figuring out how i want to draw these guys! getting into danmei has made me way more passionate about making sure their faces are distinctive haha. it’s so easy to draw characters as looking way too similar since they all have long dark hair. i’m not 100% set on their hairstyles but but i love character design so this was fun exercise :)

Not to be like "we should psychologically torture Bai Zihao until we figure out how to fix him!" but I wonder what his dream would be if he were subjected to the fantasy gu. He's spent so long being tortured and abused by Jin Feiren, he doesn't trust himself anymore, so if all of that was wiped away for a moment, what would he want?

I'm guessing yes #tbh I think he even actually likes Kong Muhua and what they did together #but that's so wrapped up in the trauma he experienced at the hands of Jin Feiren he can't let himself admit that he liked it #I think it's a similar situation to what Yue Wuhuan was going through #because at least YWH knew and could articulate like 'I don't ever want to experience any kind of penetration again'#even before he was finally given room to untangle his hang ups about experiencing arousal and desire #I don't think Bai Zihao has that much room #so he's just constantly like ANY relationship will be exactly like what he had with Jin Feiren there IS nothing else #and that's absolutely not true
