanging Judge".
In its first season on the air, Janiss was cast with Everett Sloane in Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone episode "The Fever". Then on October 7, 1960, cast as Edna Castle, she joined Luther Adler in the role of her husband, pawnbroker Arthur Castle, in "The Man in the Bottle" episode of The Twilight Zone. Years later in 1977, Janiss played a minor role as a pawnshop proprietor in the episode "Second Chance" of James Garner's NBC detective series The Rockford Files.
Janiss appeared in many other series, too, three times on The F.B.I., starring Efrem Zimbalist Jr., and twice each on The Virginian and Ben Casey. She was cast once on Dick Powell's Zane Grey Theater, Lawman, Trackdown, Cimarron City, Route 66, Have Gun – Will Travel, Follow the Sun, Hennesey, Outlaws, Laramie, 87th Precinct, Perry Mason, Mannix, and The Streets of San Francisco.
After she and Bob Cummings divorced, Janiss wed actor John Larch. The couple appeared together on four television series, including the series premiere, "No Fat Cops", on October 3, 1961, of ABC's The New Breed, starring Leslie Nielsen. In this episode, Larch and Janiss were cast as John and Mary Clark. Earlier, the two had co-starred on November 23, 1959, as Johnny and Elsie in the episode "End of an Era" of NBC's Western series, Tales of Wells Fargo, starring Dale Robertson, and on May 23, 1960, as Isaiah and Rebecca Macabee in the episode "The Proud Earth" of the half-hour NBC anthology series Goodyear Theatre. On November 9, 1960, Larch and Janiss appeared as Ben and Sarah Harness in the episode "The Cathy Eckhart Story" of Wagon Train, with Susan Oliver in the starring role. Later, on December 19, 1968, the couple appeared again together in the 10th episode "Yesterday Died and Tomorrow Won't Be Born" of Jack Lord's CBS crime drama Hawaii Five-O.
Janiss' last roles were in the 1978 CBS television film First, You Cry, a story about breast cancer starring Mary Tyler Moore, and in two 1979 CBS series appearances on Barnaby Jones with Buddy Ebsen and House Calls, starring Wayne Rogers. (Wikipedia)

Some TSC things I can’t stop thinking about that I haven’t seen mentioned yet:
Jean (and likely Riko) had no idea the Foxes knew as much as they did… and Jean already thought the Foxes were crazy for keeping Kevin and Neil.
Dealing with Neil over Christmas Break was a “salve for Jean’s sanity” despite how hard Neil made things for them by fighting back and despite having “a longer leash” than Kevin was ever afforded. Despite Zane’s reaction to Neil’s reappearance.
The fact that Kevin knew just from Jean's reaction to him mentioning Neil didn't sign the Raven contract that he and Riko had waterboarded Neil. Like… the implications of that????
Subpoint: Does Neil even realize that’s what happened or has he fully blocked it out??
I can’t tell if I’m just getting older or if Jeremy and Jean’s view of Wymack makes him that much more… compelling.
Jeremy’s POV during the Foxes v Trojans game. The way the Foxes picked Trojans back up so casually endearing them to Jeremy. Just that when they weren’t fighting for their lives, Foxes had time to spare energy on just being kind in a way no one had cared to see before but it’s important to Jeremy. Ugh.
Jeremy used the phrase “duty-bound” more than once to describe things he didn’t want to necessarily do. What the fuck is up with that?
Also, sir, why is your rich white ass hiding from cops. I would like the tea, please.
Renee’s rediscovered simple delights being “butterflies, fresh baked bread, the crunch of leaves on an autumn morning.” And then Jean taking that idea up and consistently listing his own simple delights as he discovered them (it might kill me yet).
“Her love was so tender it looked like grief” (I am going feral what the fuck)
Bee getting Jean to talk to her by pretending to know less than nothing about Exy and after Jean goes off about it she explains she did it because she was curious if he cared enough to explain it to her. That she wasn’t sure if they were at the court for comfort or contrition and the fact that she specifically used the word contrition…
Also the fact that she likely brought up with the goals look like because everyone seems to be under the impression that the goal has a net for some reason? I’ve read so much fanfic, the goal always gets described a hundred different ways, part of me feels like this was Nora’s way of saying “no you’re wrong!” And I laughed really hard when I read it.
Also also, I would kill to know what all Bee knows.
After the Raven game Jean made a list of every time Kevin and Neil got bullied by the Raven backliners and by the end had four full pages of scathing remarks about it. I’m not sure what to read into that, but it has not left my mind since I read it.
All of the background noise when Renee calls Jean and tells him not to watch the news. Glass breaking and yelling, a scene I’ve always wanted was Neil telling (or not) the rest of the Foxes about Riki’s death. So these little insights are so tantalizing. Wait, dear god, is it in the EC?
Jeremy’s conversation with his sister??? How a new scandal was overdue because he should end the way he started??? Neil didn’t give a shit about the Trojans and Jeremy refuses to think about it so now I’m desperate to know what the fuck that meant. Along with the comment about a fall banquet tearing his family apart????
The fact that every time Jean refers to Neil/Kevin/Andrew/Nicky’s room in Fox Tower it is always always just Neil’s room. It’s so funny to me.
Renee gave Jean her cross 😭
Wymack flew with Jean to California only to fly directly back to South Carolina. Jean referred to Wymack as unreal and I so fully agree.
Jeremy’s yo-yo.
The random “fan” calling Jean “Gene Moore” making me realize that there’s a large amount of people who would not know how to pronounce his name and how insufferable that’s going to end up being when he’s forced to handle the media and public more often.
Jean just casually grabbing Jeremy by the chin… more than once.
“You are not them.” Vs. “I won’t be like them. I won’t let you let me be.”
“I’m fine.” Vs. “Accidents happen in scrimmages.”
“Don’t I at least deserve the chance to not be a villain in your story?”
Jean breaking a glass when Cat mentions Laila was going to get him a sex toy. Jeremy making it to the kitchen in record time.
“You are Jean Moreau. Your place is here with me, with us. I’m your captain. You’re my partner.” Vs. “You’re Neil Josten. You’re starting striker for the Palmetto State Foxes. Your father is dead. You are safe.”
#it’s a longer list than I expected but I had to get it out#tsc spoilers#I have 290 something highlights in my copy of this book and it shows

I soooo respect this and think it is a healthy way to use the internet and I do it all the time (genuinely, not sarcastically) but this is like one of my hyperfixations and I love infodumping about it and if u don't mind me droppin a quick couple pics n links to articles here so anyone who wants to can read more about it, either for more accessible fact checking or for just interest, cause I didn't think to do so before u reminded me! (Like XKCD comic style "I forget the average person only knows of one or two extremely specific parasitic plant/fungus facts" etc etc lmao)
Screenshots of an article by two PhD students/candidates explaining the mycelial/mycorrhizal network which is a fungal network which allows trees to communicate and share nutrients when others are struggling (link):
Screenshot of some text from the person (Zane Moore, PhD student at UC Davis) who did the original study finding albino redwoods were symbiotic w regular ones:
Anyways no presh for anyone to read these, I hope anyone who does is only doin it for fun and interest, but i also hope it makes it easier for anyone who is interested to read some info about it! :)
Trees, like animals, can also experience albinism, though it is extremely rare.
