just a lil experiment trying to learn to draw fire with my natsu redesign

this is kinda a redraw of that one iconic natsu pose, also i made his forearm full dragon cuz my lil hc is that the scales grow and sharpen the more he uses his magic

hewwo ! im vv new to fairy tail (started watching it w my bff maybe a year or so ago bc its her fav (then i only got super attached like a month ago)) and i wanna follow a bunch of ft blogs so i can fill my dash up w it! but i havent found many :(( any suggestions? artists especially would be great

Hey hey hey, Sorry it took me a lil bit to answer you, i've been uh, ive been havin one heck of a week.

But ya know, welcome to FT 👉😎👉, glad theres still new peeps jumping into it still.

I can't give you a super definite list, but i can give you a few peeps off the top of my head:

@kiliinstinct <- i gotta of course, plug my good good comrade, my braincell homie. They mostly write (current fic of focus is Flame's Desire, check it out 😏) but they also draw from time to time! And theyre gettin better every day

@pencilofawesomeness <- Pencil's blog is a bit multi fandom but! Their FT art tag has got tons of good stuff in there and i got a particular fondness for how they draw Natsu tbh. (Also they write fic as well, How To Raise Your Dragon Slayer which is their ongoing one *wink wink*)

@silken-sails <- Silky, nother good comrade (even tho theyre british rip😔). Super unique n stylized art style tbh.

@grayseyebrowscar <- Milo my insane comrade. 'Nother combo fic writer and artist. Their fics lean a lil more to silly good times which is always fun lol. Fun fics, fun art (its very shaped) . Win win 👍

@oryu404 <- Stingue expert with top notch colouring 👌👌👌

@celestialrayna <- Another Sting and Rogue expert, has a rlly cute chibi style.

@acnologias-ass <- probs one of the cutest art styles out there.

@zai-doodles <- literally god tier FT character redesigns

@heartonxions <- gajevy and just a team shadowgear afficiando overall. They keep giving Gajeel more piercings and i love it lol

@crowind1 <- the blog for Acnologia art.

Also, of course, I gotta plug the blogs i help run that can help you find other FT blogs easier:

Some of these have been sitting in here for like, a while. Im just forgetful like that so my apologies. I'm not as active in fic reading for ft as i used to be but i'll still try my best to give a good listing

Like i said, i'm not as active as i used to be when it comes onto fic reading, but i do tend to go back and reread over fics from these particular writers because i just really loved their styles. (Yes these links are to fanfiction.net so hush)

rivendell101 - fanfic (i highly reccomend the berserk fic. Amazing worldbuilding)

(These writers are no longer active so if you do read their fics please for the love of god do not bother them to finish an incomplete fic or if they're planning on coming back to the fandom. If you wanna comment that you enjoy the fic then just do so, im sure itll be appreciated but do not be a nuisance)

And off the top of my head i gotta rec @mushi9 who is still an active writer with her ongoing fics Capturing her Damaged Heart and Fairy Tail GO which you can either find on her blog and on ao3.

Also also my homies in @kuroshironekoserver where you can finds fics and art alike cause i can't list out all of em lol

For artists theres @zai-doodles and @lordichamo whos redesigns are just straight up divine. Like, god tier right here. And of course @butcherza who's erza redesign and just general art style has my heart.

There's @heartonxions for gajevy art, can never go wrong with @acnologias-ass , @likubears doesn't actively post here anymore but their art is still on their blog. @zippi44 is a classic to follow. These are names that immediately pop up in my head tho.

You can check out the @fairytail-redraw blog to see more recent artists who participate there and also the fairy tail guild awards term 1 winners to find more artists and fic writers.
